Everyone at VCA Howell Branch is fantastic. You can tell how much they love animals and truly want the best for your fur babies! Our dogs love to visit Haley, Jasmine, Cathy & Patrick. Dr. Burk and Dr. Antonacci-Inniss are amazing with our pups and they always personally follow up after a visit. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. A. We have gone through the loss of pets through cancer and kidney failure with our Rotti-Lab mix and our Siamese Snowshoe kitty in the last 10 years. Dr A has always taken the time to listen and think through options and explain things simply and compassionately. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. (Only had one bad experience with a vet tech there years ago, but haven't seen that tech in years) The staff is sweet and obviously care about your pets. Our family just moved out of state and we will miss out vet team dearly. We are taking our Rocky and Bitsy to another VCA in our new state because of the positive experience with have had at VCA Howell Branch Animal Hospital. Read Less

Really welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. They even write a welcome to your pet on the exam room you go into, nice touch. During my visit, I realized I accidentally left my purse at home. I offered to go home and get it, but they told me to just call back later with my card info. And my visit total was pretty cheap compared to other vets. Overall a great experience! Read Less

I had an emergency with my dog Dwight and had only been in this office one other time almost two years ago and I was so pleased with the service I received. I called 10 minutes before I arrived and the staff had a room ready with a welcome sign on the door. The technician was thorough and gentle and the Doctor was wonderful and so was the receptionist. I felt so good when I left and Dwight seemed so much better. It had everything to do with the VCA staff truly caring. Thank you so much! Read Less

I took my dog Khloe (chocolate lab) to this location and just loved their customer service! They were so helpful and patient while I tried to locate Khloe's records from where she's received shots and fecal tests. Very happy with their service! Khloe stayed two days and she is doing great today :) I would recommend this VCA location. Read Less

So I took my cat here after having several bad experiences at other vets, cat hospitals in the area. I explained briefly what had happened at the other places, and the folks at VCA were extremely understanding and accommodating. Well, unfortunately my cat is sick again and I called to speak with them about it. Patrick helped me out a great deal by conversing with the Doctor beforehand which was and is much appreciated. That way when I go in, everybodys on the same page. That being said, its refreshing to get the sense that the folks at the VCA have my cats best interest at heart. And the only reason why I didnt give them 4 stars ~ theres one stinky drawback, the place smells like a feces factory at times because its located right behind one. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place and I truly hope that I dont end up having to revise this review. Read Less

VCA Howell Branch Animal Hosp. was fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was kept advised of everything going on during my appointment. Each staff member I encountered introduced themselves and what they did. Over all it is very professionally run. They all took extremely good care of my dog while I was there. The place was clean and smelled much better than most vets I have ever been to. I will definitely be back.Read Less
