We have been taking our dogs, our babies, to Dr. Bennett and his staff for many, many years. Dr. Bennett is the only vet we trust with our little ones. We drive more than 22 miles each way from Newberry and to know our dogs are getting the bet care possible, its worth every mile. Dr. Bennett and his staff are caring and compassionate. Dr. Bennett is not all about the money, he is honest, tells you what you truly need and includes you in the care of your pet. He listens, doesn't talk AT you like so many other vets. Would drive twice the distance if we had to! Love Williston Vet Clinic!

Love Dr. Bennett. He genuinely cares about animals and treats everyone with respect and takes the time to explain what's going on with your animal to you. I also like that he takes a more conservative approach when he can and tries natural things you can give your dog instead of a bunch of presciption medications. His prices are reasonable and he's not all about the money like some doctors. His office is ran very organized and it is also very clean. Only vet I'll go to.

I first visited in 2015 with my then 13 year old kitty. We had been to a previous vet who was not helpful in diagnosing why he wasn't meowing or eating. After a huge bill there, I decided to try Williston Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion. Not only did they listen to everything I was saying about my cat, they decided to to a scope down his throat and found he had laryngitis. With steroids and antibiotics, my kitty was back to very good health. Additionally, the costs for... the scope, bloodwork and medicine were a lot less than I expected seeing that I had just spent nearly $300 on an xray and fluids at the previous vet. I have brought my other pets there with the same wonderful care each time. This past week, my now nearly 16 year old Tyler was getting very sick. Dr Schnaedel had the diagnosis correct immediately, but was okay with ordering bloodwork to be sure of the kidney failure she suspected. Sadly, we did have to euthanize my kitty but it was done with such care and Dr Schnaedel and the staff were wonderful and caring the whole time. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Truly wonderful animal people and they are super patient with the fact I almost always have to bring kids with me. See more

I just went to this clinic for the first time today. My regular vet lives a couple hours away and I needed a test done. Got the sample there shortly before closing and they ran the test and called me with results within about 20 minutes! Great experience very affordable.

I brought my Boston Terrier to Dr Bennett after two other clinics could not help her - she was covered in open sores, was not eating, and my husband and I talked about euthanasia. I called Dr Bennett's office and he saw us the same day recommending the Gainesville Vet Hospital right away. Such great advice; as she had Auto Immune Skin disorder and was in very bad shape. She is now doing very well with proper medication. I now take my other Bostons to Dr Bennett. As far as we are concerned he was a valuable contributor to saving our little Boston's life. Dr Bennett and his staff are the best ! Very caring - follow up is excellent !

I cannot give this clinic better praise. Chloe's 10 years old now and I've been to several different vets now out of all the vet offices I have ever been to this is the one I feel is the most trustworthy and actually care more for the animals than the money. After going through a really hard time with my dog 2 years ago I had to change vets and this is where I came. Dr Bennet and the whole of the staff has always been wonderful to me and my Chloe. He has never tried to get me to do unnecessary procedures or tests even when I had my tax return and told him do whatever he thought necessary he talked of two tests and explained them both fully then decided to do just one first and look for any anomalies. Chloe has an autoimmune disorder that she has to be seen a bit more frequently than other pets. I'm currently on a tight budget and Chloe hurt her leg somehow Dr Bennet gave me suggestions as to what I can do to help her as to avoid triggering previous disorder and to help her heal.

I picked up my cat today from the Vetenarian. I am not sure how her surgery was, but I was sent home with no pain medication for her. If I would have known they were against giving pain medication to my cat, I would have taken her somewhere else. When I had made an appointment to get her fixed, they quoted a price to me, but pain meds would be separate. I had called and asked, Tabatha didn't get her pain meds. They said, "we don't give pain medications to cats because it can give them some problems." I don't know about you, but when I have surgery, I want pain medication. They told me that if she had pain that I could bring her up and get a shot, but they closed at 12 today. Even if I did, I wouldn't had the time, so I think we will give her asprin 1st and if that doesn't work, we will give her morphine.Very disappointed with this Vetenarian and when they open Monday, they will hear an earful!

I have been taking all my animals to Doc Bennett for as long as I can remember. He has done remarkable things for us and saved our dogs time and time again. I recently took a puppy to him who was near death, I mean really close, and he did many tests and gave me meds. Didn't think the puppy was going to make it the second day I was about to give up hope. I have 2 full blooded German Shepherd so regular vet care is a must, especially in Florida since mosquito season never really ends. The times I have visited the office they have been loving and caring and did not immediately jump to making high dollar diagnosis with Xrays and imaging. They chose a more conservative approach which was way less traumatic for Dixie and she reovered nicely in about 2 days. They actually take the time to talk to the handler and listen to what is said, They then do a thourough hands on inspection and pay particular attention to what the handler is relating to them. I have been there several times since and have always received the best quality care and the price is affordable for a medcially retired individual like me. I really appreciate the time and understanding they have shown and do not have any concern with their diagnosis anytime one has been needed. Definitely a two thumbs up experience, and I get to see the same Dr everytime I come so they get familiar with the dog so they can spot anything creepin up before it becomes an issue. Both of my girls will go there as long as they live.

Dr. Bennett is wonderful. He knows his animals, and is kindness itself. He charges a reasonable rate, one the average person can afford (unlike any of the other vets in the area).

I just went to this clinic for the first time today. My regular vet lives a couple hours away and I needed a test done. Got the sample there shortly before closing and they ran the test and called me with results within about 20 minutes! Great experience very affordable.

If I would have known they were against giving pain medication to my cat, I would have taken her somewhere else. When I had made an appointment to get her fixed, they quoted a price to me, but pain meds would be separate. I had called and asked, Tabatha didn't get her pain meds. They said, "we don't give pain medications to cats because it can give them some problems." I don't know about you, but when I have surgery, I want pain medication. They told me that if she had pain that I could bring her up and get a shot, but they closed at 12 today. Even if I did, I wouldn't had the time, so I think we will give her asprin 1st and if that doesn't work, we will give her morphine.Very disappointed with this Vetenarian and when they open Monday, they will hear an earful!

I have been taking all my animals to Doc Bennett for as long as I can remember. He has done remarkable things for us and saved our dogs time and time again. I recently took a puppy to him who was near death, I mean really close, and he did many tests and gave me meds. Didn't think the puppy was going to make it the second day I was about to give up hope. I have 2 full blooded German Shepherd so regular vet care is a must, especially in Florida since mosquito season never really ends. The times I have visited the office they have been loving and caring and did not immediately jump to making high dollar diagnosis with Xrays and imaging. They chose a more conservative approach which was way less traumatic for Dixie and she reovered nicely in about 2 days. They actually take the time to talk to the handler and listen to what is said, They then do a thourough hands on inspection and pay particular attention to what the handler is relating to them. I have been there several times since and have always received the best quality care and the price is affordable for a medcially retired individual like me. I really appreciate the time and understanding they have shown and do not have any concern with their diagnosis anytime one has been needed. Definitely a two thumbs up experience, and I get to see the same Dr everytime I come so they get familiar with the dog so they can spot anything creepin up before it becomes an issue. Both of my girls will go there as long as they live.

Dr. Bennett is wonderful. He knows his animals, and is kindness itself. He charges a reasonable rate, one the average person can afford (unlike any of the other vets in the area).
