The staff actually told me my auto ship was fulfilled and lied. Two times... I am very sad that Gail is willing to allow these young women to ruin her practice on the part of the pet owner.

Sorry I don't have the same great review as the others. Brought our cat in on an emergency call which I called ahead to let them know we were on our way Once there still waited 20 minutes before anyone would look at him. He was in distress struggling to breath. When Dr examine him she insisted he had heart worms I was 99% sure it was somthing he digested. He loved to chew on plastic/string/ribbon and while at a friends house I think he got into something. Wish she would have done an x-ray or ultra sound anything to double check instead said he's to far gone and he needed to be put down. He was fine 3 hours earlier... sorry just don't think enough was done.

Horrible place! They completely take advantage and over charge! They made me get my dogs blood work done 2 different times in a 2 month period and if I didn't, the doctor wouldnt have filled my dog's ...
Horrible place! They completely take advantage and over charge! They made me get my dogs blood work done 2 different times in a 2 month period and if I didn't, the doctor wouldnt have filled my dog's needed medication. Not only did she charge me an outrageous price for the blood work, but she charged me even more the second time I got her blood work done and didn't even tell me until after. Then when I asked to get a prescription wrote out so I can go through petmeds because it MUCH cheaper then to buy the medication through them, she tried to charge me $10 to write or fax the prescription after I paid almost $200 for blood work. I will never go back to this place!

We went to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital when my rescue kitty went into severe respiratory distress. I had moved into my new apartment from out of state 4 days prior and my baby had been given a clean bill of health from my prior vet. After being up for 48 hours and likely looking like a crazy woman I walked into Crystal springs. These people are wonderful, caring , knowledgable people. My baby was ill from a tick borne illness and his red blood cells were dying and not regenerating. They showed me step by step how to give him his meds, how to take his temperature as he was crashing towards hypothermia and how to treat his various issues. He survived. He is happy beautiful and the light of my life. I owe these folks so much for working with me, educating me and saving my baby. Make them your vet. Don't hesitate. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are .

Brought our cat in on an emergency call which I called ahead to let them know we were on our way Once there still waited 20 minutes before anyone would look at him.
