I bought my dog Pebbles in because she was experiencing swelling and pain in her hip. The doctor was so nice she knew exactly what to do and now my dog Pebbles is healed .I just would like to thank the doctor and the staff at Buena Vissta Animal Hospital for all their hard work .Thank you so much. So far I have taken 2 cats to Dr. Tannaz.  The first cat was sneezing and had goopy eyes.  He was quickly given an appointment and we received the necessary medicine for his eyes.  My other cat was just diagnosed with feline diabetes after quickly losing a lot of weight.  Everyone was very helpful in making sure that I can give my cat his insulin, faxing his prescription in quickly, and above all, making sure I knew the costs before I agreed to any tests.  They did have to run a few tests to confirm his diabetes since weight loss can be several different illnesses.  I would highly recommend Dr. Tannaz to everyone since she is very kind to my cats and understanding of my nervousness of administering his insulin.Also, the 10% military discount is a helpful. I have taken my dogs there since we got them as puppies. Each time we walk in they know my babies by name and make over them like they were members of their own family. We also kenneled our Chaweenie there when we were going away for the weekend and Tootie received the upmost care and attention. They even coddle my Stuffy a 110 lb baby that is scared of leaving home. They have been wonderful to our fur babies. I recommend them with the highest regards. Read Less

We used this vet for years,  never had any problems...until Dr. Meyers retired. After he left, quality of service went WAY down. Wouldn't have expected ONE doctor to have that big of an impact, but that's what happened. They ran tests on our cat without asking us and charged us hundreds of dollars for what ended up being nothing...then when they fixed our dog, they messed up her throat...they claimed she had an enlarged heart, but she had never had problems with choking/coughing/breathing until after she got fixed, and died shortly after. I have to say that this is the best animal hospital. My brother is the owner of Charlie the Cat that was on the news that got sick frm the Cat Food. Charlie is alive and doing good. The staff at the hosp. were the best and have been there for us. After Charlie got to come home I had Charlie here at my home for 2 more weeks having to hook him up to the IV's 3 times a day they were there if I needed them.
