We have multiple cats that were all patients here so this review is based off personal experience. The prices are higher than some of the other vet clinics, but that’s not the major issue. My issue is the employees. I’m not a vet, I don’t know a lot about cats health, so when I have concerns and call or come up there with these concerns, i don’t want to be spoken to and treated like a moron. There customer service is terrible. They treat the cats good but until the cats start paying the bill, I’m going to deal with someone that treats humans better. Read Less

All Cats Clinic has been our choice to care for our cats. When a stray cat (Patches) adopted me I took her to the clinic. We were going to get her fixed but found out she was pregnant. When the kittens were born we took them to the clinic where they were introduced to Opie and Spookie. They took care of them and for the last 9 years and have ensured they were in good health. This past week we had a heart breaking event. Opie passed away. The All cats clinic did everything possiable to save him, but nature took its course. I was heart broken. The staff was very kind to me in my time of pain and did an outstanding job with me. If you are in the Columbus area and have a cat you need to go to the All Cats Clinic. I'd like to give no stars. The staff is rude and doesn't care. The receptionist, Pat, and Dr. Young constantly interrupted me while I explained my cat's symptoms to tell me I was wrong. They lack the basic empathy required for their line of work. They shouldn't be allowed to do this job. Read Less

The provider and his staff recommended that I only get the necessary treatment. They did not  try to get me to do things that weren't truly needed at the time like many other veterinarians try to do. The Doctor while examining my cat found an infected tooth that my previous veterinarian (Northside Animal Hospital) had overlooked for at least a couple of years. While in the waiting room I had overheard two other customers talking about how their cats had almost died at Northside Animal Hospital and that is why they brought them to All Cats Clinic. I had used this clinic in the past for a previous cat that I used to have and The staff was very caring to say the least. I will never use another vet for my cat except All Cats Clinic. I just wish I could find an equivalent vet for my dog. Read Less

Really nice folks that seem to be real cat lovers. All of our cats go there and they supply and know the proper paper work for tags and shots by county or if you live on base. The only reason I took a star was because when we took in one of our rescue cats to be nurtured, tested and have their shots they asked very casually if I would like to have him put down if he had feline leukemia or aids,like that was even an option. I get the best way to stop it is to put them down but maybe just offer advice in how important it is to make them a solitary house cat. Read Less

I was extremely happy with our visit to All Cats. Dr. Young and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Being new to the area, my elderly cat hasn't been seen in their office before. However, when she was very, very sick they told me to bring her in right away. They are the best!Great clinic!! Read Less
