My puppy ended up at Webb Bridge Animal Hospital in an emergency situation. My Vet that I was using at the time was out of town and referring everyone here. What a blessing that was! Dr. Bondurant and the entire staff were so amazing from the minute I called to make our appointment. My puppy required emergency surgery which ended up being why more serious than any of us had expected. Dr. Bondurant called me multiple times to make sure I always had the most up to date information about the condition of my puppy and continued to give me daily updates. She was very informative and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The staff even sent us pictures so that we could see his progress. Although they had a couple of vet turnovers, once Dr. Melissa Bondurant bought the practice, I have been extremely satisfied with the vet care I have received for all of my dogs and cats. Dr. Bondurant and Dr. Kennedy are great diagnosticians, and are constantly using state-of-the-art equipment and latest-and-greatest techniques. Horrible experience as a first time customer. I scheduled an appointment for my ShihYzu to have mats removed from her legs this past Saturday and I was scheduled for 9am today (Monday March 5,2018). I called this morning to tell them I was in route and they told me there is no groomer available there and that I may have the wrong number/facility. She also told me I wasn’t even in the system. So I contacted another animal hospital (that they suggested may have been the one I b...ooked with). As I thought, it wasn’t the facility I booked with either. So I called Webb Bridge Animal hospital back and stood firm that it was them that scheduled me over the weekend. After repeating the spelling of my name 3 times, I suddenly appeared in the system. Now, it’s close to 10am. I get there, have the job done and when it’s time to pay I’m hit with a $35 Office visit brief. I wasn’t told anything about this. No one had even talked to me regarding my Shih Tzu. I filled out a paper with her information and was just told they’d call me when they were finished for me to pick her up. I love the Drs. and staff at Webb Bridge. I checked into and spoke with a lot of vets & animal hospitals before I moved to Alpharetta and adopted my Bonnie and Clyde. Since I knew sometimes animals have emergencies, and I'm quick to panic!! I wanted to make sure I lived close to the vet I choose for my dogs, and I have never regretted choosing Webb Bridge for their care! Amazing staff that cares for your pets and caterers to their owners. When we had to put my older dog down the compassion and patience the staff showed us was immeasurable. Had my Siberian Husky boarded here for a week while out of town. He was walked several times a day, a must for a Husky, and got a bath before we picked him up. He must have enjoyed his time here because I'm not sure he wanted to leave when we came to pick him up! The staff were very friendly, both to us and our dog. Webb Bridge has been caring for my Chase since we rescued each other 10 years ago. They are kind, caring, always get you in when your fur baby has a problem. I would never go anywhere else. I can't say enough good about Dr. B and her staff. They are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and their top priority is the well being of your pet. So many times, Dr. B has done the impossible in treating several of my many pets and she keeps looking for the right treatment for those obscure and difficult to diagnose problems. I think the best example is when my Pug paralyzed from the neck down. Dr. B stayed with her day and night for 3 days with around the clock treatment and Charlie my Pug went from not being able to stand or move to being able to walk a few steps within a week with a full recovery within a few weeks. My teenage daughter had just walked our dog, as she was bringing in the dog, something was not right. Our dog started walking backwards, shaking and then became limp. My daughter picked up the dog and drove to Webb Bridge Animal Hospital. On the way she called them -- alerting them she had a sick dog in the car and that our dog was not a patient of Webb Bridge. The Vet was waiting in the parking lot and helped my daughter carry the dog inside. They not only cared for our dog but calmed my daughter down until I was able to arrive. I was so impressed by the care they gave us especially waiting for my daughter in the parking lot. Our dog is perfectly fine now, received a clean bill of health from our regular VET. I recently came to town as basically a refugee from the Louisiana floods. Because I swam out with my Boston Terrier Mugsy he needed a good bath and clean up. We have been going to Webb Bridge Animal Hospital since 1989 when the vet was Dr. Ritter. When he retired we began seeing Dr. Bondurant and Dr. Kennedy. This the clinic's third building and it shows in their commitment to providing state-of-the-art medical care. Both Dr. B and Dr. Kennedy are caring knowledgeable doctors who have taken care of 6 pets through the years. We have a special needs furbaby who requires lots of medical visits. Both docs have spent countless hours helping us with him. The staff is great and helpful. Many have been there for years. They are also kind with our animals. We always board our pets here as well. We have taken our pets to Webb Bridge animal for almost 20 years. They have seen 3 of our pups over the rainbow bridge with kindness and compassion. However, due to the cost of their yearly vac we take our pets to another well known vet in the area who charges half the price. Every other time we have scheduled a nail trim for our 3 dogs I have simply brought in the proof of vac with me and had no issues. However this last time the office staff insisted the paperwork be faxed directly from the other vet. As the other vet was closed on the day of the appointment I could not have this done. In addition I found the insistence of a fax copy from the vet's office insulting after the years we had been with Webb Bridge. The implication being the printed copy from the vet was not legitimate. While I believe Dr. B to be a fine vet, this plus the cost of her service have forced us to find care for our pets elsewhere. Read Less

Our family is thankful for the care our dog Astra received over the past few years, as well as the kind treatment she received during her last few minutes.
