I went to the same vet in North Augusta for yrs! During and after Covid things changed! Prices keep going up and customer service down! I switched to another vet in North Augusta but she has never opened her lobby and I never met her! This does not work for me! I switched to Walton Way and immed was pleased with how polite the office was and slightly cheaper! Dr Vann seems like she is up to date on her knowledge of animals and I believe she is! The main problem recently is I left 2 messages for her about a dog I have that needs surgery somewhere else and she ref her to a Dr! I had a couple of questions that she could answer I believe before I saw this specialist for a consult and more money out of pocket for me! I never heard one word from her or her staff! I have decided to try group in Aiken for my multi pet household!

Scout is my retired FEMA K9. He's a hand full of pure 115#s German Shepherd. Dr. Vann took on his irritable self very professionally! Even though his file reads in red print on the front " MUZZLE NEEDED!" they gave him respect and handled him well. She has helped with anxiety and is responding well to treatment protocol. I would highly recommend this office. Its clean, comfortable, smaller than the large industrial ones and theres always a smile waiting for you once you enter the door.

When we moved to the area it was very important to find a great vet. Wrigley has Addison's and his prior vet took exceptional care of him. When we found Walton Way Vertrinary Clinic it was such a huge relief. They spent so much time with us and assured me they can help us manage his disease. 10 months later we added a new puppy to our home. The new puppy ate the metal bell from his collar. When I realized I callled Walton Way Veterinary Clinic and they suggesed we come in to determine next steps. They were amazing and found the bell in Packer's colon. I called Walton Way Veterinary Clinic in a near panic over my sick dog Monday morning. I was a first time customer and I didn't have any records for my pup. They were awesome! They had me and my dog in the clinic a half hour later, the staff was friendly and kind and even got in touch with my old veterinarian to retrieve records for me. Dr.Vann and the vet tech, Pamela, handled my 80 pound pitbull with care and genuinely listened to me when I described symptoms and history. Thanks to them my fur-baby is feeling much better and I know where I can find dependable care! So glad I found them!

Two years ago I along with my kids had to make a final decision to let our beloved 131/2 year old Lab Mack cross the Rainbow Bridge Dr Vann was so compassionate to our baby Mack to let Mack go was the hardest decision to make but having Dr Tucker and her staff sit with me and my kids while we said Goodbye to our precious boy Mack words will never describe how much this Vet helped us and supported my family with love and compassion. The staff at Walton Way are amazing. My dogs are treated by Dr. Tucker. She is honest, open minded and compassionate. I am truly impressed at the level of care she has provided to my dogs. Dr. Tucker is also wonderful with humans. She takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me and is willing to accept phone calls or emails if i need further clarification or have additional questions. Fantastic clinic!!

Love, love, love this group of ladies (and guy)! Both doctors are absolutely wonderful. They can almost always get us in the same day if something is going on with one of our pets. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins before seeing the doctor. They always get us in and out super fast but the doctors always take their time with us while we're in the room. Can't say enough great things. Highly recommend both Dr. Parker and Dr. Tucker.

I can't thank Dr. Tucker and the rest of the staff enough for the amazing care they have given my kiddos. I have 5 ferrets and 1 Akita that feel right at home here. I was recommended to Dr. Tucker by a friend (Thanks again Lia!) after I adopted my very sickly ferret named Noodles and was disappointed by a previous "exotic" vet's treatment plan. I am so thankful to have found someone as knowledgable about ferrets as she is! She saved Noodles' life and has already helped me improve the health of my other critters. Most people see them as just "ferrets" but to me they are truly my kiddos. They treat your pets like they are their own and you are a name, not a dollar sign.

Dr. Parker is a brilliant vet who saved my dogs life-to the amazement and disbelief of other vets! Our Lab was critical when we rushed her in with heat stroke. Dr. Parker told us her body temperature was 108F.!!! So happy to report that Dr. Parker & the excellent staff at Walton Way saved her life. We're so grateful to them - and so is our girl.

I went to the same vet in North Augusta for yrs! During and after Covid things changed! Prices keep going up and customer service down! I switched to another vet in North Augusta but she has never opened her lobby and I never met her! This does not work for me! I called Walton Way Veterinary Clinic in a near panic over my sick dog Monday morning. I was a first time customer and I didn't have any records for my pup. They were awesome! Love, love, love this group of ladies (and guy)! Both doctors are absolutely wonderful. They can almost always get us in the same day if something is going on with one of our pets. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins before seeing the doctor. They always get us in and out super fast but the doctors always take their time with us while we're in the room. Can't say enough great things. Highly recommend both Dr. Parker and Dr. Tucker.
