I have never seen an animal clinic so nasty and dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped for years. I know it’s an “animal” clinic but this place was extremely musty. I felt like I had to give my dog a bath after leaving there. It would be nice if the staff could clean the place every once in whole. Staff is sweet but not very professional Read Less

I don't understand the other reviews. Granted, the personnel at the front desk were cordial during my dog's initial appointment for a checkup and when I picked him up after being boarded there for 7 days. My complaints are: I packed food for my dog and my son's dog; which were boarded together; most of the good was returned at pickup! What did they eat? I called to check on my dog while out of the country; the person whom answered the phone didn't know my dog's name. I'm a frequent traveler and ALL my previous vets/ boarders in FL and MD knew my dog and was able to give a report. I asked for my dog to be bathed and nails trimmed wbile he was there. Didnt hapoen! Finally, I've NEVER been required to pay half up front for boarding! Our pets are our family members and THEY SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH! Read Less

The Doctors and Staff at Red Oak Animal Hospital, are an amazing group..They are extremely kind and courteous to their customer's and their pet's.And they actually listen to your concern's..After being a pet owner for years I find that refreshing. I've been to some clinics over the years and it's in out..Not here!! Dr.Tolbert and Dr.Golden are the Best along with the young ladies behind the desk..Don't take my word for it. I called in doc. Gave me a call within 30min he explained everything jn detail but when I was in the with them the attention and explanations of everything that he did was supervb I was only going for ear croping my dog but stayed for everything else great place building needs maintenance but the service is a 5* service dont let the look decive you.
