I absolutely love Venice Pines for taking such great care of my senior Chihuahua. She's got congestive heart failure, and they keep her comfortable, happy and healthy. She wouldn't have lasted near this long or be as happy and playful as she still is. They're so very thorough and when my pup has a bad day, they get us in immediately to care for her. They truly do care so much about the well-being and comfort of the animals. I've witnessed the staff take calls and encourage people to bring their pets in immediately so that they can treat and get the pet as comfortable and healthy as possible. I know that they care more than some pet owners do for their own pets. I refer them to all of my clients with pets. Grateful for the care they give my rotten lil old Chihuahua. From my past experiences with boarding and vet services they have been good. Recently for no reason I got an additional bill - after the fact when I boarded my dogs there. If you are going to bill a client - tell them when you give the service don't have it all of a sudden show up on the bill sent 2 months after the fact. Not a sound way to do business. Read Less

Have used Venice Pines and Dr Molly from 2000 to 2010 when I moved to NC then again beginning summer of 2016. Dr Molly and her entire staff including Dr Ian have always been extremely competent, caring and concerned. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.Three of my dachshunds have been cared for over the years for everything from routine exams and nail trims to surgery for mammary tumors. We have never encountered a single problem. All procedures are carefully explained as are fees. Boarding services are also first rate. I highly recommend this practice. Read Less

I wish I had a business that I could tell customers what to buy and charge them whatever for buying it.  I assume that all vets mark up their medicine, but give me a break. The vet became upset when I told her I would buy my meds off the Internet. Big savings that way. Read Less

The best of the best!! Dr. Molly and staff are wonderful and so care about our boys, just as they did our little girl when we had her. They saved our vacation by boarding the boys when we found out 4 days before departure that one little guy had diabeties. They got him regulated and back on track while we were gone. Just moved to the area and was looking for a new Vet. Venice Pines had lots of good reviews so we checked them out. Nice, very clean and friendly. They didn't give us the hard sell on additional services which I'm not to fond of. They also offer boarding which we are going to try. Read Less

Dr Molly, Dr Hannigan and all the staff are extremely caring, professional and friendly. I was a client with my dachshunds from 2000 to 2010 then moved to NC. I have been a client of Venice Pines for about 15 years! I actually came across Dr Molly when a vet I was using was Out of town and we had an emergency on a cat of ours! We never left her after that visit! She is the only one who I trust the care of my 5 dogs and 3 cats with! She and the staff have always been there for us. I highly recommend Dr. Molly and the whole staff at Venice Pines Veterinary Clinic! I bring my dog, Jasper, in and they always know how to make him (and me!) feel at ease. They work efficiently which is great for both of us and much appreciated by my anxious pup. The staff understands how important it is to get in and out when dealing with a sick or injured animal but even if you are there for a check up they will get you and your animal taken care of in a timely and friendly manner.
