After finding out my poor pup had more than a minor injury but a fractured leg, Arbor Pet Hospital were more than confident in helping me with my poor pet. He has injured himself playing and now needs surgery after having xrays done at another animal hospital. But after contacting every hospital in Broward county i spoke to many people who were not sure they could handle the procedure and or their cost was sky high. After knowing about the hospital and bringing back remains of a deceased pet to them that i accidentally received by USPS. I knew then when i called them to get an opinion and email over my xrays this was my go to place. Not only were they supper confident but supportive that in fact my pup was in good hands. Following the recommended play by play having his blood taken to run tests, vaccinations updated, and then brought in the very next morning for surgery upon blood work results. The surgery went smooth and i received a phone call before the end of afternoon to let me know he was alright and everything went well. He stayed there the night and was picked up conveniently after work while he was still under their care the next day. They called the next week to see how he was. Then 3 weeks later days before his follow up appointment my pup seemed to have hurt the leg by jumping on a chair witch then we rushed him back to Arbor Pet Hospital and they took him in willing with out an appointment and told him he would be check out soon and they sure did keep us posted. They took some xrays to make sure the leg is healing well and i now have a peace of mind. I will forever remember to recommend this place to any and everyone who need help with their loved pets. This is a place of compassion and trust some where that doesn't take advantage of people in a hard situation as it is. Thank you Arbor Pet Hospital i am grateful for your help! Read Less

Having been to 2-3 different vets for my common breed dog, I fell in love with Arbor when I took my dog to get spayed a few years ago. The staff is friendly & the vets & vet techs are straight forward. I am very happy with this place & will continue to come here. Read Less

After moving to the area about a year and a half ago, I have hard time finding a veterinarian I liked until now. Took my chihuahua in for a dental cleaning and I couldn't have been more impressed with the amount of care they put into my pet. They kept me updated all day on how he was doing and put any nerves I had about having him go under at ease. Theresa, the vet tech, was amazing and spent time with me after to thoroughly go over his x-rays, after care at home and other ways to keep him healthy. Highly recommended! Read Less

Excellent, caring staff who are exceptional at what they do. Two different friends recommended Arbor when I moved to SoFla and I would only take my cat there, even if I had to drive 1 hr to get there. They were fabulous with my kitty who hated vets. I highly recommend Arbor. Read Less

My 14 year old Scottish Fold cat got sick with Cancer...Her name is Lola. I had to say goodbye to her September 22, and it was the most difficult thing I have experienced in years. Arbor Pet Hospital was caring and loving sending her to heaven. They sent me a beautiful card signed by the crew with a little round keepsake with her paw print and name on it with a heart too. Arbor Per Hospital has always been great and taken good care of my pets over the years. They are friendly and knowledgeable and they even have adorable furry support staff that check on you while the vets takes your pet to the back to check on them. Read Less

This vet is awful. They are rude. They overcharge and disrespect you and your pet. The service was very good twenty years ago. But NO MORE. Go to Gentle Care on East Broward and get the care and respect you and your pet deserves! AND they wont over charge you. SHAME "Terry Davis" is a Vet employee of this office giving 5 start reviews to themselves to counter negative reviews. SHAME!!! South Federal Animal Hospital is all so another good veterinarian office to go to other then Arbor. If I didn't experience it, I wouldn't of believed it. Terrible business practices!! Read Less

I have changed my veterinary care to Arbor Per Hospital after many interviews with other vets i visited in area and they are AAHA certified from being a Director of Medical Services at an AAHA hospital I know the challenges of making the accredited. I came in for the tour of the office and everyone smiled and acknowledged me as a potential new client. The practice manager gave me a tour of the hospital and explained a lot of times your pets are taken to treatment area I am a type that likes to see what is happening with my pets. All vaccines were given in front of me which I truly appreciated it.Dr. Modgyoros DVM and his vet tech "Glen"and gave he the time I needed to the DR. He took the time to review all the records answered my suggestion and gave me feedbacks I was impressed. Yes prices seem a bit high but thats ok coming from another AAHA hospital who prescribed toxic dose to my two of our seizure dogs. We have workable test with medications. I would recommend Arbor to people now and this was my first impression of the staff and they knew I have high expectations going into appointment poor staffed must be warned of My horrible experience at Coco-Park Animal Hospital and Park Veterinary. This animal hospital has terrible service I've heard horror stories of vets that charge people for things that the animals don't need done. That is exactly what Arbor pet hospital did. All they were trying to do was take money from me when I sincerely needed help with my puppy. I was charged $400 for a test that my dog did not even need. The worst part was they told me that there was nothing they could do for my puppy. I came to have my puppies leg checked out and I left with a $400 bill for a blood test and no help whatsoever on how to help my dog. I boarded my Baseji here and had to cancel my trip at the last minute, I stopped bye to pick him up and found him soaking wet, on a concrete floor in a cage in the laundry room. When I picked him up he was shaking like a leaf and they had split his lip open. They had the nerve to charge me full price after caring for my animal so poorly with NO APPOLOGY! I will NEVER return to this vet, they are possibly the worst and most expensive vet I have ever attended! Read Less

I had never been to this particular animal hospital and by the Grace of God ended up there. I was actually lost and looking for the CVS next door but since I had my very sick dog "Shaggy" in the car this was a good time to seek care. I must admit that first impressions are lasting and I was very pleased with the OUTSTANDING service and PROFESSIONALISM that I received at the facility. My pet was seen right away and the veterinarian communicated all his symptoms with me and provided reasons why the animal may have gotten sick.They also explained ways to avoid the symptoms coming back and provided me with antibiotics for cure. In general this pet hospital gets *four* stars from me for not only showing professionalism, but for providing the *TLC* that was given to my dog SHAGGY... who is feeling quite better now!!
