I've been to a lot of vets and have stuck with these guys for 12 years. Dr J and Dr Russo are so compassionate and really take their time to talk to you about your fur baby. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have never been rushed out the door and always call to check on my baby when they're seen the following day or will call in a week to make sure things are Still okay. I recently had to put or baby down, and they couldn't have been better about the situation. They made sure we were well taken care of and stayed with us until his last breath and then allowed us to take as much time as needed to say goodbye. I have taken our hamsters, rabbits and all our dogs to them. They are the best!

Dr J was amazing with my German Shepherd, Koda. He and his staff were very kind and thoughtful to a dog who is generally very protective and defensive, and made Koda feel comfortable and at ease. I've been taking my fur babies there for 18 years. The staff is amazing and everyone knows you and remembers you which is so nice. Love this place!

When we moved back to Palm Beach County from the Florida Keys, it was very difficult to find a competent vet. Our vet in the Keys was retired from the position of head of veterinary medicine at the San Diego Zoo. When we moved, we tried various local vets and were not pleased with the experience. Luckily, we finally came across Animal Hospital at the Marketplace. Dr. Russo is an extremely competent vet with superb knowledge. We have ferrets and Dr Russo is one of the few local doctors who will care for them. He also attends to our dogs and cats. He is always up-to-date with the latest information. I once mentioned something I had read online, and he pulled the book I was citing right from his shelf! He presents treatment options, with the pros and cons of each, in an unparalleled honest way. He also has an excellent, caring staff. We have been using Dr Russo for over ten years and I would drive 2 hours to go to here if I had to.

I was referred to Dr. Russo by a friend and I am so happy with the care my puppy received. I brought my 8 month old rescue in for a first time check up and to treat some loose stool.
The office is small, pleasant, clean and quaint. I like that it feels like a family operation rather than a big factory. The tech's allowed me to put my puppy on the scale, allowing me to handle him which is a nice feeling.
Dr. Russo has a wonderful personable approach. He is the real deal, asking me a lot of questions about my puppy. He also educated me a lot. The staff performs their fecal exams in house so we only had to wait but a few minutes to get an answer! This is much better than having to send out to a lab and wait days with a sick dog. Dr. Russo prescribed a suitable treatment protocol and I am really happy with my overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his staff!!!

Dr Abbott was recommended by a friend of a friend when I was in need of a Vet for my two labs. I went in and talked to the Tech, Gina, she was very knowledgable and was able to answer every question I had about the hospital and the Dr. My oldest dog, Scout, went in to meet them and have a yearly visit. Everyone was friendly and very professional, Scout and I felt very comfortable. Dr Abbott came in and gave a nice exam and listened to my concerns. We came up with a plan for Scout's vaccinations that I was comfortable with, she was very conscientious of the cost for me as well. My younger dog, Annie, had TPLO surgery earlier this week, Gina called and checked on her and reiterated that they were there if we needed anything. They have not even seen Annie yet! Yes, I am impressed and very happy!!

When it comes to medical professionals, I am very hard to please as I work in the medical field. We recently moved to Wellington and started the search for a good family vet. We did try out another in the area first, but I really didn't care for the superiority complex that vet had. Dr. Russo, however, is awesome. He has now neutered one of my "high risk" dogs and performed annual checks and vaccinations on the other two. He listens, he asks appropriate questions, he educates and really tries to assist in any way he can. 2 of my dogs are fairly old and even though he could have suggested additional boosters, he instead recommended not giving them as older dogs don't necessarily need them. It means a lot that he's not in the up selling game. Dr. Russo has won my business and will soon be introduced to the feline side of my family. The assistants and other office staff have all been courteous and super friendly to my pets as well. Pricing seems to be in line with every other veterinary clinic I've been to.

I was referred to Dr. Russo by a friend and I am so happy with the care my puppy received. I brought my 8 month old rescue in for a first time check up and to treat some loose stool. The office is small, pleasant, clean and quaint. I like that it feels like a family operation rather than a big factory. The tech's allowed me to put my puppy on the scale, allowing me to handle him which is a nice feeling. Dr. Russo has a wonderful personable approach. He is the real deal, asking me a lot of questions about my puppy. He also educated me a lot. The staff performs their fecal exams in house so we only had to wait but a few minutes to get an answer! This is much better than having to send out to a lab and wait days with a sick dog. Dr. Russo prescribed a suitable treatment protocol and I am really happy with my overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his staff!!!

I was referred to Dr. Russo by a friend and I am so happy with the care my puppy received. I brought my 8 month old rescue in for a first time check up and to treat some loose stool. Dr Abbott was recommended by a friend of a friend when I was in need of a Vet for my two labs. I went in and talked to the Tech, Gina, she was very knowledgable and was able to answer every question I had about the hospital and the Dr. My oldest dog, Scout, went in to meet them and have a yearly visit. Everyone was friendly and very professional, Scout and I felt very comfortable. Dr Abbott came in and gave a nice exam and listened to my concerns. We came up with a plan for Scout's vaccinations that I was comfortable with, she was very conscientious of the cost for me as well. My younger dog, Annie, had TPLO surgery earlier this week, Gina called and checked on her and reiterated that they were there if we needed anything. They have not even seen Annie yet! Yes, I am impressed and very happy!!

When it comes to medical professionals, I am very hard to please as I work in the medical field. We recently moved to Wellington and started the search for a good family vet. We did try out another in the area first, but I really didn't care for the superiority complex that vet had. Dr. Russo, however, is awesome. He has now neutered one of my "high risk" dogs and performed annual checks and vaccinations on the other two. He listens, he asks appropriate questions, he educates and really tries to assist in any way he can. 2 of my dogs are fairly old and even though he could have suggested additional boosters, he instead recommended not giving them as older dogs don't necessarily need them. It means a lot that he's not in the up selling game. Dr. Russo has won my business and will soon be introduced to the feline side of my family. The assistants and other office staff have all been courteous and super friendly to my pets as well. Pricing seems to be in line with every other veterinary clinic I've been to.

The vet techs and support staff are awesome and friendly. They all truly care about animals and understand how important our pets are to us! They helped me enourmously though every stage of my dog's life.
