Worst vet l have ever been to. The vet was not as bad as the vet helper. She was rude and wouldn't answer any of my questions. At one point she said, "l'm not talking to u." I have never heard of a vet that doesn't check all the vitals of an animal on your first visit...l thought that was included in the office visit. I was also told it costs extra to clean a cats eye out, which l was there for in the first place! Their prices are outrageous and very unprofessional staff!! Never go back. When it was Carter Animal hospital, they were awesome! Boy do times change!🥺

I was a bit skeptical at first making a reservation for my two pets after reading the comments and low rate on yelp, I have used many boarding places & some are really expensive! but this place is really nice, friendly and quality for money $13 per night! I went and had a tour, it was really clean & nice, it didn't smell bad like some other places I've been and they gave me options to see if I wanted my pets together or in separate cages. The room was nicely laid out, light + airy, fans on, some dogs was playing together, they was really taken care of. I always go on instincts and I trust this place to leave my frenchie and yorkie. I'm updating my review, I picked my dogs up and they seemed fine, Benny was actually eating more! They called after we got home to see how they was doing. Great place

Extremely overpriced!I don't mind paying for good care for my pets but this was kind of ridiculous and when I saw the bill I could not believe it. I went here because my Vet was out of town and his practice was closed for 14 days... my cat had a bladder infection, everything that they did my vet would have done for $75 less, just out of my price range. The doctor was very nice but, ridiculously expensive.

I have been loyally going to Dr. Rayburn for 20 years, he is a great vet with year of experience and knowledge. He has always been there to take care of my (many) dogs needs. Great Doctor, Great Staff when it comes to a Vet. I am not sure about day care or special services I take care of my own dogs myself for these things...but if they are sick or hurt and you need a Vet, Paw Haven is the place to go.

Paw Haven was the fourth veterinarian office I had been to in six months. Finally a veterinarian and staff who care about my dog and listen to my concerns. My german shepherd actually gets excited to go to the vet now. Other places were just out to rip me off and get as much money as they could with no regard for my dog's pain. They are the best. Finding Paw Haven Animal Hospital has taken so much stress off of me. Thank you to Dr. Rayburn and your team.

This place is horrible wouldn't take a pet gerbil or any animal to this place ever .

This is my vet for 13 years. He has cared for 4 dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla in this time. I refuse to go elsewhere. I have been unfortunate to have two dogs with different and extremely rare issues....
This is my vet for 13 years. He has cared for 4 dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla in this time. I refuse to go elsewhere. I have been unfortunate to have two dogs with different and extremely rare issues. To the point of there being no cure and little treatment because they aren't documented enough. This vet found out the problem when no one else could, and managed his condition excellently. The other he did everything in his power, and ran every test possible. Consulted every specialist and managed this dog as if he was his own. This vet was chosen by his peers as the top veterinarian in the state of Florida. He is also an excellent surgeon. He is there for you..he is there for your animals best interest. He has taken in pit bills from over crowded shelters to find homes for them. I continued to drive here when I moved away. If what you care about is the best care, go here. He is reasonably priced as well.

Took our puppy and sister-in-law's dog in for daycare and services while there. It's 10 bucks for daycare which is great but they leave them in kennels for who knows how long. They say they walk them ...
Took our puppy and sister-in-law's dog in for daycare and services while there. It's 10 bucks for daycare which is great but they leave them in kennels for who knows how long. They say they walk them and spend time with them so they can have human interaction but who knows if they did. Especially since we asked for our puppy to get the spa treatment which includes Bath, Brush, Blow Dry, Nail Trim, Anal Gland Expression & Ear Cleaning. They certainly did not give him a bath, and that's something that's very easy to tell because his penis area is still dirty and pee crusted. And with that they obviously didn't brush him and blow dry. I'm really glad they didn't charge us for it but they were going to and decided not to because we were paying $360+ for the services we got my sister in law and the lady said "you guys are already paying a lot". Well yea because they gave my sister in laws dog services we didn't even ask for that was an extra 70$.

Great Doctor, Great Staff when it comes to a Vet. Paw Haven was the fourth veterinarian office I had been to in six months. Finally a veterinarian and staff who care about my dog and listen to my concerns. Came because busy other vet had no time for my cat for shot update since I'm traveling. Dr fixed gingivitis that day. Gave me sedatives and great advice for travel w cat. Wish I had started here 7 yrs ago!

Today was our first visit and I myst say we were very impressed! Our oldest schnoodle had her teeth cleaned and I was called shortly after to be assured she did fine. Really appreciated that!
