I can't say enough good things about LHAC.  Our dogs are part of our family and LHAC has been our vet/boarding facility for over 10 years.  Dr. Hall is hands down the best vet ever!  It is hard in this day and age to find someone so passionate, dedicated and caring and compassionate when it comes to animals.  Dr. Hall has multiple times gone above and beyond when it comes to the care of our personal pets.  She is so knowledgeable and experienced but most of all, conveys love and compassion for our pets. She goes out of her way to make sure that animals are comfortable, especially after surgical procedures.  She is always available to answer any questions or concerns, and we have never been so impressed with any doctor... I know that nobody is perfect, but as a veterinarian, Dr. Hall is as close to perfect as we will ever find.  We are so grateful and thankful that we can rely on her and all of the staff at LHAC.  I love that we can board our pets and trust that they will be well taken care of.  Our pets love LHAC - so do we - and if you give LHAC a try, you will love them too!  For as long as we live in Atlanta, we will never go anywhere else! I've been taking my 5 dogs here for the past 2 years or so. General vetting, some emergency care, dentals. I absolutely love Dr Hall. She is smart, concerned with my dogs' welfare, and takes the time to discuss all of my concerns. I've also seen Dr Schimler and Dr McManus on a few occasions and they are equally wonderful. This practice supports rescue, unlike some others in the area, and they are an accredited practice. Read Less

I cannot figure out if this place has poor communication skills or if some of the doctors are running a scam. My husband took our kitten in for constipation. The morning doctor he saw was great and really helpful. He left her there for the afternoon to see if she would have a movement with the laxatives they have her. Around 3 that afternoon, they told him she needed to have an enema. Okay great, if it will make her feel better. They told him they would do it at 5 o'clock that day. I call back at 6 and it still had not been done. The person I talked to (don't know if it was a nurse or doctor) was rude and acted like she didn't k ow what she was talking about. She never gave me straight answers to my questions. She told me they wanted to keep her over night to see if she would have a movement on her own. If she didn't by the next morning they would do the enema. Okay fine. So the next morning around 8 my husband gets a call from the wonderful morning doctor who said that she had a movement on her own and was doing much better and could go home at 6 that day. That's great news! Around 3 that same day, he gets another call from a completely different doctor who said she had a fever and her fluids were down. The total opposite of what was said that morning. They wanted to keep her for another night. This one night stay already cost almost $600. No way she was staying again. These people need to communicate better with each other and the owners of the pets. Especially with you are going to have more than one doctor address the situation. We never got straight answers about what caused it and how to help prevent it. Being left in the dark about your pets heath is not fun. Needless to say, we are never taking our Ava back there. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Roesner and her staff for over 8 years. My dogs and cats have received nothing but EXCELLENT care. Not only does Dr. Roesner genuinely love animals, but she is diligent about making sure she and her practice are on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine. Her office has the esteemed accreditation (and therefore accountability) that most ordinary vet practices in GA are lacking. Does this make some things more expensive? Sometimes, of course. BUT in this case you really do get what you pay for. I wouldn't think of trusting my fur babies to anyone else. THANK YOU Loving Hands for all you've done for my pets! Read Less

I have been thoroughly impressed with the vet and staff at Loving hands. I adopted a difficult pup and she was very scared. Dr. Stephanie took great care to gain her trust. This took time and the vet and her staff took so much time to make my pup comfortable. They were even creative in finding way to deliver meds not to break the trust with my pup. I am 58 and have always had dogs. I have never seen a vet care to this degree and work with a pup. I am a client for life even though I live a good distance away. I've been happy taking my dog here!My dog had a bad case of tapeworm when I rescued him a year and a half ago. A corporate vet was too sloppy with their records and the treatment they proposed was not effective enough to get rid of the tapeworm parasite. My sister had taken her dogs to Loving Hands in the past and I recalled an attentive and careful staff with nice facilities. I decided to give them a shot and I am extremely pleased with their operation. They eliminated the tapeworm parasite and my dog Theo seems to have a very positive association with the Vet. Theo gets excited when I drive into the parking lot, and he always seems happy when I leave with him. I've boarded him twice here and I'm happy with the pricing and packages they offer. My girlfriend boarded her dog here for the first time for a vacation we just got back from. Their pricing holds great value compared to other facilities I've seen and used in the past. The office is clean and modern, and I feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. Read Less

I'd Like to start this review off by saying I am a college student and this place is affordable, clean, friendly, convenient, easy to find, and I highly recommend this place! It's the only place I go to besides my vet!As a first time cat owner I found it extremely hard to find a place to get my cat groomed! I had always found it so easy to go right up the street and walk in anywhere to get a good grooming service, but this on the other hand was very difficult!I boarded my dogs here so I knew off the bat that this would be my go to since they always came home stress free, the place was clean, the animals in the back never seemed stressed out or loud, etc. The staff was very flexible and willing to help as well as listen to my nervous new cat parent worries (thank you). I highly recommend getting any pet groomed at this pet clinic! I had Liam and Morgan watch after my babies and groom them as well and they turned out SO HANDSOME! I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! I was nervous my boys would be skittish after their first grooming, but no! They were so warm after coming home and they were playing as if nothing had ever happened (which they don't do after a normal vet visit) so I was very pleased! The two groomers helped my full hands to the car and gave me a full report of how they did during and after the visit.Oh and I forgot to mention this detail, one of my boys did not have a shot which was needed prior to the grooming. The clinic did have a vet on duty who was more than happy to see him and give him the shot so he was able to see the groomer! Thanks so much! Read Less

Slowwwww. Me and my fiance just took our 2 cats there to get shots. Our appointment was at 5:30, we didn't get to the back until 6:15, so 45min of my time wasted. We get to the back and the Tech was just as slow. Another 15min of answering questions they already had answers to. So finally the Vet comes in to give the shots. Our first cat did great, no problems at all. The second one can be a little fickle so as I expected  there were issues with him trying to bite and scratch. The Tech who was like 90lbs couldn't hold him down long enough to do 3 little shots. So guess what, $65 to get sedated. All because this little girl wasn't strong enough to hold my cat down. I will NEVER go back to this place!!!!!!!!!! Read Less

The worst service ever. I literally--would not take my dog there again. In February 2017,  I had taken Lala to Loving Hands Clinic because she was ill . While at Loving Hands Clinic, Lala, my lab mix--- had a very positive experience with the staff and tech.Since I was looking for a new clinic for Lala due to my relocation to North Fulton, I thought this would be the perfect time to adopt a new clinical caregiver(s) for Lala-- given the positive exchange that Lala had experienced with the staff in February 2017,Fast forward---On June 11th I needed to leave town for a few hours and I was not sure if I needed overnight boarding. At any rate, I contacted Loving Hands Clinic."Callie", CSR agent was my initial contact. She quoted me the vaccination fees and the boarding fee for one night stay.  "Calli" had given me a quoted cost of $162.00.Although Lala shots was not due for another week or so ---and I although I believed that Loving Hands were a bit expensive----  ......I said  myself what the heck.........what's a few dollars more.  This would also give Lala and Loving Hands Clinic staff  an opportunity to become familiar with one another during Lala's boarding stay.....(whew)....My encounter with "Marla" was not welcoming on her part. She wanted me to sign forms without providing me with a breakdown of the fees. I told Marla that before I would sign any forms, I would need her to provide me with an itemized list of the services with the associated costs (for precautionary measures--of course!). Not only was she resistant to my request, but she was condescending as heck-----accompanied with other unprofessional communication exchange."Marla" said that I would need to wait for "Calli" to provide me with the breakdown of the cost and the associated services...And folks.....that is just what I did ....I waited and waited....(I guess "Marla" showed me who was the boss)..NOT! I will never bring my furry family member to this place again. It is unfortunate that the person who tried to handle me on June 11th has tarnished my outlook on Loving Hands Clinic indefinitely.....take me off your email list "Marla" and LOVING HANDS CLINIC STAFF. I was upset last weekend when my dog injured her paw and I wasn't able to get into my normal vet (Jones Bridge Animal Hospital) for an appointment. I called several vets where my dog has been seen in the past but all were fully booked (it was a Saturday) except for Loving Hands, where I know some people have gone in the past and said they are outrageously expensive, but I had no choice. I ended up taking my dog to Loving Hands, who had an amazing facility and fantastic, loving and caring staff who clearly cared about my dog. That's about all I can say for them. I waited a really long time to be seen, and they actually worsened the problem for my animal. I was there for 1.5 hours and charged about $150 for them to just wrap up one toe, which actually caused inflammation and infection of the entire foot. Thankfully, I was seen right away this morning by the expert vets at Jones Bridge who immediately saw her, cleaned her, and gave me all the medications, cone and advice I need with a followup for next week to make sure she is okay. I was in and out in about 25 minutes with a dog who is finally healing! I wish I had been able to see them first to avoid the extra pain my precious animal has to now endure.I am going to try to get my money back from Loving Hands because they created more pain for my animal with more injury and the vet told me to keep her paw wrapped for two weeks at a time, which my vet at Jones Bridge this morning told me is the reason her pads on her foot entirely disintegrated and that no wrapping of a wound should ever be on for more than a day or two without cleaning and fresh air. So essentially, this place is outrageously expensive (I think about $60 for a visit and $30 to $50 for annual shots) and the vets (at least the one who I saw) did more harm than good. Read Less

I couldn't say enough good things about this clinic. Our experience with Dr. McMannus, Dr. Roesner and the rest of the staff at Loving Hands has been utterly amazing. They have taken a terrible situation involving our dog and brought professional care and comfort into it. I was blown away when Dr. Roesner offered to take our dog to her personal residence after surgery to help us out financially and avoid an over-night care bill. It was the definition of a class act. I can also say that this business isn't just existing to collect money either. They have been gracious enough to keep our tab open and on hold so we can figure out if another vet's insurance will be able to cover to sizable invoice we've racked up so far. On top of that, they been incredibly reasonable with their fees, especially when you consider they spend about 2 hours every other day changing out our dog's full body bandage and only charge us $60.00. You can tell when a business is run by people who actually care, and this is a vet that I would recommend to anyone I know or love. They have been OUTSTANDING in the truest meaning of the word. I've never been to another vet that has been as flexible, personable, professional, and kind-hearted......and I've been to quite a few vets recently!! I literally cannot say one bad thing about this place and we've been there about 12 times over the past couple of weeks! Read Less

Dr. Hall is absolutely amazing with my dog Marilyn. She was feral before being picked up by animal control and saved by a rescue group. She is so weary of strangers and new experiences. The nurse prepped Dr. Hall about all this...so she comes into the room, all quiet and slow so not to scare my dog and then asked me if it was ok if she did the exam on the floor to make Marilyn more comfortable. This was amazing! Other vets (not at Loving Hands) have just swept in the room and cornered her to pick her up and put her on the table...yes I know this is in the interest of time, but it just scared the crap out of her! By the end of the appointment, Marilyn was just sitting next to Dr. Hall, relaxed as can be. She even took a treat, which was amazing because after 2.5 years, she won't even take treats from me half the time. Recently our rabbit became very ill from a bad ear infection and we sought out the care of Loving Hands Animal Clinic. He had become lethargic and stopped eating so we were really worried about his condition. Dr. Stephanie Hall came to the rescue. She was caring and very knowledgeable about his condition and immediately gave him antibiotics. Zeus stayed sick for about another week and then began eating. Dr. Hall returned our call immediately when he was still not eating and gave suggestion on how to get him to eat. He eventually lost part of his ear from an underlying cause of which she explained to us how that could happen. I am happy to report he is back in good health and up to his old shenanigans. Read Less

I would highly discourage anyone from going to this so called "vet". I recently got my first puppy, who is now 16 weeks and I took him to loving hands twice to get his puppy shots. The first time, I waited over 20 minutes and was the only person in the lobby. Once we got to the back, prices and vaccines fluctuated from what I was originally told on the phone. I went ahead and got what they recommended, but was a little annoyed. Once we left, I realized they never even gave my puppy his bordetella vaccine, that I paid for. This really frustrated me, because I had to drive back to the vet and tell them they forgot to give his bordetella. They apologized, and gave him his shot. The second time I went, I waited for more than 20 minutes and was the only person in the lobby. We got to the back, and they started asking me which shots my puppy should be getting. This was very discerning to me, because shouldn't the vet know what shots to give my puppy? I am not the expert, the doctor is! After going over what shots he would get, they again forgot to do the bordetella. Luckily for me, I reminded them to do it before we left. I also asked about the rabies vaccine, and they told me to wait until my puppy is atleast 4-6 months old. I left frustrated again, because of the vaccine mix-up and price changes, but decided to go ahead and go back a third time for his final set of puppy shots. I get a call today less than 2 hours before my appt time, stating that my puppy was only set up for civ/lepto, not the distemper and in order to get all three I needed to see a doctor and one was not available until a later time. I became very frustrated and confused, because when I left the last time, I set up an appt for all three shots. I had enough at this point and decided I would not be going back to this place. I also need to mention this place is very expensive and over charges for everything. I called and went to a new vet today, and had a much better experience. I spoke with the new vet today and she informed me that it is a law to get the rabies vaccine by 12 weeks. I was stunned... why would loving hands tell me to wait until he is 6 months if it's a law????? This is unacceptable. Needless to say, I got my puppy's final set of shots and rabies for almost half the price of what loving hands would have charged me. Oh, and the new vet also clipped his nails for free and did a fantastic job. I will never go back to loving hands, and I will make sure to spread the word about my horrible experiences with this place. Read Less

I'll put it this way- we live in Chamblee and travel to North Alpharetta for Loving Hands. This is the only place I have found where I feel comfortable leaving our anxious dog to board- they take such good care of him and they truly care about his well being, as opposed to just making sure he is status quo like other boarding facilities he's been to. Also, our dog was recently sick on a weekend and we were able to get him an appointment on a Sunday afternoon- so crucial and helpful for a dog with an upset tummy. If we hadn't been able to get him seen, he would have had to gone another day without eating and his condition could have worsened. I am really bummed to write this review. I will start by saying that all of the employees at this clinic are nice, helpful, and have never bothered me in the least. The building is modern, clean, and inviting. This was the first vet we used when we moved to Georgia one year ago. We also used them for boarding. Boarding: I might just be spoiled from our previous boarding facility, but I was hoping to have quick text photos of my dogs while out of town, and they declined my request. That kind of irked me, because sending a photo text takes only a few seconds. I was even more bothered that when I asked to put my dogs blanket in their kennel, they said I was not allowed to go in the back to place their items in the kennel. I was allowed to go back there for a tour... So why can't I see where they are staying now? I prefer an open door policy. I've never been told by my previous boarding facility that I wasn't allowed to go where my dogs were staying. Also, when I called to check in on my dogs, I was put on hold for 15-20 minutes, told that I would be called back in half an hour, and finally received a phone call an hour and a half later. After a poor boarding experience, we decided to use a different business for boarding and would continue veterinarian services. Fast forward 10 months...Veterinarian: I was paranoid about the dog flu going around Atlanta as my two dogs were sneezing constantly.  Common sense told me they had allergies, as they still had a strong appetite and energy... But I wanted to give myself peace of mind. I called Loving Hands to get them checked out, and they told me I had to go to downtown Atlanta. On a Friday. At 3 in the afternoon. What? This is my pet's doctor - you are exactly who I should call if I am worried about their health. I asked for another recommendation because I couldn't possibly reach the downtown Atlanta vet on time, and they referred me to Midway Animal Clinic, who saw me immediately outside their building. I understand not wanting to expose other animals to the potential flu (which they did not have - it was allergies...), but you could have just as easily examined my dogs outside like Midway did. It was kind of stunning to realize that I couldn't rely on them in a time of need. I switched that day to Midway. Read Less

Highly recommend this compassionate veterinary clinic. Sadly, but suddenly, our cat was diagnosed with advanced renal failure. When we took her into the clinic we were actually presented with testing options a $300 package and a $800 package and the veterinary clinic actually recommended the lower-priced option.  They accept care credit, and they are a very compassionate, understanding bunch of professionals who work here.  When it finally came time to say goodbye to our precious girl, we took her back to Loving Hands.  They have a small, cozy room which is very comfortable and gave us time to say our goodbyes in a loving and respectful way. All they care about is money! After visiting my previous vet I can really see the difference. Save your money or go get a second opinion and see the difference for yourself. My dog need a cystotomy and they gave me an estimate ranging from 3,000-4,000 dollars.? Went to my previous vet that was in another county and the cost of the surgery was WAY less, and included IV catheter, fluids, antibiotics and pain meds, prescription food, and they kept her over night at no charge. My previous vet also had multiple payment options that helped me since I'm in college and working part time. There payment option is pay everything up front time of service. I can understand little things but a 4,000 dollar surgery!? I think they have some trust issues. But anyways, it has been months now since my pup has had her surgery at my previous vet and she hasn't had any problems. I don't understand how the same surgery in two different counties can have such a big price difference. And when they are not willing to work with you, the owner of the pet, they tell you that's the best they can do. You're almost guaranteed to go somewhere else, unless you have that kind of money to spend. Oh, and be ready to sign multiple estimate/paperwork for anything they do. Even if you declined any services. Maybe that should be a red flag that this company has had some major problems in the past. Read Less

I have been taking my pets to Loving Hands for close to a year now. They have always treated my pets with exceptional care and treat them like their own. When I first started coming here I had a kitty that was limping and I did not know why. After some radiographs and two biopsies it turned out to be a form of bone cancer. They were very quick to offer advice to me (as I panicked) and we ended up choosing to amputate his leg due to the severity of the cancer. Each and every one of the doctors took such GREAT care of my Henry and I am truly thankful for that. One day several months later I came home to find him breathing oddly and noticed some vomit close by. I rushed him in and Maggie and Dr. Hall were quick to assist me. I went home with a few oxygen tanks and an oxygen cage to see if he would get better over night. The next day he hadn't improved much. It turned out that he had cancer in his lungs and we ended having to put him to sleep due to how quickly he was declining. This was a very gut wrenching experience but seeing the care and attention that Dr. Martinez, Dr. Hall and Dr. Petraitis gave him his last day with me helped ease the pain. Even though he was very young when he passed...they gave me several more months with my little man. We miss him dearly. I have 3 dogs and 4 other cats that I take to Loving Hands as well and they have treated them exceptionally well as well. I have had a few litters of kittens that I've rescued and adopted out and they were great with them as well. Loving Hands is exceptional when it comes to veterinary care.Read Less

It saddens me after years of going to what I thought was the best Animal Hospital around that I have to write this review and give this clinic 1 stars. I left there today shaking from the frustration of dealing with the staff and not even getting to see a Dr. in spite of having an appointment. I have gone to this clinic for aprox 10 years. It is not the nearest and definitely not the cheapest. I also am in rescue so I have brought many rescue animals here and referred many friends. Over the past 6 months I have seen the service decline. The "new" staff member excuse has been overused. Today was just a simple visit to get heartworm medication and discuss a an ongoing issue with an adopted dog they have seen and we have been working with. I was never brought back to see a Dr. but told that their records indicate that since I have not purchased heartworm prevention from them in 6 months (I get elsewhere as a benefit from being in dog rescue) that they could not sell it to me and I would have to go through heartworm testing all over again to purchase from them. (My dog was heartworm negative at his 6 mos checkup and I always keep my dogs current on medication) The other dog that I had bought heartworm from in the last 5 months did not show in their records that she had been tested (even though she was and it had not been posted to her records) so they could not resell it to me. When asked if I could see the Dr. because we had been using a holistic method to deal with her fear of people, they gave me an 8 page form to fill out and come back another day for a behavioral evaluation (for a dog that just sits and shakes). I was given a nurse who insinuated that Dr. Rosner gave me inferior service and wrongly provided treatment for my animal and told me to go home and PROVE that my dog was heartworm negative even though they did all the tests 5 months ago and obviously didn't enter it. My only recourse in keeping current on heartworm prevention is to redo the tests and pay the extra hundreds of dollars for my dogs or take them elsewhere. I love Dr. Rosner but I'm sorry to say that when your staff continues to make these errors, insults me as your client who has stayed current on needed testing, and then insinuates that it is the Dr. who has given subpar care to my pets and charges me $160 and have never seen a vet during my scheduled appointment, I have to realize that this is not the care I am used to nor will continue subsidize. I have paid the high price because I thought I was getting the best. No one is ever irreplaceable. Your staff just cost you a loyal customer and future referrals. Sad and frustrated....and without heartworm protection for my animals because of clerical errors and greed. Read Less

The new home for our retired racing greyhounds and their healthcare, Loving Hands has already impressed and boosted confidence in their vet care.1st star - Involved with communityThe first time we visited Loving Hands was during their annual (bi-annual?) pet festival. They fill their parking lot with service dog trainer, dog ice cream, and dog food booths and invite passersby to mingle with the staff, get some free pet schwag, and have a good time. Since that first visit, we've been back twice and always enjoyed the fun with our dogs.2nd star - Newer, clean facilityLoving Hands is several years old now, but they still have a very nice, modern facility on Highway 9 in Milton. The waiting area is more like a large doctor's office waiting area -- lots of seating, coffee / water, and room to move around. It's a nice change of pace vs. a tiny foyer at an older vet. Less chance of unintentional animal interactions.3rd and 4th stars - Estimates for service; conservative treatmentPet healthcare is expensive, even with pet insurance. My first visit to Loving Hands was for a dog bite on my own dog. It was a follow-up visit after seeing the ER vet the night before. The ER vet had wanted to perform $800 worth of treatment, including anesthetization. We had the option of deferring until the morning to our vet, so Loving Hands took over.I liked Loving Hands' approach to the wound. They gave a similar estimate for nearly the same treatment for the wound, but the vet also recommended just letting the wound heal naturally. We were given very detailed instructions for the more conservative treatment and sent home. The cost was greatly reduced for us, including avoiding the hassle of a large breed dog recovering from anesthesia.5th star - Customer serviceMy previous veterinarian had 3-4 rotating vets, only one of which we ever regularly requested.  Additionally, the prices for services were never discusses until it was time to check out. On more than one occasion, I heard other customers verbally complaining about extra surcharges for boarding and the like.Loving Hands has three (3) doctors, each of whom we met for the initial visit and follow-up visits.  Each of them was very professional and did NOT seem rushed when presented with a lot of questions.  Doctor Martinez made a good impression, encouraging us to try the natural, more conservative open wound treatment that avoided unnecessary costs.Loving Hands was recommended to us by friends with a dog of the same breed as ours, and I'm passing that recommendation onto others. Their staff is professional and courteous, and they're mindful of the costs involved with caring for your four-legged (and other variation) loved ones. Read Less

No wonder why there are many negative reviews about Loving Hands Animal Clinic on the internet. Our experience at Loving Hands Animal Clinic was not so lovely, but painful, and miserable. After almost two weeks of keeping our pet there, numerous lab test, visits, consultations and discussions with the owner and her manager, and after we pointed out our concerns about the treating vet, we were told that he will be seeking another opinion, and that they could not find anything wrong with our pet, although they put her on antibiotics course. When nothing was changed, we became very concerned when the management suggested that the treating vet may have not expressed himself properly because of accent and language barriers. Then the supposedly Loving Hands, helped us take the pet to another veterinary hospital. To our surprise, the vet there, had totally different finding and the pet was on its way to recovery. The Loving Hands then slapped us with bill of several hundred dollars. The place is dysfunctional and the manager there, Judy is extremely offensive. Read Less

We've been taking our dogs to Loving Hands since before they moved into the current location.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience.  In both scheduled and unscheduled visits (border collies are crafty), the staff has always taken the time to listen to our concerns and help us make the best decisions. In all the time that we've been taking our dogs to them, they have never once talked down to us, scolded us, or made us feel like we need to do more.  They understand that none of us pet-owners are perfect and that we all try our best.I really like how they take the time to outline suggested procedures and go over the fees.  We have never been made to feel like we "had" to choose a procedure.  They make recommendations and point out the things that are required (by the county).  But in the end, the decisions have always been left to us.When we board the dogs they take copious notes.  I've watched as they have written down (verbatim) when we say "this dog gets a little more than 1/3 of a cup of this food in the morning and evening" and "that dog gets 2/3 of a cup in the morning and 1/3 of a cup of that food in the evening" (go ahead and roll your eyes, but finding the right diet has resulted in a "wind-free" household).  And that's how I know that they adhere to our instructions - after a while away we picked up our dogs and enjoyed a "wind-free" evening our first night home. The one thing that impressed me the most was the honest sympathy they showed when it was time to put one of our dogs to sleep.  We were treated with nothing but respect and kindness.  They tactfully handled every aspect of the process and allowed us to grieve the passing of one of our family members.I can honestly say that I'm glad we found them.  Dr. Roesner, Dr. Ellis, Dr. Martinez and the rest of the staff are great people who have always done right by our pets. We understand the delight, joy, and affection that bonds you with your pet.  We are committed to providing the best in veterinary care to enhance and extend that relationship for as long as possible. At Loving Hands we offer the full range of Veterinary Services for dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets, as well as boarding and grooming.  We are committed to practicing veterinary medicine with a personal approach. We don't talk about our Mission Statement very much at Loving Hands.  We just practice it on a daily basis.  We would like to get to know you and we would like for you to get to know us.  Loving Hands Animal Clinic is located just above Windward Parkway on Highway 9 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Read Less

I live in Dawsonville and will continue to drive down to Alpharetta to go to Loving Hands. Oh, and they did an amazing job on her groom as well!Read Less

I don't mind spending money. I want the best for my pets. This clinic is the farthest thing from that. The front desk is rude, slow and disorganized. The technicians are slow, rude and I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have received the wrong prescriptions and my cat got an infection after routine surgery...can you say dirty? They talk a good game, but can't produce. If you want the best for your pets, don't go here! Read Less

All about the money. Read other reviews on the web. There have been other issues about their tactics, billing, and unnecessary tests. I took a small cockatiel (bird) in for a nail trim and was told I HAD to have an annual exam for the first visit--its not a recommendation or choice. Here it is a year later and I am being told I HAVE to have an annual exam again (not a recommendation or choice), or they won't service my pet for another nail trim. Of course, they make it sound like it is all about her health. She is 22 years old and doing well. She has had exams over the yrs., but not annually. No other vet in 22 yrs. has required this which makes me feel its all about the money! I am not paying $100-150 for a $12 nail trim. Shopping for a new vet. Read Less
