This is the ONLY place I will bring my "babies". I am treated with respect & very courteously. My baby is treated with love the minute we walk in! They're always there when I need them. If I have questions they always answer them.....they don't ask me to bring my baby in for a visit unless it's needed. They'll give advise about what I can do for my baby at home, if she doesn't need to come in.I highly recommend Murray County Veterinary Services!

Our first trip to MCVS and it will be OUR LAST! We had a 10 AM appointment. At 10:35 we were taken to a room. At 10:55 had not seen the vet so I asked the assistant about this and was advised the vet would be a while - no explanation given. The assistant asked if she could complete the health visit which included weight and shot. I allowed it and what a mistake. She hurt my puppy when giving the shot. He yelp and cried from the pain inflicted. I don't believe this was common because I have had several pets in the past and none of them have reacted this way when receiving a shot. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We've had to have Scotty there in the hospital three times for the last 1 1\2 months and he has been treated very well. He is an older little fellow who keeps having bouts of pancreatitis. We took our precious dog in yesterday to see Dr. Knowles. We were so impressed with the love and care for our dog by Dr. Knowles and the staff. It is my belief that everyone there was hand placed there by God. Thank you for all that you do for the gifts from God known as the animals of this world. You are all blessings. We had to take him back today and again our baby received such sweet care. We are thankful for Murray County Veterinary Services, the doctors and the staff! I had recently moved to the area and wanted to find a good veterinarian for my three small dogs. I made an appointment to have my dog trimmed and was treated VERY unprofessionally by the staff. Because my malti-tzu had been trimmed like a poodle in the past, I always write out how I like to have him groomed. The groomer was HIGHLY offended and said that I must not think he knows how to trim dogs - not just once but twice, after I brought my dog back to be trimmed a second time! That was NOT it at all! I simply learned the hard way NOT to assume anything and not take any chances with how I want my dog trimmed - especially at $40 - $45 a pop! WHY would the place of business get offended? I simply wrote out instructions on how to trim my dog!!?? What's happened to "The customer is ALWAYS right?" I think the other office staff (veterinarians) have NO CLUE how the groomer or other office staff treat the customers. They lost a good customer in me - with 3 dogs I can say that I pay a good amount of money yearly for pet care.

Both my dogs needed shots that were due, one of them has kennel cough and needs antibiotics. I call on Wednesday to make am appointment they can't get me in til the following Friday. I wait over a week, take time off work and call that morning to confi that the appointment was at 10:30 since it had been over a week and the lady says she doesn't have an appointment for me today. What? I'm so mad, I have switched vets and will not be back. I can't afford to just take time off work for nothing just because someone can't record an appointment.

At 10:55 had not seen the vet so I asked the assistant about this and was advised the vet would be a while - no explanation given.
