Your pet is family here. Saying that should give you the peace of mind that your pet will be given the best care it can have, from a highly knowledgeable staff, and not just in and out for your money.

They overcharge what you are quoted, as well as charge different amounts for the same thing. Check your invoices and question them as I had to. It took several messages and emailing to get an answer. ...
They overcharge what you are quoted, as well as charge different amounts for the same thing. Check your invoices and question them as I had to. It took several messages and emailing to get an answer. They were willing to change the multiple charges to the same amount (instead of charging $25 one time and $28 another for example for the same thing) however, even then they were not willing to resolve that they over charged what they quoted to begin with.
Save yourself alot of hassle and just go to another vet.
My dog DIED weeks after!

The staff here is SO HELPFUL! Christy is a lot of fun, and Dr. Ackerman is top-notch. I know they love animals!!!

My dog starts getting happy before we reach the parking lot. He had minor surgery and staff always calls to check on him when certain procedures are given. I have only good ratings with this vet&staff...
My dog starts getting happy before we reach the parking lot. He had minor surgery and staff always calls to check on him when certain procedures are given. I have only good ratings with this vet&staff. I would never give bad ratings because of "personal" vendettas. To do such things would be very wrong and unprofessional. All the staff members give the animals genuine love and concern; with the best of care. I am going to refer other friends and relatives with pets.

We have NEVER had dogs that "enjoy" going to the vet until now. Our dogs scream with joy when they realize we are going to see Dr. "J". It seems that all the staff love animals and that makes us very comfortable when we have to board them. They keep our dogs healthy. Thank You.
