SEE PHOTOS TO READ ENTIRE REVIEW! THEY TOLD MY YOUNG SON ON A SATURDAY THAT HIS DOG WOULD DIE BEFORE MONDAY! They never even had a diagnosis! Yelp, PLEASE please please, allow a ZERO STAR RATING! Giving this office even one star is incredibly misleading. Whether you are looking for a vet for your routine pet needs or you have an emergency and are in need of immediate attention, if you've stumbled upon this office and are considering it, please do yourself and your animal friend a HUGE favor and think twice. You may think the receptionist is friendly and could possibly be impressed with their appointment flexibility, their prices are also competitive with surrounding offices, whatever the reason why you are considering this office, use that millisecond to look again!!! In my opinion, following our experience, you would more than likely be better off using google for a diagnosis or asking a first year student than wasting your money here and getting a swift kick in the rear end during the process. Our six month old puppy did not have much of an appetite on a Thursday morning but she was bright eyed, alert, playful and drank plenty of water...even chased lizards outside. She had two episodes with vomit, all was water that came up, but was otherwise herself. The next day, much of the same, even ate some broiled chicken, because it was bland, instead of her regular Royal Canin puppy food. It wasn't until late Friday night that she experienced diarrhea. Saturday morning our furry friend wasn't herself and she turned away water and food for the first time, this office was open on Saturday and was close by, so we took her in. Initially the experience was good. The waiting area appeared clean, by dog standards anyway, the receptionist helping us was friendly and we waited about 10-15 minutes for a room. The wait once we got to the room was a little longer than one would want, but we did have an employee come to the room and apologize for the extensive time, so that help to curb any slight annoyance it might have caused, after all, it's a Saturday and we were thankful to be squeezed in for what we thought was urgent in nature. Another employee came in and took our pet back with them to run some initial diagnostics. After being here for close to 45 minutes, we met a veterinarian, or someone we assumed was the veterinarian as she was wearing a white coat when no one else was. Note: she never introduced herself or explained her role. Our feedback for this interaction, cold...not engaging, no empathy, minimal information and very little direction for next steps...and so we continue to wait. About 10 minutes later, our dog is taken back for X-rays. No idea on price or additional procedures, and in walks the veterinarian again. Still cold, little to no empathy or emotion, no introduction either time, not sure what they've done, but we are told that one of us can come back to view the X-ray. Mind you, there is a way to show us both in the room. I look at it, I'm no expert, very little is explained, I'm simply told my dog is gassy and there is thickness to the intestinal area. Her best guess, it appears that it could be an obstruction. She said it is not a virus, no tests needed on that, she's positive that she needs surgery, probably exploratory since we can't see anything in her tract, so, in her words, "take her somewhere." Um, I thought I was "somewhere" but, OK. So it goes even further downhill, didn't think that was possible from an emotional perspective. Read Less
