They are always able to get me in for an appointment either same day or within a day or two. Dr. Alex was able to do surgery on my dog when needed and I am so appreciative of his care.

As many other reviewers have posted, this vet seems to routinely switch prices or create confusion for the extra cost.I brought my animal in on 3/11/2019 for a hematoma of the ear. I was given 3 options:1. Do nothing2. Drain3. SurgeryI asked what are the results of each and best/worst case scenario for all 3.1. Do nothing - The vet explained that sometimes hematomas can heal on their own but could possibly cause cauliflower ear. Purely cosmetic. Worst case it would not go away or continue to get worse. She explained many patients go this route but often return because it continues to grow or they do not allow enough time.2. Drain: Draining the hematoma would work but might cause cauliflower ear. Worst case is it could come back. I was told that 90% of the time it does return.3. Surgery: Will drain and repair the hematoma and help minimize the chance of return and cauliflower ear. Worst case is it will return. After researching exactly what cauliflower ear is and reading that draining often resulted in the hematoma later having to be removed anyway, I asked for a quote on the surgery. I was given a quote of $315. I also signed a release/authorization form for the surgery that day. Considering they closed in 1hr. I was surprised but figured it must be an easy procedure. Shortly after taking my animal back they returned with him and asked me to drop him off in the morning for "surgery."The following day I dropped my animal off and met with the actual vet beforehand. I explained to him what was going on, my animals' age and that I was there for surgery. Upon leaving, I received a call in 15 minutes stating they would need to test to make sure he was a candidate for anesthesia. I found this frustrating since they knew my animals' age before going into surgery. I assumed this would be an extra charge.Upon picking up my animal that afternoon, I asked how everything went and was asked to pay. I was told my total was $815.00. I was obviously shocked but not surprised considering I received the call to authorize bloodwork. I asked not to pay and to speak to the vet who they stated does the invoicing.Once I was in the room with the vet, I explained the situation. He simply said that it must have been a miscommunication with whomever I spoke with yesterday but that is the cost. I continued to dispute the validity of the charges and explain that it was clearly not the price I was given. He stated I was given a quote for draining and not surgery. He mentioned that I had stated surgery earlier that morning and he was confused since my chart said draining. I asked why didn't he explain that to me earlier in the morning and also communicate the price difference? He then became very frustrated and yelled for the vet tech I spoke to the day before. He yelled, "DON'T EVER GIVE A PRICE BEFOREHAND." The woman walked in and was clearly shaken. Of course, she explained that the price was for draining of the ear and not surgery. I let her know how our conversation went the following day (posted above), which she agreed was accurate, but stated she had only given me the draining price. I asked if they would have been confused in the same situation, which she agreed. At this point, I asked for my animal. The pet said he was not releasing my animal until I paid. Of course, I became rather heated at this point since an animal is very much treated as humans/children in this day in age. After several repeated demands to release my dog (which was denied until I pay the full amount), I called the Winter Springs Police Department. Once the officer arrived, I explained the situation to him. He stated that I should just dispute the charge since this is a very gray area and a civil matter. I agreed that it would be the path of least resistance. Upon entering, the officer explained to him what I would be doing.Once my animal was released, I let the receptionist and vet know that I did not agree to the charges and that I was being forced to pay to release my animal. The vet walked away and he overheard me tell the receptionist that I would not be signing the paper copy. He flipped back around and yelled that he would not release my animal records until I sign the paper. (against Florida law if you pay in full) I was given zero direction for my animal and what to do with care. Other patrons were visibility shocked by how irate the vet was behaving and his staff seemed to very apologetic and shaken as well.I did take my animal to another vet that day and was given proper directions. This review is not about care. The quality of medical care my animal received was excellent. The surgery was done properly and I was given the proper medication.I've also filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: This vet wrongly displays a Better Business Bureau plaque inside its office stating it is accredited. It is not accredited. Read Less

DO NOT TAKE YOUE PETS HERE!!!!! The groomer is rude and unprofessional, when I came to pick up my dog he was cut and bleeding from the cuts. She left patches everywhere and cut his nails so short that they were bleeding. When I asked what happened she said that  working with dogs that are sedated she has to hurry to make sure they don't wake up and bite her (he's 9 pounds) btw. So just because he was sedated that means cut the shit out of him and get it over with. I will never be going back to this place ever again and I suggest that no one else takes this pets there either. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, BECAUSE THATS WHAT THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!! Read Less

SEE PHOTOS TO READ ENTIRE REVIEW! THEY TOLD MY YOUNG SON ON A SATURDAY THAT HIS DOG WOULD DIE BEFORE MONDAY! They never even had a diagnosis! Yelp, PLEASE please please, allow a ZERO STAR RATING! Giving this office even one star is incredibly misleading. Whether you are looking for a vet for your routine pet needs or you have an emergency and are in need of immediate attention, if you've stumbled upon this office and are considering it, please do yourself and your animal friend a HUGE favor and think twice. You may think the receptionist is friendly and could possibly be impressed with their appointment flexibility, their prices are also competitive with surrounding offices, whatever the reason why you are considering this office, use that millisecond to look again!!! In my opinion, following our experience, you would more than likely be better off using google for a diagnosis or asking a first year student than wasting your money here and getting a swift kick in the rear end during the process. Our six month old puppy did not have much of an appetite on a Thursday morning but she was bright eyed, alert, playful and drank plenty of water...even chased lizards outside. She had two episodes with vomit, all was water that came up, but was otherwise herself. The next day, much of the same, even ate some broiled chicken, because it was bland, instead of her regular Royal Canin puppy food. It wasn't until late Friday night that she experienced diarrhea. Saturday morning our furry friend wasn't herself and she turned away water and food for the first time, this office was open on Saturday and was close by, so we took her in. Initially the experience was good. The waiting area appeared clean, by dog standards anyway, the receptionist helping us was friendly and we waited about 10-15 minutes for a room. The wait once we got to the room was a little longer than one would want, but we did have an employee come to the room and apologize for the extensive time, so that help to curb any slight annoyance it might have caused, after all, it's a Saturday and we were thankful to be squeezed in for what we thought was urgent in nature. Another employee came in and took our pet back with them to run some initial diagnostics. After being here for close to 45 minutes, we met a veterinarian, or someone we assumed was the veterinarian as she was wearing a white coat when no one else was. Note: she never introduced herself or explained her role. Our feedback for this interaction, cold...not engaging, no empathy, minimal information and very little direction for next steps...and so we continue to wait. About 10 minutes later, our dog is taken back for X-rays. No idea on price or additional procedures, and in walks the veterinarian again. Still cold, little to no empathy or emotion, no introduction either time, not sure what they've done, but we are told that one of us can come back to view the X-ray. Mind you, there is a way to show us both in the room. I look at it, I'm no expert, very little is explained, I'm simply told my dog is gassy and there is thickness to the intestinal area. Her best guess, it appears that it could be an obstruction. She said it is not a virus, no tests needed on that, she's positive that she needs surgery, probably exploratory since we can't see anything in her tract, so, in her words, "take her somewhere." Um, I thought I was "somewhere" but, OK. So it goes even further downhill, didn't think that was possible from an emotional perspective. Read Less

If it wasn’t for Tuscawilla Animal Hospital I wouldn’t be sitting here with my sweet Lita enjoying the day. Originally took her to a different animal hospital in the area. I was told labs not bad and to just change diet such as for sensitive stomachs. Oh her urine also was a dark color but that was dismissed. This was after I waited a week to be seen, and almost week later for labs. Well my dog has lost 10 pounds in just over a month, didn’t want to walk, acting weird and didn’t want to eat anything so I went to Tuscawilla Animal Hospital for second opinion. So Very glad that I did! First the labs were not good. Why did the first doctor say they were is beyond me. Dr Suero acted fast for it was critical. My dog has attended this facility for many years, seems to be that the doctor, when we were attending the appointments, weren't giving us valid information on our pets conditions. Throughout the course of time, some concerns within our pets behavior came into play so we took him to this facility and nothing claimed to be wrong only some minor issues. That didn't convince me so I attended another animal hospital and the discovered a heart condition. Which seem to be something strange when Tuscawilla animal oaks claimed there was nothing wrong, but last time I check you don't go from having any heart conditions to a stage 4 condition to me that is concerning as a pet owner. I do not understand how paying for full examination at this hospital nothing was an issue with my pet overall health. I do not recommend taking your pet to this hospital they aren't going treat your dog with full quality care and they are definitely just taking your money. Read Less

We used the boarding services at Tuskawilla Animal Hospital because our usual boarding kennel was full. When checking in, I made the staff aware that my dog was older and required some special care. This was never a problem for the staff at our usual place. Taking my dog here was a BIG mistake. My poor girl walked in and never walked out. When I picked her up from her stay, she had to be carried out, for she could no longer walk. The staff had also lost her bed, and after 30 minutes of looking, handed me a soaking wet mattress. I wonder why it was not clean or with her in her kennel. On top of everything, we were hit with an unexpected medical bill of almost $800 for labs and procedures, which I did not authorize. We were told she would not eat due to stress and I allowed them to use the necessary procedures used when an animal won’t eat. That was it. When attempting to get answers from the doctor, we received a cold demeanor with no explanation for my dog’s deteriorating state. A few days later, we had to put her to sleep. She could not walk, eat or use the bathroom on her own. I am sure the hospital will respond, saying they never saw us or that I am mistaken in one way or another. I noticed that is how they handle most of their negative reviews. I find it interesting that they would rather rely on their little system instead of taking the time to actually remember the people and animals whose lives they have severely impacted. Although it is difficult, it is important to take responsibility for, or at least have sympathy for things that happen when another person’s loved one is under your care. Tuskawilla Animal Hospital backs away from taking responsibility in any situation that is less than ideal and that is something I just cannot respect as a business. Especially one of this nature, where trust is key. It has taken me a while to write this review, as I have been grieving and could not bring myself to tell the story. I am not seeking resolution or any form of explanation. What’s done is done. I just found it important to share, so other people might avoid a situation as traumatic as the one we have gone through. Please do not take your pets here. Every time we come in here there seems to be a different problem. Yes I know vets have to make money but Dr. Suero is just ridiculous. He has absolutely no empathy and a horrible attitude. You can even hear him yelling at his workers in the back like a maniac. You have to have mental issues to be treating your staff that way and not caring that everyone else hears it. The last straw was last time when I took my dog in that had an issue walking, he immediately told me that he needed knee surgery. I was absolutely shocked that he would even go to that conclusion without even doing a thourough exam. I had had it. I ended up taking my dog to another vet that was farther and found out that he had a grass sticker deep in his paw pad. Knee surgery? Really????? I thought it was convenient that it was closer to my house and it was a nice looking office but what goes on behind closed doors is totally different. All he wants is money money money. These reviews of him being good have to be friends of his or fake. Notice how all of a sudden there are a bunch of good reviews very close to each other. Hmmmmmmm? Terrible doctor, stay away. I've been bringing my cats here for years. The staff have always given me good care. Note: it's not the most personal care. There are multiple vets in the practice and I've seen different ones on different occasions. Usually, they don't remember me or my cats, although there have been exceptions. However, they do a good job, and everyone in the office is kind and compassionate. Because there are multiple vets, emergency care is easier to get here, and I could usually get an office appointment on any day of the week. I like these facts. However, if you want a personal relationship with your vet (the kind where they remember you and ask about your family and other pets each time you come in), you'll want to shop somewhere else. If you simply want a competent provider where you can always get an appointment and they have emergency hours, TAH may be a good fit. Read Less

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!!! My dog was in a dog fight and needed stitches. This was a very traumatic experience for him and for me. I found the vet to be very callous and rough with our doggie. The stitches they gave him were metal so he wouldn't tear them, but they left them long and sloppy and the ends rubbed and poked my dogs face until he was raw and bloody.  We took him back a couple of days later so they could fix them.  A few days after that we returned so he could have some of the stitches removed but they removed the wrong ones and his wound opened up again.  They offered to staple his face but I refused - I just didn't trust them anymore.  My poor dog was even more traumatized and in pain. A week after we came back to get them all removed but they had been cut so short it was very difficult and by now my dog was not cooperating. They injected him with a tranquilizer and when it didn't work fast enough they gave him another.  They had asked me to give him one before we got there so this was his 3rd tranquilizer in 1 hour.  I said I was concerned about him overdosing but they were very nonchalant about it.  After leaving me alone with my dog for almost an hour in the room while the meds kicked in they finally removed the stitches. I noticed the vet was very rude to the technicians who ended up doing all the work and were very nice to me and my doggie.  In fact, there was one technician whose name I can't remember but who said she was from Texas who was extremely nice, patient, and caring. They also tried to charge me for things that were not done and finally dropped the charges after I complained. Overall, rude, sloppy, horrible bed side manner.  He doesn't even seem to like animals - worse vet. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PET TO THIS VET!! Read Less

A veterinarian is an intrical part of your pets livelihood. Not just the doctors, but the entire support staff. When they all come together as a unit you have Tuscawilla Animal Hospital. I have been bringing my fur babies here for more than a decade, and I travel some distance to do this. The knowledgable care, the compassion, the trust, the honesty, the empathy and even sympathy expressed by the doctors and staff is simply, OVER THE TOP! ; But above all they LISTEN, to your worries and concerns for your pet. I know this is a business that has expenses and overhead, but truly they are so much more about the health and wellbeing of my fur babies, I hold so dearly. For a cat with Feline Leukemia most vets would suggest euthanasia, Tuscawilla didn't, because they knew I wasn't ready to give up. The doctors treated each symptom as they appeared and my Goober lived several more happy comfortable years. How about a Veterinary Doctor that takes the time (and patience with me) to teach precisely how to administer insulin injections in my diabetic Maincoon? OR...€ Intramuscular hip injections in my German Shepherd, with degenerative hip disease, because the frequent travel would cause more harm and undo stress on his hips? How many of you have received a long handwritten sympathy card (not a generic photocopied signature one) with the memories and antics that your vet remembered about your pet? I have! These are just a few experiences I've had at Tuscawilla Animal Hospital. I could go on and on! Wish our human healthcare system would take a few lessons from Tuscawilla! I would have to agree with some of the previous negative reviews. The doctors lack empathy and treat the situation more like a bussiness transaction. Our 1 yr old doberman had a intestinal obstruction and Dr. Martinez was very quick to offer euthanasia as an option, and giving us a very little hope for a positive outcome even if we opted for surgery to have the obstruction removed. It did not seem right that our otherwise healthy and very strong dobe be put down without giving him a fighting chance. Unfortunately this happened over a holiday weekend and we could not find another vet for a second opinion, much less one to perform the surgery, and time was against us. Under the circumstances we didn't have much option but to leave him here as that was the best chance for him. We received a call 4 hrs after we left him and thankfully he survived the surgery, but even though there was no complications the doctor was giving us little hope. They kept him in the hopital for 4 days. When we went to pick him up they were billing us an additional $800 on top of the $3,000 (max cost as Dr. Martinez said) we had already paid in full for the surgery. No real explanation as to why. We were able to get the second bill down to $300. Finally going home...their technician hurts our dog trying to pick him up to put him in our truck (we asked for expert help since we were afraid to hurt him...big mistake). Dog lets out a big cry...when we get home his incision is bleeding. On top of that as I read the medication we were sent home with I came to the realization that we were sent home with no antibiotics or pain meds. Since we picked him up at closing time I had to wait and take him back the next morning (he was eating and doing well otherwise). In the morning Dr. Martinez wants to run tests on him and xrays at our expense claiming a possible infection and ignoring the fact that the technician obviously hurt him. We declined any further service from them, still ended up with another $100 bill for that visit, but at least we now have some antibiotics which would take care of his "infection", no pain meds however Dr. said because since our dog is so energetic he could hurt himself if he didn't feel any discomfort. The next day our dog is shaking not eating...still bleeding. We take him to Central Florida Animal Hospital (where we received amazing treatment) they immediately send us to an emergency vet in Casselberry (Amazing as well) to leave him overnight for observation due to possible complication possibly needing a second surgery. Not quite clear at this point, but they needed to get him comfortable. He was in desperate need of fluids and pain meds through IV. I go to pick him up the next morning he is wagging his little nub. Thankfully turns out there was no complication he was not eating and was shaking because he was in such great pain. The bleeding was not an infection they found no sign of one. Simply his incision was hurt. The doctor at Casselberry was genuinely shocked when she looked over his record and saw euthanasia was offered. Turns out she says this happens to dogs too often. And with no complications from surgery only a 2 day stay at hospital is necessary. Although I am very grateful the surgery went well the treatment provided by the doctors was inhumane, and I would never return to Tuscawilla Animal Hospital. Read Less

Good luck walking out of this place for any less than $150. Combine the reviews of Stacey Williams, Sofija Jovik, and the two one-star "Google Users" and you have a pretty good synopsis of what this place will bring to your pets and pockets. My wife and I have three cats, and we actually liked this place at first. With our work schedule, its location and hours were a big plus. We started with Dr. Morgan, whom we thought we liked until realizing her lack of knowledge when it came to testing. Dr. Colom was more knowledgeable and friendlyat first. But then his bedside manner quickly depleted. He was gone the next time we were in, and we had the ultimate "pleasure" of dealing with Dr. Suero, who owns the practice. Let's just say his scare tactics are top-notch, leaving a $500 hole in our pockets from the battery of tests he put our cat through. At first, we didn't think much of it. We were just happy our cat was healthy again. That is, until this practice became routineand with every veterinarian in the place. When we put it all together and realized his sickness was from a bad batch of the Science Diet food they suggest, we were compensated for the bag. But nothing else, of course. The next time we came in, we had Dr. Suero again. One of our cats, Diane, had some blood in her vomit. She had already been treated at least once by Dr. Colom for her recurring ulcer. But Dr. Suero was unsatisfied with Dr. Colom's testing, saying he should've done more. Being the swell guy he is, Suero (officially dropping the Doctor status, as he's more like a sleazy salesperson) strongly suggested about five different tests. We compromised with blood and stool, I believe. Like I said, he's a master of the scare tactics. His conclusion? Drum roll, please! A recurring ulcer. RECURRING. As in, it will happen again. Well, the next time she got an ulcerinstead of just letting us pick up some medicinehe forced us to come in, claiming it had been six month since her last visit. It was actually a week or so shy of six months. Another $100-plus later, we got the $30 medicine we needed. Ever since that $500 incident, we've noticed a trend of over-testing, a revolving door of veterinarians, and mostly unfriendly front office staff. I'm not sure whether these vets get fired for not jacking up the bills enough or leave because they can't stand Suero. I'm almost positive it's a combination of the two. Finally, I'd like to say that I would have probably given it two or maybe three stars (I'm too nice, by default) and simply warned others of over-testing. I might have even forgotten about it all together. But since Suero decided to be rude to my wife when he called today about our files being transferred to another vet, I decided I should go more in-depth and give it the one star it barely deserves. When confronted about the over-testing on Diane in particular, he claimed it was to make sure she was OK to be given the steroids, even though that clearly wasn't what the tests were for. It always blows my mind when business owners conduct themselves this way. Instead of doing and saying what he could to keep the customer, he'd rather just be rude. It kind of reminds you of that "friendly" salesperson who quickly changes his tune when you tell him you aren't buying today, doesn't it? I see a car lot with his name on it in the future. Oh, by the wayif you didn't catch my driftdon't go here. And if you already do, remember what I said about the over-testing and scare tactics next time you have a sick pet. It's an awful position to be in when you truly love your animals. "What if I don't elect to have a test done and my pet dies?" He knows you're in a vulnerable state, and he'll take advantage of that by picking your pockets right down to the lint, if you'll let him. Read Less

I have boarded my dog at this facility for at least the last 6 years. I had an issue after boarding my dog for the past 11 days. He had a a bad ear infection and I paid to have them put ear drops per prescription which was 8 drops twice a day. I brought him home today and noticed his ears were inflamed. When I picked up the bottle, it was full. The prescription was for 8 drops twice a day for 2 weeks. He was there for 11 days and the bottle should have been at least half emptied. Here is why you should NOT use this hospital. I asked to speak to the manager and I received a phone call back from the owner. He started to yell at me telling me my dog was a bad dog. He misbehaves and that it is ridiculous to think that they would put 8 drops in twice a day. He did not listen nor care about my concern and said I should board my dog somewhere else. I do not think I have ever had such a response from a business owner before. I have been overcharged on 2 occasions as well which he said was impossible, yet, I have a record with 2 credits after reviewing the bill and calling up to point out the error. This man should not be around people or animals. If the owner tells you that he will not administer medication per the prescription but will charge you anyways, that should be a red flag for everyone. Read Less

Is it possible to give zero reviews? Tuscawilla Animal Hospital should NOT be trusted. My parents brought my cat here for kidney stones a few months ago-- the Hospital did a surgery that apparently had such complications that they did another surgery without informing my parents leading to him having to stay in the hospital for another few days-- the bills ended up being around $4000. It then took forever for him to heal. I'm pretty sure they just screwed the surgery up to begin with and were trying to cover their mistakes while my parents paid for it. Today my cat was experiencing blood in his urine and bladder control issues and they won't tell us what's wrong with him and my mother has had to make the heart-wrenching decision to have him put down. I'm sure that this has something to do with the screwed up surgery and that they just don't want to say that-- so now my cat is dead and Tuscawilla gets to suck a few more hundred dollars out of my parents. Inhumane, disgusting. I'm calling a lawyer. Read Less

The staff is super friendly and they greeted me as soon as I walked in. The facility and rooms are very nice and kept clean, I have been to other animal hospitals with previous pets that I cannot say that about.  The staff was very nice and respectable.

Thanks to Dr Suero Lita is currently on treatment for two illnesses and on the road to recovery. Lita says Thank you Tuscawilla Animal Hospital!! ❤️ Read Less

Read Less

Oh you have an appointment?Ok weight ?  That all she said "weight".   So we sat down in the waiting room and then she said " I need your dogs weight".   This happened twice.  Then the Vet tried to give the dog the wrong shot because - he didn't take time to read the chart.  So we had to catch the fact that he was going to give the wrong shot.   The previous visit the female Vet says I needed all the shots when the dog had had most of them and then she said "Oh I guess I should read this more carefully".

Read Less

Worst vet ever. Not only does the his staff quote you one price for a procedure and then charge triple after its done, the doctor will try to blame you. He has no patients for his customers and won't explain anything to you. He has no bedside manner and is only out to take your money. If you love your pets find another vet. Now I know why he never made it in to medical school. The doctor and his practice are a joke.

Read Less

after a really bad past experience with my last vet, it was such a pleasant change to come here. To begin with it doesn't smell like most others do, it's clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and they greeted me as soon as I walked in. A huge factor for me is how long I'm waiting since my 85 pound dog could easily be described as impatient...   A facility that accepts walk ins very rarely is good about wait time but I was happily surprised. All the staff was caring and understanding, and that made everything go much smoother. I definitely reccomend to anybody with pets! And not just dogs and cats lol Read Less

I recently took my new cat to Tuscawilla Animal Hospital to get her first vaccinations and exam. Its on my way to work so it is super convenient! Overall our experience here was great and would recommend this animal hospital to anyone.  After a little research and checking out their website I noticed they have a coupon for 10% off for new/first time clients, which came in handy since this was my first time at the hospital and who doesn't love to save a dollar or two. The facility and rooms are very nice and kept clean, I have been to other animal hospitals with previous pets that I cannot say that about.  The staff was very nice and respectable. They treated both my cat and me very well.  My cat seemed very relaxed throughout the check up and vaccines.  Although this was a very routine type visit my experience was pleasant. Read Less

Tuskawilla Animal Hospital is pretty great when compared to other vets. The staff there really knows what they're doing and if they are posed with a question they cannot answer right away, they do their due-diligence to research the correct answer and find a solution. I love their hours as sometimes I can't make it to the vet until after work and they really work around our schedules. I don't board my dogs there but their facilities are very nice, clean, organized and efficient. This combined with the knowledgeable and caring staff is what makes this place great. Read Less

Tuscawilla Animal Hospital and its staff impressed me from the very start. Their building and layout is very clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was all incredibly caring and understanding during my visit, and showed a genuine sense of empathy at my pet's distress. They all displayed elevated level of professionalism. Unlike many other clinics Tuscawilla has flexible, convenient hours, which is a rarity, and makes life easier when our pets are feeling down.  It was, overall, a very satisfying trip to this clinic, and both my girlfriend, and our furry friend, and I left feeling very impressed! I had to make the call and end the suffering of an old family pet.  My buddy Winston.Winston needed to be put down after a very long life.  I called three vet locations and was quoted $70, $115, and $130-$140 by TAH.  I had used TAH before and so I went to them and because they could do it that day.  After the process I was given a bill for $224.  They tacted on all these crazy charges.  I got a quote for group cremation from all three and the above was the costs.  There were five other line items of charges on top of the $130 line item.  At my lowest and saddest time they took advanage.  I will NEVER go back with other pets in the future and I warn everybody to stay away from this shady awful business practices ofTuscawilla Animal Hospital. Have shopped and tried numerous vets. I found this one 10 years ago and won't ever go to another. They have always been so nice, the people there are real and really care about you and your pet. I have in 10 years not experienced any of them being rude or have a attitude. The staff is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain the different products they have & whats best for YOUR pet. They have never kept me on hold for long periods when I call, I never wait in the waiting room for long EVEN when I didn't have an appointment. They never force products on me I don't want or need. Almost every dog I see there is happy to be there! I will sing there praises for years to come!! I think people who read not so good reviews should consider that the person making the bad comment probably just didn't get their way that day or they are upset at the world and need something to complain about to make themselves feel better. So before deciding not to go, actually go and try it for yourself. Read Less
