Dr. Graham is AMAZING! The other young blond vet I've seen a cpl of times was great as well. I've had 3 emergency situations after hours and they've gone above and beyond. You can tell they truly care, their prices are more than reasonable (I came from FL and they charge less for an after hours emergency than FL vets do for a standard appt!) and they are one of the only vets in the area that deal with farm animals too. They've seen 3 of my dogs and will see my other dog and 3 cats very soon. I can't recommend nor thank Dr. Graham an his staff enough!!! Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ANIMALS! in 2016 I took my dogs to get their shots, they over charged me for basically doing NOTHING for them. My dog still had the same cough. I don't understand. I called the Animal hospital t get an emergency on call vets number. It plainly says that Dr.Kidd is in call and you can reach herat 228-221-8345. I called that number and it says the "voicemail box belonging to Jessica Harrison is full this time." I Can't leave a message. So I look on the FB page and see the same number posted for Dr. Kidd. what is really going on? In an emergency situation it's very bad to have the emergency on call vets nunber posted wrong. Dr. Colleen Mullen is the best vet I have ever had and I feel so lucky to have found her to care for my kitty. I have had 4 cats over the course of my life so far, and they have all lived long, healthy lives. Until I found Dr. Mullen, I honestly thought that vets just preferred dogs, and was accustomed to receiving "second class" treatment for my feline family members. When I met Dr. Mullen, I was overwhelmed by her kindness, compassion and genuine affection for my cat She is so very smart and keeps up to date on the latest developments in her field. I go to the Cairo Animal Hospital monthly, and they always provide the best care for my Libbey. They always talk to her and make her comfortable while getting her nails trimmed. 4 yo black pomeranian mix housedog needs a good home. Neutered and shots up to date. Not a 'yapper' but good watchdog to let you know when someone comes to the door. I'm normally a very satisfied customer, thus the four stars. Today, though, was my first experience that was less than completely positive, and the reason why I couldn't rate a five. I brought my cat, A.J., in for an exam. He's an extremely skittish little guy, so the tech decided to put him back in his pet taxi to take him into the next room to be weighed. However, she left the back of the carrier hanging off the edge of the counter. When she placed him in, he retreated to the back of the carrier, which then fell off of the counter and landed upside down. Thankfully, A.J. managed to somehow land right side up in the upside down carrier. But, the fact remains that he could've been injured. By the way, when we got to the end of the exam and put him back in the carrier, the same tech then remembered that she never weighed him. So, we had to pull my terrified cat back out of the carrier again to attempt to get his weight. I really don't like to complain. Cairo Animal Hospital has always been great to my cats and me. Took my Lizzie to be boarded Saturday and picked her up on Monday. Was quoted a 2 night fee of $22. Very reasonable. Once there Monday to pick her up, it suddenly became $33. The front desk person said they charge by day, not night. I told her that's not what was quoted. She replied, "Yeah, lots of people get mad when they find that out." Hmm. Scam maybe? Then once I put Lizzie in the car, she urinated everywhere. A TON. She's never done that. Had she not been take out? When I got her home she was thirsting. She emptied an entire bowl of water. Had they not watered her? Horrible experience. Thought we had found a reasonable place to board on the occasions we can not take her. I was wrong. Read Less
