So very disappointed with the results after the visit during the visit was excellent customer service was great but with just getting my pets I wanted to go get it checked out at this hospital I asked the Vet if they thought that my animal would be pregnant because I saw the signs I have never owned this type of animal nor do I know anything about how this animal gives birth or anything of that nature but I would've expected the veterinarian to know and unfortunately the veterinarian didn't think that my animals pregnant even though I had a feeling that she would've been and still gave her so many vaccines that ended up coming up to around $180 worth turns out my animal was pregnant and had babies after I mention that I suspected that and will being pregnant I still got a call back twice for getting my animal vaccinated again which would be so unnecessary for any type of pregnant anything human or animal I will not be returning to this location let alone definitely considering not coming back within the VCA family Read Less

We took our adopted cat for her checkup and were greeted promptly when we walked in. We had an appt and didn't have to wait long at all. Our sweet cat had a dry cough that concerned us. Dr. Boyd explained our options in terms we could understand. They are all very professional. We opted for the xray and I'm glad we did as they found pneumonia and bronchitis. They are reasonable compared to some other Vet Hospitals we've used. They will work with you in financial matters. Great experience. Read Less

I recently moved to the neighborhood and needed a new vet. My parents dogs have been patients of the doctors at this location for approximately 15 years. I scheduled appointments for both of my babies, Hero and Bella, and could not be happier with the level of care and customer service we received and continue to receive. We saw Dr. Kahn and Jay's team. I have never had such a positive experience at a vet with such an exceptional level of customer service. We've been seeing Dr. Boyd at Peachtree Animal Hospital for roughly 3 months now. We originally went in with our cat who was having some significant urinary tract problems. Dr. Boyd made us feel at ease after we had a terrible experience with a different local vet office that resulted in our poor baby getting sick yet again! We then adopted a puppy and Dr. Boyd has helped us stay up to date on his vaccinations and answered so many questions for these first-time puppy owners. We're lucky to have her so close to home! Dr. Boyd ... is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Just moved here from Virginia/Washington, DC She took more time with my dogs than my primary did with me as a patient! One of my dogs died (not because of anything she did, as a puppy got caught on it's collar and choked)..... she sent the sweetest sympathy card. She always takes time to really learn my dogs (I now have 3) and gives great advice! I have not met any of the other doctors but Dr. Boyd has exceeded all of my expectations! I've been taking my cats to this hospital long before it became VCA and continue to do so. According to the previous reviews, It appears they have made some good changes. I was there earlier this week with one of my cats. I walked in around 2pm with no appointment and was kindly greeted at the front desk. I apologized for not making an appointment first, but this was urgent. I was seen by Dr. Kahn no less than 10 minutes later. He was so friendly, kind and attentive to my cat's needs and fears..and immediately knew what her problem was. After a few injections and meds to be sent home with her, we were on our way. Dr. Kahn personally called me two days later to see how my kitty was doing!! That I liked very much. Thank you Dr Kahn!! This hospital is a little pricier than perhaps some others, but I've always entrusted my kitties to this hospital. Dr. Ford is also a wonderful Vet...she has been my cats primary for years, but she was not available when I popped in without an appointment. Read Less
