Practice Owner and their policies put profits first over pet wellness. They denied service out of spite. Simply because I disagreed with their policy about not sending the prescription directly to petmeds since my sick dog had run out and I didn't want to purchase hundred of dollars of meds from them. I even asked to speak with the practice owner and they never cared to call back. STAY AWAY, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND DO NOT CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR PET. !!!!!

I'm giving this place 2 stars for the actual Veterinarian and the cleanliness of this place. The doctor was AMAZING and it was super clean and nice. HOWEVER... I have never felt so insulted before in my life! I came in again a few days after my cat had her kittens. I was worried about my newborn kitten as she was acting somewhat strange. One of the Vet techs, I think her name is Rachel I might be wrong about that who fosters kittens checked out the kitten with me and we spoke some. When the vet came in and took the kitten back for testing and to see how she was doing to the vet tech came in to "talk" to me. She informed me on how to take care of the kitten and what to watch out for etc, bottle feeding to make sure she did not have aspiration etc... At one point I mentioned I had not slept in days as I was taking care of the kittens and was pooped out but was happy to do this. I didn't mind because all I cared about were the kittens.This is when the vet tech Rachel began to suggest that since my queen was not feeding her kitten and I was bottle feeding it, that she had a lactating cat and would offer her for the kitten to try and eat. I was excited about this as I agree mom's milk is better than formula. After she sold the idea to me she then mentioned I would have to relinquish all rights to my kitten to her and give her up. Then she went on to say "it's okay to give up" and that "'if it was 9 o'clock at night" that she would be more than happy to get the kitten from me. But I would not get it back. I felt super uncomfortable and awkward. I felt like she was trying to insinuate that I was not a good fit to take care of my kitten. I brushed it off in the room alone with her as I was not thinking about it all to much at the time. But she kept insisting and then gave me her number incase I needed her or wanted to give my kitten up....!!!!!!ummmmmm I breed Persians and I have for 15 years. I have never had issues with my kittens before but I really felt like she was saying I could not take care of this kitten. She fosters kittens and I felt she was trying to get my kitten to do that. I DON'T THINK SO!!! On my way home, I felt weird and called many people to talk about what happened and they all agreed this was super unprofessional!!!! I don't think she should have approached me and said that or tried to push me in the direction of giving up my kitten. This is what this place hires to work here? Don't get me wrong... the vet was amazing and I felt super comfortable with her.. but this lady came into the room with an agenda and that is not cool!I am not happy over this one bit! I was in a worried state of mind for my kitten and I love, cherish and take excellent care of my fur-babies... I can't believe this woman said this to me!Beware to anyone with kittens, this lady might try to make you feel like crap and suggest this too.... so, so unporfessional!

I have been bring my dog and cats here for about 2 years. The staff and doctors are always super friendly. They always explain prices up front, so there is now surprise bill at the end. They are also very accommodating, recently my dog has started having some anxiety leaving my side and is afraid of being in the back room and they brought the equipment into the exam room to make her feel more comfortable, and be able to be with me.

We brought our dog here for 7 years (both locations) and always felt that the staff and vets were professional. The costs seemed reasonable and good office hours. When our dog was diagnosed with an aggressive terminal cancer, the vet was so kind in helping us through that process. Dr. Brown really showed what a sweet heart she has for the animals and even though putting a dog down is never easy, she and her staff made sure it went smoothly. I am grateful for their kindness.

We recently had to visit because of our very ill elderly cat. Sadly she had to be euthanized. The staff was wonderful in helping us in this very trying period. They were so thoughtful and even sent a sympathy card a few days after the event. They are friendly, quick and have been great. I highly recommend. The care both our cats, now single cat, received is fantastic. I don't want to dwell just on our loss, but given how much care they gave us, and our sweet cat, it goes to show how much they care for the pets AND pet owners. Thank you WOVH!!

Sunday night I had to make the toughest decision of my life so far. My sweet boy Furrygamo was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We brought him to 3 emergency vets throughout the night, including driving to Gainesville and back, trying to find the best opportunity to save my boy. West orange hospital is his normal vet. This is where he would began his journey. The doctor (I believe it was Dr. Kiva is says on the paperwork) was so helpful, sweet and caring and gentle with us while we said our goodbyes to my very good boy as he went to sleep. It was a very difficult time and I just wanted to compliment the staff in the way they made us feel sooo comfortable and like our Furrygamo was in good hands. We get to pick up our sweet boy today and he’ll get to stay with us forever. Thank you west Orange.

Our puppy loves the staff here. Every vet, vet tech, and receptionist at both locations have excellent bedside manner. They take the time to pet her, give her snuggles before trying to administer anything. They are always very sympathetic to her symptoms when she's had a few illnesses and seem to really care about her. I've never had an issue getting a future or same day appointment. They are very efficient to respond to our puppy's health insurance claims. They even took back unopened Trifexis as an exchange after my puppy had a bad reaction to it. Great location.

Our first visit here the other day was fantastic! No one else was there except for us. A total 180 degree difference from our last place. This place was very clean and quiet. They even have a cat that hangs out in the waiting area! We were new patients so I had no problem waiting a little bit in the room while they got our stuff situated. Both the Doctor and the tech were very nice. We are going back next week with our three cats.

It's a great place but their prices are insane. We got our dog fixed at another clinic for less than half the price they were going to charge us. That was also paying way too much for a few checkups. If money isn't an issue, they'll definitely take good care of your pets. Otherwise, there's other vets that are much more reasonable.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now. About 2 months ago, my 6yr old Rottweiler became very sick. She was unable to keep food down and frantically trying to eat grass and anything else she could such as carpet. I was very worried for her but did not have money for a vet bill due to having just moved in the last month. I tried treating her at home using google but it was getting worse. I contacted this veterinary hospital and told them my situation. They agreed to see my girl the same day and said they would work with me on payment. Dr. Nadler, and his staff were so kind and pleasant. They treated my Gucci with so much love. The doctor gave me a treatment plan and recommendations that were realistic and not just to run up a bill that I couldn't afford. They treated my dog no differently than any other paying customer and gave me the trust to be able to pay my bill at a later date. I was so grateful for their kindness and compassion. My Gucci is doing very well now and no longer has issues since they helped her, and based on the Vet techs information and Dr recommendation...we upgraded her to better quality dog food after she finished her meds and bland diet, which has helped her tremendously. This place has earned a lifetime customer/patient just due to their pure kindness and dedication to the welfare of the pets they treat. I'm very grateful to Dr. Nadler and his staff. I'm a disabled veteran and my assistance dog means the world to me. Thank you for taking care of her!

I am new to the area and my 13 year old lab showed signs of what I thought was a stroke. I literally carried my dog into the facility when the doors opened without an appointment and the staff and Dr Nadler were WONDERFUL. the diagnosis was vestibular syndrome and my dog has steadily improved.
I can't say enough about the staff! Great job and I now have a vet in the area!

We had our little girl Bella for 16 years, she was with us for many life events, our Bella was part of our family and was loved by everyone. She had a gentle and loving soul. When Bella wasn't well and we had to plan for end of life, the staff at Stoneybrook was understanding, kind and loved our little girl as much as we did. One day, out of the blue, our kitty starting vomiting and couldn't keep any food or water down. We then took her to West Orange Vet Hospital and they were incredible. After hearing her symptoms, the vet almost immediately suspected that our kitty had developed a food intolerance and needed to get on a super high quality food that had rabbit and peas (no chicken, seafood, steak, preservatives). Rather than telling us to spend hundreds of dollars, the vet had us put our cat on anti-nausea medicine while she adjusted to her new raw diet. After a couple of weeks, our cat's energy level completely returned and the vomiting stopped! Now for the first time, our kitty actually finishes her meals! She craves the food whereas before, she would pick at her food. Our kitty is so happy. West Orange Vet was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treated our cat's symptoms to get to the core of the issue. We are so thankful and glad you helped our kitty get better. Thank you so much!

I just recently started taking my dogs to WOVH both locations back in January of this year. On April 20th I had to put my 13 yr old white German Shepard Kenzie down due to a tumor in her head. Dr. Badge was so kind and loving with her at every appointment she had. She treated Kenzie as a "person" not an animal. She stay with Kenzie till she passed. I on the other hand was a mess. She reassured me I was doing the right thing even from my medical stand point I knew I was. I could never have ask for a better experience at such a horrible time. I cannot praise her and the staff enough and I am now taking my other dog there my mom was so impressed with everyone she has now decided to take her dog. As long as Dr. Badge and the amazing staff is there I will continue to take my dogs to them. They are all amazing people.

I like taking my pets to this place since there never seems to be a long wait. The waiting room is clean and does not smell like funky animals all the time. The prices are fair and The staff is courteous and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining what is wrong with your pet and how to treat and prevent things from happening again. Good place.

They are wonderful and treated our dog, Lucky so great! Robert was so helpful and sweet when Lucky was scared! Dr. Badge is the best too!

We brought our dog here for 7 years (both locations) and always felt that the staff and vets were professional. The costs seemed reasonable and good office hours. When our dog was diagnosed with an aggressive terminal cancer, the vet was so kind in helping us through that process. Dr. Brown really showed what a sweet heart she has for the animals and even though putting a dog down is never easy, she and her staff made sure it went smoothly. I am grateful for their kindness.

We recently had to visit because of our very ill elderly cat. Sadly she had to be euthanized. The staff was wonderful in helping us in this very trying period. They were so thoughtful and even sent a sympathy card a few days after the event. They are friendly, quick and have been great. I highly recommend. The care both our cats, now single cat, received is fantastic. I don't want to dwell just on our loss, but given how much care they gave us, and our sweet cat, it goes to show how much they care for the pets AND pet owners. Thank you WOVH!!

Sunday night I had to make the toughest decision of my life so far. My sweet boy Furrygamo was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We brought him to 3 emergency vets throughout the night, including driving to Gainesville and back, trying to find the best opportunity to save my boy. West orange hospital is his normal vet. This is where he would began his journey. The doctor (I believe it was Dr. Kiva is says on the paperwork) was so helpful, sweet and caring and gentle with us while we said our goodbyes to my very good boy as he went to sleep. It was a very difficult time and I just wanted to compliment the staff in the way they made us feel sooo comfortable and like our Furrygamo was in good hands. We get to pick up our sweet boy today and he’ll get to stay with us forever. Thank you west Orange.

Our puppy loves the staff here. Every vet, vet tech, and receptionist at both locations have excellent bedside manner. They take the time to pet her, give her snuggles before trying to administer anything. They are always very sympathetic to her symptoms when she's had a few illnesses and seem to really care about her. I've never had an issue getting a future or same day appointment. They are very efficient to respond to our puppy's health insurance claims. They even took back unopened Trifexis as an exchange after my puppy had a bad reaction to it. Great location.

Our first visit here the other day was fantastic! No one else was there except for us. A total 180 degree difference from our last place. This place was very clean and quiet. They even have a cat that hangs out in the waiting area! We were new patients so I had no problem waiting a little bit in the room while they got our stuff situated. Both the Doctor and the tech were very nice. We are going back next week with our three cats.

It's a great place but their prices are insane. We got our dog fixed at another clinic for less than half the price they were going to charge us. That was also paying way too much for a few checkups. If money isn't an issue, they'll definitely take good care of your pets. Otherwise, there's other vets that are much more reasonable.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while now. About 2 months ago, my 6yr old Rottweiler became very sick. She was unable to keep food down and frantically trying to eat grass and anything else she could such as carpet. I was very worried for her but did not have money for a vet bill due to having just moved in the last month. I tried treating her at home using google but it was getting worse. I contacted this veterinary hospital and told them my situation. They agreed to see my girl the same day and said they would work with me on payment. Dr. Nadler, and his staff were so kind and pleasant. They treated my Gucci with so much love. The doctor gave me a treatment plan and recommendations that were realistic and not just to run up a bill that I couldn't afford. They treated my dog no differently than any other paying customer and gave me the trust to be able to pay my bill at a later date. I was so grateful for their kindness and compassion. My Gucci is doing very well now and no longer has issues since they helped her, and based on the Vet techs information and Dr recommendation...we upgraded her to better quality dog food after she finished her meds and bland diet, which has helped her tremendously. This place has earned a lifetime customer/patient just due to their pure kindness and dedication to the welfare of the pets they treat. I'm very grateful to Dr. Nadler and his staff. I'm a disabled veteran and my assistance dog means the world to me. Thank you for taking care of her!

I am new to the area and my 13 year old lab showed signs of what I thought was a stroke. I literally carried my dog into the facility when the doors opened without an appointment and the staff and Dr Nadler were WONDERFUL. the diagnosis was vestibular syndrome and my dog has steadily improved.
I can't say enough about the staff! Great job and I now have a vet in the area!

Actually they did such a great job that yesterday I found a stray cat and she was very sick so I took her to the clinic. We had our little girl Bella for 16 years, she was with us for many life events, our Bella was part of our family and was loved by everyone. She had a gentle and loving soul. When Bella wasn't well and we had to plan for end of life, the staff at Stoneybrook was understanding, kind and loved our little girl as much as we did. One day, out of the blue, our kitty starting vomiting and couldn't keep any food or water down. We then took her to West Orange Vet Hospital and they were incredible. After hearing her symptoms, the vet almost immediately suspected that our kitty had developed a food intolerance and needed to get on a super high quality food that had rabbit and peas (no chicken, seafood, steak, preservatives). Rather than telling us to spend hundreds of dollars, the vet had us put our cat on anti-nausea medicine while she adjusted to her new raw diet. After a couple of weeks, our cat's energy level completely returned and the vomiting stopped! Now for the first time, our kitty actually finishes her meals! She craves the food whereas before, she would pick at her food. Our kitty is so happy. West Orange Vet was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treated our cat's symptoms to get to the core of the issue. We are so thankful and glad you helped our kitty get better. Thank you so much!

I just recently started taking my dogs to WOVH both locations back in January of this year. On April 20th I had to put my 13 yr old white German Shepard Kenzie down due to a tumor in her head. Dr. Badge was so kind and loving with her at every appointment she had. She treated Kenzie as a "person" not an animal. She stay with Kenzie till she passed. I on the other hand was a mess. She reassured me I was doing the right thing even from my medical stand point I knew I was. I could never have ask for a better experience at such a horrible time. I cannot praise her and the staff enough and I am now taking my other dog there my mom was so impressed with everyone she has now decided to take her dog. As long as Dr. Badge and the amazing staff is there I will continue to take my dogs to them. They are all amazing people.

I like taking my pets to this place since there never seems to be a long wait. The waiting room is clean and does not smell like funky animals all the time. The prices are fair and The staff is courteous and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining what is wrong with your pet and how to treat and prevent things from happening again. Good place.
