I came to Dr. Oberto for a second opinion on my 8 month Rescue puppy who was getting worse under my vets care ( after 4 vet visits) I was recommended by a co worker and I called early Friday desperate...
I came to Dr. Oberto for a second opinion on my 8 month Rescue puppy who was getting worse under my vets care ( after 4 vet visits) I was recommended by a co worker and I called early Friday desperate for help.. I spoke with Nelson who was extremely sympathetic and fit us in .. he called my vet for the records and I brought all my records.. all the staff are amazing! Dr Oberto spent a lot of time with us and witnessed my puppies spasms and episodes first hand.. prescribed new meds and took him off of the previous meds.. took blood to do a full allergy diagnosis .. results in a week.. I appreciated the time the Dr and her staff spent with us .. by Friday evening my puppy was soooo much better... really! By Sunday afternoon he was almost back to normal.. limited and very mild sneezing and coughing.. and now it's Monday and he has been sleeping through the night and playing with his toys again! We still need to find out what triggered this to keep it from happening again.. I have full confidence that the Dr and her staff will work tirelessly until we do .. thank you so much! Friendly and courteous. Just don't ask for any favors. I asked them to send the paid bill to my insurance company. I was told to have my insurance company call him first before he sends sends them the invoice. In other words they don't want to be bothered. Friendly service has a limit.

Maybe we are the type of pet owners who over react over a little rash, but I have always felt that my pets are high on my list of priorities. We have only lived in the area for a little over a year but have had two, less than pleasant experiences, at two other clinics. One who would not allow me to sit with my female 12 year old min pin during the exam and then tried to put a muzzle on here when she started to cry out in pain, from being gruffly handled while it was being applied. And another who charged me nearly $800 dollars for a tooth extraction which needed blood work, xrays, antibiotics and an overnight stay. Then had the nerve to call me and tell me they forgot to charge me for the diagnosis printout! Happily this was not the case with All Care Animal Clinic and Dr. Oberto who saw us without an appointment and took all the time in the world to make sure that our pet was calm during the examination and got the treatment she needed, all while we waited comfortably in a large exam room. There was no drama, no oversell and no rush. A special thanks to Nelson who greeted us at the reception and got all of our information and who sincerely seemed to care as much as we did, and assure us that we were not being over protective. And when I told him about our other experience leaving our pet alone and afraid he assured me that was not the case with Dr. Oberto; and it certainly proved to be true. And when the bill finally came we were thrilled that it was for what we expected and not a penny more. Needless to say we will be back when needed and happy to assure others that this veterinary hospital still puts the patient and their owners first. Thank you again.

I was browsing the internet for a new veterinarian tonight because my current vet is a bit of a far drive (PGA Animal Clinic – and by the way they are excellent in case anyone needs a vet in Palm Beach Gardens area). I filled out a new patient form online with this company and literally received a phone call within two minutes! At first, I figured it was a telemarketer because I didn’t recognize the number but it turned out to be Nelson who had received my online request and thought he would give me a call even though it was after hours. That’s what I call going above and beyond! I was already planning to choose this place as my new vet based on the excellent reviews, but this kind of service has sealed the deal. I haven’t even made and appointment yet but I’m quite sure they will live up to my 5 star review.

The BEST veterinarian I have ever used. Dr. Oberto was knowledgable, gentle, and compassionate with my dog, Cosmo. She listened carefully to problems we were having. She took all the time necessary to discuss my dog's issues and she explained our options and answered every question. I also appreciated that she was thoughtful of managing the expense of care my pet required. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Oberto's office. I highly recommend this vet for everyone. Worst experience ever! They are either desperate for money or greedy. My 16 week old Bulldog had a little redness in his ears and the Vet was quick to pull the Rx pad to write him some meds and over react. Completely unnecessary, a warm wash cloth cleared it up in 2 days. Then this vet blocked my online order for Sentinel b/c I didn't order through their location and pay more. Now my new Bulldog Puppy doesn't have monthly meds. Quick to Rx for no real reason because all they see in my Bulldog is $$$$$ Dollar Signs. #Greed

Dr. Oberto and her staff are outstanding. Very caring and gentle with our most precious animals. She has been our vet for over ten years. We have moved and are over a half hour away and still make it to her. We would never consider another vet. Also all recommendations for specialists has been outstanding. We have really been through it with one dog beating cancer and another with a tremendous aversion to loud noises. She stays on top of the latest medications and food options that are available and always changing. Don't hesitate to go to this practice.

We are new to the area and our dog was attacked by another dog. We were recommended by a neighbor to try All Care Animal Clinic. and rushed our wounded dog in. Dr. Oberto immediately cared for our beloved dog with a sense of urgency we really appreciated. There were regular patients waiting and without even knowing us took our dog right in. She was sensitive to the situation and extremely caring. It put my husband at ease as well as our dog. She treated my dog and recommended a home care plan. I highly recommend All Care Animal Clinic and we are forever grateful for Dr. Oberto for everything!!!!

My first animal which was a dog had cancer, so I had her looked at, only to receive a load of IV, that killed her. The second animal was a cat which she did nothing for it , who had no meds what so ever, and died at the house with me, the third was a cat who I thought had an infection in his lip, Dr. Oberto never gave him a blood test or anything, but looked at him, saying that he had cancer. All three could have been possibly saved if she knew more what to do. If you love your pet, think before you take your pet to Oberto, She's nice to you, but confused to your animal. and she is expensive. Be warned she is dangerous to pets

Dr. Celia Oberto is amazing, welcoming, and warmhearted. You can tell she loves to work with animals. My dog isn't the easiest and she swiftly handles him with love and care, couldn't ask for a better vet!

Dr. Oberto and her staff are always super friendly and professional. They take great care of my golden retriever not because they have to, but because they actually care! Its always easy to get an appointment, they charge fair and reasonable prices and its always nice to get a follow up call from the staff checking in even after a wellness exam. I would recommend Dr. Oberto to anyone! She's very knowledgeable and has a big heart!

I wouldn't trust my cat with any other vet. If your looking for a vet for your fur babies I HIGHLY recommend All Care Animal Clinic. Believe me. They are the BEST in Palm Beach County ��������

We are new to the area and our dog was attacked by another dog. We were recommended by a neighbor to try All Care Animal Clinic. and rushed our wounded dog in. Dr. Oberto immediately cared for our beloved dog with a sense of urgency we really appreciated. There were regular patients waiting and without even knowing us took our dog right in. She was sensitive to the situation and extremely caring. It put my husband at ease as well as our dog. She treated my dog and recommended a home care plan. I highly recommend All Care Animal Clinic and we are forever grateful for Dr. Oberto for everything!!!!

Dr.Oberto has been my dogs vet for years! We love taking our dogs to her because they are comfortable a treated very nicely and i recommend her to anyone that needs a vet.

My first animal which was a dog had cancer, so I had her looked at, only to receive a load of IV, that killed her. The second animal was a cat which she did nothing for it , who had no meds what so ever, and died at the house with me, the third was a cat who I thought had an infection in his lip, Dr. Oberto never gave him a blood test or anything, but looked at him, saying that he had cancer. All three could have been possibly saved if she knew more what to do. If you love your pet, think before you take your pet to Oberto, She's nice to you, but confused to your animal. and she is expensive. Be warned she is dangerous to pets

My experience with All Care Animal clinic was wonderful. The doctor and staff were great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has an animal.
