I've been going to Dr Jeffcoat for 25+ years I rescue any animal that needs help my 1st visit there n every visit from then on I have Never had any problems everybody is polite n listens to my concern...
I've been going to Dr Jeffcoat for 25+ years I rescue any animal that needs help my 1st visit there n every visit from then on I have Never had any problems everybody is polite n listens to my concerns n everybody genuinely seems to care I took a rescue dog very young few months old that had been severely abused n was absolutely terrified of everybody n everything n she was so scared to get into holding cage n I'd told girls out front what little I did know bout her n she could tell this dig was so scared n she asked me do I mind if she takes her behind the counter w them until Dr could get to her I said no not at all but I don't know much about her if she try get away or what she might do n she said well keep close eye on her n won't let nuttin happen to her n when I returned they said she's been fine n even did good w doctor n I've had few other abused dogs I've taken n every single one then didn't have any issues w the doctor n in my book I pay attention n listen to my dogs n if they don't like somebody I don't like em either n to me a dog that's been abused don't let just let to many people near them n not shy or try to run away but all my animals like Dr Jeffcoat n that speaks volumes to me I've never been turned away if o was getting there at closing in my experience Dr Jeffcoat truly does care about the animals he's never be rough or short w any of them n listens to my concerns n asks me questions bout how dog been acting out of ordinary or doing anything than concerns me I said no just very scared n he's been able to pet n handle everything I've ever taken to him I have always recommended him very highly to anyone that asks who's a good vet round here n hrs ⁴4never done anything to any of my dogs that he didnt call n ask me about 1st n I had one dog in pain needed shot sometimes n I'd go in n pay n he told me I didn't have to make her come in when I come in n pay he'd come out to my car n give her her shot n I never had to wait an exstreamly long time if real busy he don't take up time n chit chat he does his job helps animal n moves on to next n I appriciate
that coz I know myself included like to talk bout my animals but the man's got a job to do n patients waiting they wanta hurry up n get seen too I've never had any surprize charges or fees I have been very happy with him as a doctor his staff n also very happy with his prices coz he could charge alot more than he does n you can check around for yourself I will continue to go to him as long as I have pets I have zero complaints n thankful I found him many years ago n will continue to recommend him if he don't know what's wrong or thinks you need specialist he will tell you n I really appriciate that n glad he don't try to treat something he don't Know about he's the best of the best in my book!!!

I have been going to Dr Jeffcoat for 15+ years and I am done with him!! Got my puppy spayed and he charged me an extra $95 bc he said she was in heat! Don’t you think it would’ve been nice to warn me!...
I have been going to Dr Jeffcoat for 15+ years and I am done with him!! Got my puppy spayed and he charged me an extra $95 bc he said she was in heat! Don’t you think it would’ve been nice to warn me!! Or let me know beforehand it was a possibility that I might have to pay extra! When I tried talking to him about my frustration of not telling me she was in heat and the addition of $95, he could have cared less! All he cares about is a dollar! It was like talking to a brick wall! NEVER, EVER will I go back there or recommend him for ANYTHING!

Very quick in and out for Distemper Parvo booster for our dog. Prices were good and the staff were nice, so I didn't have any complaints.

Dr Jeffcoat is a wonderful caring vet. We had to put our elderly dog down. I couldn't have gone to a more sympathetic doc. He's been our vet for many years. He's a good man.

Can honestly say they deserve this one star. Absolutely incompetent. Our poor cat is miserable because of these idiots. I wouldn’t recommend Cliff Jeffcoat to anyone. Performing a procedure like declawing and a spay should constitute pain meds for an animal. They refused to give our cat anything for her pain the premise that there isn’t anything they can give her. When all real local vets seem to disagree. Allowing an animal to suffer the way they do should be considered animal abuse. I regret ever putting my poor cat through this with this twit who calls himself a professional.

Wow really surprised that my experience was like all the others on here I was asked if I was ever here before and I said no and told her how much my puppy has worms and she said oh that's fine it is included with the shots I said ok how much and and she never would tell me so I sat down when I was called back with my dog it was very fast shot pill and some yellow stuff and flea stuff on his back said oh that will be 65 I said will ya got lucky cuz that is all I brought and no one would tell me how much frist . told me to bring him back in three weeks for a follow up on the worm dose and I said how much do I need when I come back he said 65 I new I was done that was the point I new I got ripped off I will never come back there I will go to doctor graids like I new I should have anyway just didn't want to ride that far but I will next time.and yea he put this pill in a thing to put it down my dogs throat that look very old any nasty I really feel like I got ripped off would not go there if you really care about you dogs well being

Front office needs customer service training, and detailed instructions on how to itemize services rendered on a detailed receipt. They give customers a receipt showing total cost. Customers have no record of services performed on pets. The Veternarian is ok for simple things as shots, and is very informed about his craft/profession; however, I have concerns about his germ prevention techniques from one pet to another.

Dr. Jeffcoat at the Outpatient Vet Clinic has been our companion animal practitioner now for over 3 years. I find him to be knowledgeable, professional and concerned with the care of our pets. His prices are reasonable and services are affordable. My wife and I are very satisfied with the level of care we receive from Dr. Jeffcoat.

We are new to Georgia and needed a vet for our new pup we rescued while giving him a pill he told us our dog was aggressive because he had a playfull hold on him. AND then when taking our cat for a cough they put him under 2x once for a "hair ball treatment" and when we took him in for a continued concern they did blood work again putting him under for no reason. They don't give detailed receipts unless you ask and still that was a fight to get all of the information. Do not go there for the sake of your animal! He's out for money not the wellbeing of the pets.

the front desk staff was not the most friendliest. They were borderline rude and really short. when arriving the doctor asked me if it was my dogs first visit and I replied yes, after that it was a brief, non interactive appointment. It was so fast that I wasn't able to asked all of the questions and concerns that I had. The doctor did not explain the medicine that was being administered neither did he offer comfort to my dog. Another thing that was really disturbing was after he checked my dogs temperature with the thermometer in her rectum, I noticed that the thermometer did not have any protective covering over it. I didn't know what to say , because what if the thermometer had been previously inserted into another animal that had an infection. after the cold unprofessional check up I proceeded to check out. I was presented a total and was not even offered a receipt . I then asked for a receipt to only receive a slip of paper with nothing itemized so that I could know what I was being charged for. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ill stick with pet smart because they are corporate and are held to a standard. I was not happy with this appointment because it seemed as if it was a get in get out give me your money type of business. DO NOT GO HERE!

I took my cat to get spayed and shots. He told me they had found a lump and charged me extra to get it sent to the lab to check if it was cancerous. When i took her to my regular vet they called the vet up to get the results and were told I had declined to have it tested and it was thrown out. I took the proof of my payment in and asked for my refund and was told they did the test but they could not produce the test results. Take your pet in only for simple things like shots otherwise stay away!

Front office needs customer service training, and detailed instructions on how to itemize services rendered on a detailed receipt. They give customers a receipt showing total cost. Customers have no record of services performed on pets. Dr. Jeffcoat at the Outpatient Vet Clinic has been our companion animal practitioner now for over 3 years. I find him to be knowledgeable, professional and concerned with the care of our pets. His prices are reasonable and services are affordable. My wife and I are very satisfied with the level of care we receive from Dr. Jeffcoat.

We are new to Georgia and needed a vet for our new pup we rescued while giving him a pill he told us our dog was aggressive because he had a playfull hold on him. AND then when taking our cat for a cough they put him under 2x once for a "hair ball treatment" and when we took him in for a continued concern they did blood work again putting him under for no reason.
