Top notch--referred to The Village Vets by Barking Hound--after years of having trouble finding a vet that was reasonable, caring, and an office run 'right'.They have cared for 3 of my hunting dogs over the years, without complaint. Several years ago, Village Vets were among one or two Vets in Atlanta that could care for Dogs with the Flu--Dr. Mathews and team saved my 15 year old and 9 year old Weims after they caught the flu. Rare, lucky--but something special at Village Vets!

This office is AWESOME!!!!! I have been living in Georgia for quite some time, and this is the first vet's office I felt completely at ease, heard, and cared for as a first time patient. My furbaby Lyric was just seen this morning and is already showing major improvements. The staff was friendly and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Talk about love at first encounter! If you are reading this, please just call and make an appointment,you will not regret it.
My mini poodle became ill when we were in NC for a month. My main concern was his inability to walk. His back legs would just give out on him. He was seen by a local vet and placed on antibiotics and anti- inflammatory. Upon my return to Atlanta I wanted him to be seen by a local vet ASAP. I found this gem with stellar reviews on Yelp.
I called on a Sunday morning and was told I could bring my fur baby the same day at 2pm. I was able to locate this vet via the maps app with no issues. It is somewhat in a corner, but the signage is visible and clear. Note that if you are coming from Cumberland mall it is located on your right just beyond the Shell gas station.
Upon my arrival I was greeted and given a few forms to complete. It did not take long to be called back. The vet tech came in first. He asked about the symptoms my baby was experiencing and took his temperature. Not long after, the vet came in.- Dr. Stevens! Listen, I can't begin to put in writing how amazing she, and honestly every vet I encounter here is. She was compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. What I appreciate the most is that she did not try and run a host of test to determine the culprit. She was very honest and advised that she did not know what was causing the symptoms. However, she did have a game plan to get my baby back to being healthy!
Over the course of the next few days my fur baby had to be dropped off at the vet first thing in the morning and receive IV fluids and antibiotics for the entire day. Not once was I concerned about his care. The staff here are Godsends. I have never been to any type of service provider and received the level of attention and care that I did from Village Vets. The first class authentic customer service extended to follow up calls to check to see how my baby was doing. It is evident that the veterinarians to the front desk staff are living in their purpose.
In addition to proving stellar service and care, they have supported me financially with the care of my baby. The bills were racking up and I was feeling like I was going to have I make a tough decision. I guess their sixth sense felt it and would not hear of it. They were certain that they could get my beloved baby back to feeling well. Two weeks later... my baby is walking better, eating more, drinking water... overall, trending in the right direction. As Dr. Stevens puts it, we are not out of the water, but we are making progress.
Admittedly, I shed a few tears over my experience with Village Vets.It is rare that you meet genuine people. I can attest to the fact that every member of this family are the real deal. They are the kind of people that we should all strive to be more like. ... . I thank God for them and their talents!

I've been bringing my dogs to VVB for as long as they have been open. I'm very partial to Dr. Matthews but have seen all vets in the practice. I find all the vets to be kind and knowledgeable. I feel the same way about the staff. Maybe all vets do this, though I'd be surprised, but no matter what I've come in for, the vet always calls to see how my dog is doing.
If I call and need to speak with a vet, I absolutely get to speak with a vet in a very reasonable timeframe (same day.) I don't even worry about the cost. Some visits are very expensive and some aren't. I'm certain their prices are in line with the other clinics in Atlanta.
I can't say enough good things.

Almost every visit, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets are exceptional. I use to take my babies to a place in Decatur with sub par staff and very high prices. The prices here are reasonable.
My babies have been seen by Dr. Hooper, Dr.Jenkins, and Dr. Nargund; all very warm and inviting veterinarians. However, I will not make future appointments with Dr. Stephens. My fur baby has been seen by her once, and it was not a pleasant experience.

I just left my prior vet in Midtown due to their insistence on upselling everything and treating small things as emergencies to rack in even more money. I searched Greyhound forums for suggestions for new vets (since their body composition requires some special treatment) and found myself at Village Vets. The initial appointment was great. They treated my dog like a superstar, the facilities were exceptionally clean, and everyone was friendly and professional. It turned out that my dog would need to be anesthetized for a minor operation, so we came back a week later for surgery. My dog was excited to be there and I felt confident in Dr. Stephens ability to recognize the specificities of the dog breed. The price was even lower than quoted, my dog had no negative side effects from the anesthesia, and they called me the next morning to check in on her.
Village Vets is an exceptional place and I look forward to bringing my dog there in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about the vets and staff here! Clean facilities, friendly service, and an all around amazing experience every time. We have been bringing our dog here for 4 years, and would never consider going elsewhere. Everyone is so responsive and patiently answers all of our questions, and could not be sweeter to her. We even received an email following up after some recent test results, which was so comforting.We had to make use of the 24 hour emergency clinic once as well, and we're so grateful for the amazing care our fur baby received. We highly recommend Village Vets!

Our little girl Zelda needed to see a vet on a Sunday, and where most vets are normally closed these guys were open! Right off the bat the receptionists were extremely kind and professional on the phone. They don’t take walk ins but they were able to get us an appointment same day. Walking in the facilities, they were very clean, and the vet techs/receptionists were friendly and on top of their game. They quickly got us checked in as new patients, and multiple people came and checked in on us while we were waiting. We were highly impressed with their care service. Dr Stevens was very knowledgeable, and made my shy little pup feel very calm. She wagged her tail for the first time ever at the vet! That only strengthened my appreciation of this place. Dr Stevens was very thorough with her explanations of medications, and did a great job establishing a doctor/patient relationship. You can really tell they all genuinely care about the health and care of the animals they see. I can’t say it enough, everyone there was just fantastic, there wasn’t a single flaw in anything they did. From Zelda and her puppy parents, a big THANK YOU for taking such good care of our little girl! We will absolutely be coming back to this vet.

Dr. Hooper did an awesome job with both my dog and my daughter's dog, she was very through and checked out every inch of both of them. I was visiting from out of town and it didn't matter to her, she spent just as much time checking out my little girl as she did with my grand dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional vet. If there were 10 stars that's what I would rate her. Thank you Dr. Hooper for your care and concern in treating Mia. I told my daughter after we left that I'd be willing to come visit every May just to have Dr. Hooper take care of my baby for me. I can't say enough good things about the Village Vets in Buckhead. Yesterday was one of the hardest and saddest days of my life, as I had to help my beloved almost-13-year-old Silky Terrier transition. (My regular vet is not in on Fridays or Saturdays.) Dr. Jennings, vet tech Alexa, and Verae (sp?) at the Front Desk were so very kind and compassionate. My mother and I were treated with the utmost respect, and they took such good care of us and my sweet Silky. We had visited this office approximately a half-dozen times in the past and always received great care for my Silky and my female Maltese. They became our weekend go-to. Thank you, again, for helping us on a very, very difficult day.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My geriatric cat (23 years old!) had been in fairly good health, but had a sudden downturn over the weekend. I was lucky enough to find Village Vets to be open on a Sunday, and they were able to get us worked in. Dr. Mathews was absolutely great. With such an old animal, I knew that 'the time' would be coming at some point, but it's never something you are really prepared for. We had another trip back the next day (again being worked in due to the circumstances) in order to get some more fluids and help her be more comfortable. Dr. Mathews called the next morning to check on us, when I had to give her the sad news that Ramona had passed. She was caring and sympathetic through the whole ordeal, and I received a note expressing her condolences in the mail today. While this has been an extremely tough time losing a pet, Dr. Mathews and the staff at Village Vets made this time as easy to handle as it could be. You and your pet are in the best hands here.

I've been coming to Village Vets for 7 years. I started at the Decatur location and now in Buckhead since that's closer to our new place. I've seen Dr Jenkins and Dr Matthews and both are fantastic. All of the staff are extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. My dog Daisy has had several surgeries at VV and every thing has gone smoothly. They also cared for my 17 year old dog Valencia and helped me make the incredibly difficult decision to help her pass peacefully, surrounded by love, when the time came for her to cross the rainbow bridge. What I appreciate about the Village Vets is that anytime you come in for an appointment, the doctor always always calls the next day to see how your pet is doing. Sometimes more than once if it's a surgery or they aren't feeling well the first day they called. I will say though that they are expensive- a little more than other vets. But I don't really think about the cost bc my dogs are my number one priority.

I only have dogs so I can't speak to their care for cats etc but Artemis loves to see them, and get ear infections that had plagued her for YEARS are now gone. Definitely worth the price

I have been going to this vet since I moved to Atlanta in 2010 and recently had to put my dog Charley down due to cancer. This was the hardest thing that I have done in my life, but the staff made it so much easier. They were so accommodating and comforting while he was sick. If my usual vet, dr. Mathews wasn't available, someone else would see us and each person was just as professional, thorough, and considerate as the next. I cannot thank them enough for the care that Charley and I received before, during, and after he passed. This was the first pet that I have had to put to sleep and I am so thankful that they made it a calm and peaceful experience. I will absolutely use this vet again with my next pet, and recommend them to anyone. They are truly special people.

I have had many dogs in my life and with that came many vets. The doctors and staff are some of the most professional and kind people I have ever come across. I had an elderly English Bulldog who needed care and Dr.Matthews helped me navigate through some very tough times with my bully. When I finally made the decision to let go of my dog, I felt that he left this earth with dignity because of the way the entire staff treated both him and me on the day of. I am truly grateful to all Whom I encountered at Buckhead Village Vets and if I decide to get another dog there is no question who the vets will be! Thank you BHV!

I would highly recommend The Village Vets of Buckhead to all the animal parents out there. From start to finish they have been extremely friendly, helpful, and have gone above and beyond what I expected.I'm moving overseas and had some specific needs for my pet to travel. The tech who took my call was extremely knowledgeable and even talked to the vet to make sure they 100% had what I'd need. He even said they would do some more research on their end and call me if there were any issues.I came to my appointment and the staff was so friendly and the office was very clean. My pet seemed so relaxed. When we went into the exam, the tech and doctor answered all my questions and even had a printout of the additional research they had done to make sure we'd be cleared for travel.Then, the next day, they even did a follow up call to make sure my pet was still doing ok and wasn't having any reactions to the vaccines he received during his visits.I almost wish we weren't moving so I could continue to take my pet here.

We found village vets through positive reviews online - and we have used them ever since. Our Goldendoodle puppy enjoys every visit to the vet because of the love he receives from everyone there. We have seen Doctors Mathews, Hooper, and Stevens and have been delighted by each. They love what they do and it shows in the care they have for your animal. To top it off they always follow up after visits to make sure our puppy is doing alright. We moved across town and still make the trek over to Vinings/Buckhead to see them because we trust them with our little guy.

I would not recommend any other vet for my animals. I used them for years at the Decatur location and then continued with them at the newer Buckhead location. These are the most knowledgeable vets in the business. I have used several in the past that cannot compare to their level of professionalism and compassion. They build their teams of employees better than any to deal with animals and humans. Their prices are way less than the amount of care and love you will receive. Some places just do everything right and this is one.

I have such fun when I come here! Clean, safe and inviting, I love bringing my cats here!I have had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Jessica Jenkins and Dr. Laura Hooper when dealing with various feline illnesses. Both Dr.s are warm, sensitive, and caring professionals who carefully explained to me the nature of each illness and the best way to go about treating the illness. I always leave their company satisfied with their care and instruction. Now I drive 40minutes from Stone Mountain to bring my pets here because I feel most comfortable with the care my little lovelies receive while here at this clinic. If you are in the market for a new clinic for your loved ones, you should check out Village Vets. You will be happy you did!

I am rarely this impressed with customer service and competency of all the employees of any business, but The Village Vets blew me away. They go above and beyond, are kind and friendly, and their service is impeccable. I brought my cat, Piper, in for an annual wellness exam and an update of vaccines. From the front desk help to the vet, I was incredibly pleased with the service and attention to detail. They already had the files and paperwork prepared for the visit and my cat's file was already at the front desk when we walked in. There was no wait, the vet tech was personable and obviously loved animals, the vet was friendly and thorough, the check out was painless and they followed up three times. I got a thank you email, a phone call from a vet tech asking how Piper was doing after her shots, and another email from the vet herself just checking in with us and thanking us for our business.The only time my past vet contacted me was to remind me I wasn't spending enough money with them. They charged me for shots my cat didn't need (I found out later) and tried stealing business away from 1800 Pet Meds, which I used to refill Piper's Revolution. Also, they were vindictive toward me when I asked them to fax Piper's records to The Village Vets. I'm glad I left that clinic and found our new vet office. We are thrilled with them!I highly recommend this practice for your pets.

Top notch--referred to The Village Vets by Barking Hound--after years of having trouble finding a vet that was reasonable, caring, and an office run 'right'.They have cared for 3 of my hunting dogs over the years, without complaint. Several years ago, Village Vets were among one or two Vets in Atlanta that could care for Dogs with the Flu--Dr. Mathews and team saved my 15 year old and 9 year old Weims after they caught the flu. Rare, lucky--but something special at Village Vets!

This office is AWESOME!!!!! I have been living in Georgia for quite some time, and this is the first vet's office I felt completely at ease, heard, and cared for as a first time patient. My furbaby Lyric was just seen this morning and is already showing major improvements. The staff was friendly and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Talk about love at first encounter! If you are reading this, please just call and make an appointment,you will not regret it.
My mini poodle became ill when we were in NC for a month. My main concern was his inability to walk. His back legs would just give out on him. He was seen by a local vet and placed on antibiotics and anti- inflammatory. Upon my return to Atlanta I wanted him to be seen by a local vet ASAP. I found this gem with stellar reviews on Yelp.
I called on a Sunday morning and was told I could bring my fur baby the same day at 2pm. I was able to locate this vet via the maps app with no issues. It is somewhat in a corner, but the signage is visible and clear. Note that if you are coming from Cumberland mall it is located on your right just beyond the Shell gas station.
Upon my arrival I was greeted and given a few forms to complete. It did not take long to be called back. The vet tech came in first. He asked about the symptoms my baby was experiencing and took his temperature. Not long after, the vet came in.- Dr. Stevens! Listen, I can't begin to put in writing how amazing she, and honestly every vet I encounter here is. She was compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. What I appreciate the most is that she did not try and run a host of test to determine the culprit. She was very honest and advised that she did not know what was causing the symptoms. However, she did have a game plan to get my baby back to being healthy!
Over the course of the next few days my fur baby had to be dropped off at the vet first thing in the morning and receive IV fluids and antibiotics for the entire day. Not once was I concerned about his care. The staff here are Godsends. I have never been to any type of service provider and received the level of attention and care that I did from Village Vets. The first class authentic customer service extended to follow up calls to check to see how my baby was doing. It is evident that the veterinarians to the front desk staff are living in their purpose.
In addition to proving stellar service and care, they have supported me financially with the care of my baby. The bills were racking up and I was feeling like I was going to have I make a tough decision. I guess their sixth sense felt it and would not hear of it. They were certain that they could get my beloved baby back to feeling well. Two weeks later... my baby is walking better, eating more, drinking water... overall, trending in the right direction. As Dr. Stevens puts it, we are not out of the water, but we are making progress.
Admittedly, I shed a few tears over my experience with Village Vets.It is rare that you meet genuine people. I can attest to the fact that every member of this family are the real deal. They are the kind of people that we should all strive to be more like. ... . I thank God for them and their talents!

I've been bringing my dogs to VVB for as long as they have been open. I'm very partial to Dr. Matthews but have seen all vets in the practice. I find all the vets to be kind and knowledgeable. I feel the same way about the staff. Maybe all vets do this, though I'd be surprised, but no matter what I've come in for, the vet always calls to see how my dog is doing.
If I call and need to speak with a vet, I absolutely get to speak with a vet in a very reasonable timeframe (same day.) I don't even worry about the cost. Some visits are very expensive and some aren't. I'm certain their prices are in line with the other clinics in Atlanta.
I can't say enough good things.

Almost every visit, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets are exceptional. I use to take my babies to a place in Decatur with sub par staff and very high prices. The prices here are reasonable.
My babies have been seen by Dr. Hooper, Dr.Jenkins, and Dr. Nargund; all very warm and inviting veterinarians. However, I will not make future appointments with Dr. Stephens. My fur baby has been seen by her once, and it was not a pleasant experience.

I just left my prior vet in Midtown due to their insistence on upselling everything and treating small things as emergencies to rack in even more money. I searched Greyhound forums for suggestions for new vets (since their body composition requires some special treatment) and found myself at Village Vets. The initial appointment was great. They treated my dog like a superstar, the facilities were exceptionally clean, and everyone was friendly and professional. It turned out that my dog would need to be anesthetized for a minor operation, so we came back a week later for surgery. My dog was excited to be there and I felt confident in Dr. Stephens ability to recognize the specificities of the dog breed. The price was even lower than quoted, my dog had no negative side effects from the anesthesia, and they called me the next morning to check in on her.
Village Vets is an exceptional place and I look forward to bringing my dog there in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about the vets and staff here! Clean facilities, friendly service, and an all around amazing experience every time. We have been bringing our dog here for 4 years, and would never consider going elsewhere. Everyone is so responsive and patiently answers all of our questions, and could not be sweeter to her. We even received an email following up after some recent test results, which was so comforting.We had to make use of the 24 hour emergency clinic once as well, and we're so grateful for the amazing care our fur baby received. We highly recommend Village Vets!

Our little girl Zelda needed to see a vet on a Sunday, and where most vets are normally closed these guys were open! Right off the bat the receptionists were extremely kind and professional on the phone. They don’t take walk ins but they were able to get us an appointment same day. Walking in the facilities, they were very clean, and the vet techs/receptionists were friendly and on top of their game. They quickly got us checked in as new patients, and multiple people came and checked in on us while we were waiting. We were highly impressed with their care service. Dr Stevens was very knowledgeable, and made my shy little pup feel very calm. She wagged her tail for the first time ever at the vet! That only strengthened my appreciation of this place. Dr Stevens was very thorough with her explanations of medications, and did a great job establishing a doctor/patient relationship. You can really tell they all genuinely care about the health and care of the animals they see. I can’t say it enough, everyone there was just fantastic, there wasn’t a single flaw in anything they did. From Zelda and her puppy parents, a big THANK YOU for taking such good care of our little girl! We will absolutely be coming back to this vet.

Dr. Hooper did an awesome job with both my dog and my daughter's dog, she was very through and checked out every inch of both of them. I was visiting from out of town and it didn't matter to her, she spent just as much time checking out my little girl as she did with my grand dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional vet. If there were 10 stars that's what I would rate her. Thank you Dr. Hooper for your care and concern in treating Mia. I told my daughter after we left that I'd be willing to come visit every May just to have Dr. Hooper take care of my baby for me. I can't say enough good things about the Village Vets in Buckhead. Yesterday was one of the hardest and saddest days of my life, as I had to help my beloved almost-13-year-old Silky Terrier transition. (My regular vet is not in on Fridays or Saturdays.) Dr. Jennings, vet tech Alexa, and Verae (sp?) at the Front Desk were so very kind and compassionate. My mother and I were treated with the utmost respect, and they took such good care of us and my sweet Silky. We had visited this office approximately a half-dozen times in the past and always received great care for my Silky and my female Maltese. They became our weekend go-to. Thank you, again, for helping us on a very, very difficult day.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My geriatric cat (23 years old!) had been in fairly good health, but had a sudden downturn over the weekend. I was lucky enough to find Village Vets to be open on a Sunday, and they were able to get us worked in. Dr. Mathews was absolutely great. With such an old animal, I knew that 'the time' would be coming at some point, but it's never something you are really prepared for. We had another trip back the next day (again being worked in due to the circumstances) in order to get some more fluids and help her be more comfortable. Dr. Mathews called the next morning to check on us, when I had to give her the sad news that Ramona had passed. She was caring and sympathetic through the whole ordeal, and I received a note expressing her condolences in the mail today. While this has been an extremely tough time losing a pet, Dr. Mathews and the staff at Village Vets made this time as easy to handle as it could be. You and your pet are in the best hands here.

I've been coming to Village Vets for 7 years. I started at the Decatur location and now in Buckhead since that's closer to our new place. I've seen Dr Jenkins and Dr Matthews and both are fantastic. All of the staff are extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. My dog Daisy has had several surgeries at VV and every thing has gone smoothly. They also cared for my 17 year old dog Valencia and helped me make the incredibly difficult decision to help her pass peacefully, surrounded by love, when the time came for her to cross the rainbow bridge. What I appreciate about the Village Vets is that anytime you come in for an appointment, the doctor always always calls the next day to see how your pet is doing. Sometimes more than once if it's a surgery or they aren't feeling well the first day they called. I will say though that they are expensive- a little more than other vets. But I don't really think about the cost bc my dogs are my number one priority.

I have been going to this vet since I moved to Atlanta in 2010 and recently had to put my dog Charley down due to cancer. This was the hardest thing that I have done in my life, but the staff made it so much easier. They were so accommodating and comforting while he was sick. If my usual vet, dr. Mathews wasn't available, someone else would see us and each person was just as professional, thorough, and considerate as the next. I cannot thank them enough for the care that Charley and I received before, during, and after he passed. This was the first pet that I have had to put to sleep and I am so thankful that they made it a calm and peaceful experience. I will absolutely use this vet again with my next pet, and recommend them to anyone. They are truly special people.

I have had many dogs in my life and with that came many vets. The doctors and staff are some of the most professional and kind people I have ever come across. I had an elderly English Bulldog who needed care and Dr.Matthews helped me navigate through some very tough times with my bully. When I finally made the decision to let go of my dog, I felt that he left this earth with dignity because of the way the entire staff treated both him and me on the day of. I am truly grateful to all Whom I encountered at Buckhead Village Vets and if I decide to get another dog there is no question who the vets will be! Thank you BHV!

I would highly recommend The Village Vets of Buckhead to all the animal parents out there. From start to finish they have been extremely friendly, helpful, and have gone above and beyond what I expected.I'm moving overseas and had some specific needs for my pet to travel. The tech who took my call was extremely knowledgeable and even talked to the vet to make sure they 100% had what I'd need. He even said they would do some more research on their end and call me if there were any issues.I came to my appointment and the staff was so friendly and the office was very clean. My pet seemed so relaxed. When we went into the exam, the tech and doctor answered all my questions and even had a printout of the additional research they had done to make sure we'd be cleared for travel.Then, the next day, they even did a follow up call to make sure my pet was still doing ok and wasn't having any reactions to the vaccines he received during his visits.I almost wish we weren't moving so I could continue to take my pet here.

We found village vets through positive reviews online - and we have used them ever since. Our Goldendoodle puppy enjoys every visit to the vet because of the love he receives from everyone there. We have seen Doctors Mathews, Hooper, and Stevens and have been delighted by each. They love what they do and it shows in the care they have for your animal. To top it off they always follow up after visits to make sure our puppy is doing alright. We moved across town and still make the trek over to Vinings/Buckhead to see them because we trust them with our little guy.

I would not recommend any other vet for my animals. I used them for years at the Decatur location and then continued with them at the newer Buckhead location. These are the most knowledgeable vets in the business. I have used several in the past that cannot compare to their level of professionalism and compassion. They build their teams of employees better than any to deal with animals and humans. Their prices are way less than the amount of care and love you will receive. Some places just do everything right and this is one.

I have such fun when I come here! Clean, safe and inviting, I love bringing my cats here!I have had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Jessica Jenkins and Dr. Laura Hooper when dealing with various feline illnesses. Both Dr.s are warm, sensitive, and caring professionals who carefully explained to me the nature of each illness and the best way to go about treating the illness. I always leave their company satisfied with their care and instruction. Now I drive 40minutes from Stone Mountain to bring my pets here because I feel most comfortable with the care my little lovelies receive while here at this clinic. If you are in the market for a new clinic for your loved ones, you should check out Village Vets. You will be happy you did!

I would not take Annie and Henry to another vet. Dr. Matthews is wonderful - as is the staff.

It is always a great pleasure to bring our dog Chelsea here for annual visits and the unexpected ones! The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely caring!! They are very thorough and loving with our dog, she has been going here ever since she was a puppy. Dr. Jenkins is always a pleasure to deal with and you can tell she has a true passion for her work! Both my dogs receive the upmost care at this practice. Both Dr. Hooper and Dr. Jenkins are also great veterinarians I have used at this practice as well.

I am rarely this impressed with customer service and competency of all the employees of any business, but The Village Vets blew me away. They go above and beyond, are kind and friendly, and their service is impeccable. I brought my cat, Piper, in for an annual wellness exam and an update of vaccines. From the front desk help to the vet, I was incredibly pleased with the service and attention to detail. They already had the files and paperwork prepared for the visit and my cat's file was already at the front desk when we walked in. There was no wait, the vet tech was personable and obviously loved animals, the vet was friendly and thorough, the check out was painless and they followed up three times. I got a thank you email, a phone call from a vet tech asking how Piper was doing after her shots, and another email from the vet herself just checking in with us and thanking us for our business.The only time my past vet contacted me was to remind me I wasn't spending enough money with them. They charged me for shots my cat didn't need (I found out later) and tried stealing business away from 1800 Pet Meds, which I used to refill Piper's Revolution. Also, they were vindictive toward me when I asked them to fax Piper's records to The Village Vets. I'm glad I left that clinic and found our new vet office. We are thrilled with them!I highly recommend this practice for your pets.
