Been taking my cats here since they opened. The practice just keeps on growing, but the quality of care and attention from the vets and staff remains the same. I am an Adoption Coordinator for a dog rescue, and had gotten a Save-A-Pet certificate for a discounted spay at this facility for one of our rescue's dogs. The foster left the pre-op exam with an estimate that was 2.25x the price that the certificate was supposed to be good for. Complete bait and switch with all of the services that are not optional for a spay but essential parts of the procedure. Nauseated with these business practices. We will clearly be going elsewhere to a facility that confirmed that they do not tack on additional fees. It's a complete shame that our foster wasted her time and the puppy had to go through the exam all for naught.

Two years ago, my wife, Annette Griffith Hudson and 4 Chihuahuas moved from Wilmington Island to Pooler. We were immediately recommended to use Faulkville Animal Hospital for our furry needs. We have been seeing Dr. Moore since our move here and are very pleased with the services he and his staff have provided for us. Our Senior dog, PeaNut (17-1/2 years old) has had heart issues for a long time and Dr Moore has been treating him. PeaNut took a turn for the worse during the Thanksgiving weekend and we have been doing all we could do to make him comfortable since. Friday night he really went down hill and we called early Saturday morning for a fill in appointment. We were told to come on in and they would 'work us in' as soon as they could. We arrived at 8:15 and immediately saw Dr Croy, because PeaNut had worsened quickly. We were taken back to the operating room where he was given oxygen, fluids, and the utmost care in his condition. We didn't want to have to make a decision for his life to end, so asked Dr. Croy for a few minutes alone with him. My wife asked him not to make US decide to end his life and just as soon as Dr. Croy came in with the shot, he passed away in Annette's arms. We can't say enough about Drs Moore and Croy and the Staff at Faulkville Animal Hospital. What a blessing to have been treated this way yesterday, in our time of need for our PeaNut. We highly recommend Faulkville Animal Hospital!!

The staff and doctors are so sweet and caring. I arrived without an appointment because my senior indoor cat had somehow gotten fleas. They fit me in and the doctor immediately realized there was a lot more than fleas going on. They discovered a serious condition that would have killed Polly in a matter of days. The vet gave me clear, humane counsel on Polly's options and was very candid about possible complications and quality of life. I really appreciated Dr. Holcombe's "bedside" manner and sincere empathy. I'm happy to say that Polly is doing better and we can breathe easy knowing Dr. Holcombe and her staff are just down the road when Polly needs a check up.

I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else. They have inexpensive packages and they treat my dog very well. It's also very clean and neat, their waiting room is very nice. The staff is very friendly and I love that the vets give you all the detailed information you need to know. One of my dogs got bit by a snake, they took her in right away with no problems. When my dog was sick, they fit her into the schedule, I came in with her, and was able to drop her off. They took such good care of her and they checked her thoroughly. They didn't stop until they found out what was going on. What I do like is that if they're not sure about something, they will seek a second opinion. I appreciated that. Thank you Faulkville Animal Hospital for being so great.

If you know me, you know I love my fur babies like they are my children. Tuesday, my baby Abbie was bitten by a rattlesnake. The wound was not immediately recognized as such by the first vet we saw (no blame there. It just wasn't evident.) She was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics. When I got home from dance around 930 that night, I found my baby paralyzed. I called the vet (Faulkville Animal Hospital), left a message, and asked my friends to pray . The first answered prayer was a call back from Dr. Kayce Croy. Anyone could have been on call that night, but God made sure it was her. I'll skip the details but she went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and stayed with Abbie for hours afterward hunting for answers (well past midnight ). She didn't have to do that. We left Abbie that night believing it was her last. Dr. Croy didn't stop until she had a plan and I'm happy to say that Abbie WALKED to me today after more than 2 days of paralysis!! She is on her way home right now, nearly 100%! I believe God answered our prayers through Dr. Croy and she will always be my hero!

Wouldn't try going any place else and I always recommend to anyone with animals that I know! My nala, Axel, and 4 puppies are always loved on! My cat just had a litter of kittens, completely unexpected. I was planning to get her fixed and realized she was carrying so I let her have the kittens. After her last kitten, she had a uterine prolapse. I have not been able to keep emergency funds kept away for things like this for a few months, and my credit isn't strong enough to apply for care credit, so I was being turned away with no remorse for the fact I was left to watch my cat suffer, I was turned away by all the emergency vet hospitals in savannah starting late last night till early morning.. I was referred to faulkville animal hospital by a friend. The on call staff were so sweet and very remorseful of the situation they cared so much that my cat was in a life or death state and did everything in their power to help me and my fur baby out in her painful situation, they gave me such a speedy update after surgery and reassured me she is doing great. I know as soon as I left her in their care god's hand was guiding them.

After trying several veterinarians in the Savannah/ Rincon area, I can honestly say that this is the best place. Everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly and will do whatever they can to assist you! My dogs can be somewhat difficult to deal with but everyone still handles them with care. I will never go anywhere else! My husband and I can not say enough great things about this place, we highly recommend this office to everyone!

Faulkville Animal Hospital has always provided my friends,students, and myself with very personable, top notch service. For my friends, I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet. and have not heard any complaints from any of them yet. Students that show livestock are helped well beyond what is expected from anyone. The staff are always courteous and bend over backwards to be accommodating to the needs of our students. Lastly, I have two rescues and would have a hard time trusting them in the care of another animal hospital.

And they were absolutely wonderful during my cat's hospitalization and so kind when she didn't make it. I will use this vet office for always.

I love Faulkeville Animal Hospital! The staff is amazing and take great care with the animals providing for their safety and comfort. I am an Adoption Coordinator for a dog rescue, and had gotten a Save-A-Pet certificate for a discounted spay at this facility for one of our rescue's dogs. The foster left the pre-op exam with an estimate that was 2.25x the price that the certificate was supposed to be good for. Complete bait and switch with all of the services that are not optional for a spay but essential parts of the procedure. Nauseated with these business practices. We will clearly be going elsewhere to a facility that confirmed that they do not tack on additional fees. It's a complete shame that our foster wasted her time and the puppy had to go through the exam all for naught.

Two years ago, my wife, Annette Griffith Hudson and 4 Chihuahuas moved from Wilmington Island to Pooler. We were immediately recommended to use Faulkville Animal Hospital for our furry needs. We have been seeing Dr. Moore since our move here and are very pleased with the services he and his staff have provided for us. Our Senior dog, PeaNut (17-1/2 years old) has had heart issues for a long time and Dr Moore has been treating him. PeaNut took a turn for the worse during the Thanksgiving weekend and we have been doing all we could do to make him comfortable since. Friday night he really went down hill and we called early Saturday morning for a fill in appointment. We were told to come on in and they would 'work us in' as soon as they could. We arrived at 8:15 and immediately saw Dr Croy, because PeaNut had worsened quickly. We were taken back to the operating room where he was given oxygen, fluids, and the utmost care in his condition. We didn't want to have to make a decision for his life to end, so asked Dr. Croy for a few minutes alone with him. My wife asked him not to make US decide to end his life and just as soon as Dr. Croy came in with the shot, he passed away in Annette's arms. We can't say enough about Drs Moore and Croy and the Staff at Faulkville Animal Hospital. What a blessing to have been treated this way yesterday, in our time of need for our PeaNut. We highly recommend Faulkville Animal Hospital!!

The staff and doctors are so sweet and caring. I arrived without an appointment because my senior indoor cat had somehow gotten fleas. They fit me in and the doctor immediately realized there was a lot more than fleas going on. They discovered a serious condition that would have killed Polly in a matter of days. The vet gave me clear, humane counsel on Polly's options and was very candid about possible complications and quality of life. I really appreciated Dr. Holcombe's "bedside" manner and sincere empathy. I'm happy to say that Polly is doing better and we can breathe easy knowing Dr. Holcombe and her staff are just down the road when Polly needs a check up.

I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else. They have inexpensive packages and they treat my dog very well. It's also very clean and neat, their waiting room is very nice. The staff is very friendly and I love that the vets give you all the detailed information you need to know. One of my dogs got bit by a snake, they took her in right away with no problems. When my dog was sick, they fit her into the schedule, I came in with her, and was able to drop her off. They took such good care of her and they checked her thoroughly. They didn't stop until they found out what was going on. What I do like is that if they're not sure about something, they will seek a second opinion. I appreciated that. Thank you Faulkville Animal Hospital for being so great.

If you know me, you know I love my fur babies like they are my children. Tuesday, my baby Abbie was bitten by a rattlesnake. The wound was not immediately recognized as such by the first vet we saw (no blame there. It just wasn't evident.) She was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics. When I got home from dance around 930 that night, I found my baby paralyzed. I called the vet (Faulkville Animal Hospital), left a message, and asked my friends to pray . The first answered prayer was a call back from Dr. Kayce Croy. Anyone could have been on call that night, but God made sure it was her. I'll skip the details but she went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and stayed with Abbie for hours afterward hunting for answers (well past midnight ). She didn't have to do that. We left Abbie that night believing it was her last. Dr. Croy didn't stop until she had a plan and I'm happy to say that Abbie WALKED to me today after more than 2 days of paralysis!! She is on her way home right now, nearly 100%! I believe God answered our prayers through Dr. Croy and she will always be my hero!

Wouldn't try going any place else and I always recommend to anyone with animals that I know! My nala, Axel, and 4 puppies are always loved on! Now with one puppy left that we kept, they love her also! Definitely people that treat your animals as if they were their own! Love you guys! And thanks for always giving the best care to my babies! My cat just had a litter of kittens, completely unexpected. I was planning to get her fixed and realized she was carrying so I let her have the kittens. After her last kitten, she had a uterine prolapse. I have not been able to keep emergency funds kept away for things like this for a few months, and my credit isn't strong enough to apply for care credit, so I was being turned away with no remorse for the fact I was left to watch my cat suffer, I was turned away by all the emergency vet hospitals in savannah starting late last night till early morning.. I was referred to faulkville animal hospital by a friend. The on call staff were so sweet and very remorseful of the situation they cared so much that my cat was in a life or death state and did everything in their power to help me and my fur baby out in her painful situation, they gave me such a speedy update after surgery and reassured me she is doing great. I know as soon as I left her in their care god's hand was guiding them.

After trying several veterinarians in the Savannah/ Rincon area, I can honestly say that this is the best place. Everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly and will do whatever they can to assist you! My dogs can be somewhat difficult to deal with but everyone still handles them with care. I will never go anywhere else! My husband and I can not say enough great things about this place, we highly recommend this office to everyone!

Faulkville Animal Hospital has always provided my friends,students, and myself with very personable, top notch service. For my friends, I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet. and have not heard any complaints from any of them yet. Students that show livestock are helped well beyond what is expected from anyone. The staff are always courteous and bend over backwards to be accommodating to the needs of our students. Lastly, I have two rescues and would have a hard time trusting them in the care of another animal hospital.
