My 10 year old Chihuahua had 4 collapsed discs and was partially paralyzed in his back legs. Dr. Carroll got my baby back walking and running within 6 weeks without surgery. My baby had to get a steroid shot once per week for 6 weeks for only $26 per shot. Very reasonable prices and we have been taking our pets to this clinic since I was a little girl. We took our fur baby to this clinic for the first time today. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the staff and the vet. We brought our dog in because of her limping and pain in her left paw. It turned out that she has a tear in her ACL. This was determined by the results received from the recommendation of a x-ray of her left hip/foot area. The vet was very good in explaining things to us on the possibilities and options, x-ray results and treatment. The vet explained everything to us in detail before we made any financial decisions. He even gave us a breakdown on the pricing for each service so we weren’t sticker shocked with the final checkout process. The overall bill at the end was very reasonable. My cat Twigs was vomiting on a fairly consistent basis, which led to a fairly significant loss of weight. I had no idea what was happening. After a change of diet and no results I was worried and didn't know what to do. I brought him in to Dr. Carroll's office, where he and his staff paid Twigs the attention and provided the care he deserved. Ultimately, they determined his Amylase counts were high, which would indicate he has pancreatitis. Dr. Carroll and his staff prescribed some medication that should help in get back to normal, and so far he's had zero instances of vomiting and seems to be his old self again. Thank you Dr. Carroll! Our family cannot thank Dr. Carroll enough for what he did for our Kitten and is still doing! We took her in after she was attacked by another animal. First of all, the place reeks as soon as you open the door. I have been to many vet clinics that have virtually no smell but this place is dirty inside and the smell matches. I took my dog there to be spayed and she was supposed to spend the night after surgery (this is what they told me was included in the price-not my own idea) but only an hour after she got out of surgery they were calling me to come pick her up. They brought my dog out to me covered in pee and poop, and with a rope tied around her neck. I had dropped my dog off in a harness with her leash attached and I had to argue with them that they did not give it back to me. Finally, the woman who originally took my dog from me found the harness and leash, also covered in poop, and put them in a plastic bag and gave them to me. I asked why my dog was so dirty and one of the women there said because my dog had "been using the potty in the crate since last night." First of all, my dog is crate and house trained and if she was using the kennel it is because they were not taking her out. I was disgusted that they would let my dog lay in filth after SURGERY! One woman was very rude from the moment I walked in, the clerk at the counter was apparently new and it took her 15 minutes to figure out how to pull my account up, then she accidently put in the wrong procedure and could not figure out how to reverse it. The vet forgot 3 times to bring me her meds, I kept asking him and each time he would go to the back and come back empty handed and start talking to the clerk. I regret taking my dog there and I would not recomend them to anyone. Read Less
