Two dr in office that have seen my two dogs. Both Dr Glass. Father and a son.There are usually two or three receptionists up front and greet you immediately and are always friendly.Even though they stay busy and have many clients they always remember my pets names and treat me very comfortably.I have had everything done from full work ups, baths nails, and treatments for medical issues. They also have boarding and have room for my two pups in a run together everytime I have called in the past three years.Their pricing is lower than my two previous vets and they are extremely easy too get a hold of.I found. Stray that then passed away and they disposed of it for me.Top shelf service all around highly recommend

This is a really good vet clinic. We originally had an appointment for the next day but decided to come in a day earlier during their walk-in hours. There were no issues, and we were seen promptly despite the fact it was pretty busy when we arrived. The staff is very competent and super friendly. The doctor that assisted our Bloodhound, Fred, was a very nice gentleman that answered any questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave excellent advice/tips on training our dog for upcoming trips.There are a couple things that keep me from giving this clinic 5 stars, however. First, the building itself is a bit dated. It could use a remodel or a move to a newer location. The patient rooms are fine - again, a bit dated - but the tables the pet sits on are somewhat small. If you have a large dog it may be tough to have them stay there. Our dog is still a puppy so it was fine, but once he's full grown I can see it being a problem. It was also a bit chaotic at the time we visited, but I wasn't entirely surprised as a location with pets everywhere tends to be that way. So no issues there. Overall, this location is really good. The staff is what makes this clinic great, but the building itself is what keeps it from being worthy of 5 stars. The appearance obviously won't impact your pets service, so don't hesitate to come to this location. You'll love the staff and the service.

I really like these vets!! They have always treated me & my dogs very well. Any questions that I asked were answered thoroughly. The vet did not seem to mind taking the time to make sure that I understood what he was telling me. Seems to be truly concerned about the well being of my dogs. The staff was very warm and friendly as well the Doctors. The place is very clean and I have always felt comfortable being there.

I will never take any of my dogs to this vet ever again.
I brought my dog in because she wasn't feeling well and the doctor said her liver enzymes were high and wanted to keep my dog for 48 hours. They also gave me a estimate on what everything would cost. Well, when I came to pick up my dog the estimate was about 200 dollars off because they "forgot" to add the overnight stays. My dog is also not feeling any better. She's exactly the same as when I dropped her off. So I basically paid a ridiculous amount of money for my dog not to be fixed. I would not ever recommend anyone to take their dog here!
Side note: The doctor did call to check up on my dog, and did offer to do a free check up. The doctor also wrote my pup a few new prescriptions that will hopefully work this time around. I am very pleased that the vet took the time to check up on my dog.

Called in with some routine questions about cost of services for a kitten (because I couldn't find the info on the site) .. the first person to answer hung up on me and when I called back a second time the person I got was extremely rude and didn't even pay attention to my question. I'm sure the Drs are great but the desk staff not so much. Shame too, the prices sounded very very reasonable.

Place is mostly average. I won't return. Went in for an initial exam with a dog we just adopted. Everyone was very nice. But for being new clients, the vet only checked heart and lungs. No questions. I had dozens of questions because of existing medical history with the dog. He seemed to be in a hurry to leave the room and I didn't even get to all of my questions.

Having a family friend as a VET for years before making the move to Columbus makes finding a another very difficult. My first trip in Rich took hold of my very grumpy senior dog Chrissy and lifted her up which no one could ever do. She was as comfortable as she has ever been. It was like they had an instant connection. It was the same way with every Dr, assistant, and office worker in the place. My animals never fear coming to the vet to see all of their friends. The personal care is above and beyond. Even the toughest of days was made easier by the staff. I thank you all for that. I would recommend 110%

Dr. Glass and his staff are by far the best! I have been to several vet clinics and emergency hospitals and none top them. My shih tzu was having trouble breathing because her breed is brachycephalic. Anabelle had a more severe case where she was having to mouth breathe in and out of her mouth. It sounded like she was gasping for air. The other vets wanted me to wait to see if her nose would grow as she got older. As she has gotten older her breathing has just gotten worse not better. I went to Dr. Glass yesterday and he was amazing. He was very patient and sincere. He recommended surgery and even changed his schedule to come in on Friday to do it because that was my next day off. I was able to make arrangements for someone to take her today and he performed the surgery. He not only called me to update me on her status, he sent me a picture of my baby. Then he called me a little after 8pm tonight just to check on my baby! He really took care of her as if she was his baby! It was amazing to come home to my baby breathing normally! Dr. Glass thank you!

Very please with this clinic so far. We took our 12 year old dog here, after a botched surgery at another clinic. They did a wonderful job repairing the damage. The incisions are neat and clean, great suturing. They put a drain in, which the original vet did not do, and gladly took the time to show us how to care for it and flush it. And the dog is doing great. We are very pleased!

Dr glass is amazing. I was heart broken seeing my 3 year old lab suffer from hip dysplasia and was informed of different options not mentioned by my previous vet. Awesome staff, even when i bombarded them with questions. They will forever have a loyal client.

Very nice staff and Dr. They have walk in hours which is very helpful! Everyone was friendly and treated us like we were long time patients on our first visit. Very clean office also !

My family used Dr. Glass years ago when I was growing up, and so when I had an urgent need to have a pup I found checked out, I went there. Staff was friendly. We were in an out in a half hour, and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I cannot recommend Macon Road Veterinary Clinic highly enough!

Having a family friend as a VET for years before making the move to Columbus makes finding a another very difficult. My first trip in Rich took hold of my very grumpy senior dog Chrissy and lifted her up which no one could ever do. She was as comfortable as she has ever been. It was like they had an instant connection. It was the same way with every Dr, assistant, and office worker in the place. My animals never fear coming to the vet to see all of their friends. The personal care is above and beyond. Even the toughest of days was made easier by the staff. I thank you all for that. I would recommend 110%

Dr. Glass and his staff are by far the best! I have been to several vet clinics and emergency hospitals and none top them. My shih tzu was having trouble breathing because her breed is brachycephalic. Anabelle had a more severe case where she was having to mouth breathe in and out of her mouth. It sounded like she was gasping for air. The other vets wanted me to wait to see if her nose would grow as she got older. As she has gotten older her breathing has just gotten worse not better. I went to Dr. Glass yesterday and he was amazing. He was very patient and sincere. He recommended surgery and even changed his schedule to come in on Friday to do it because that was my next day off. I was able to make arrangements for someone to take her today and he performed the surgery. He not only called me to update me on her status, he sent me a picture of my baby. Then he called me a little after 8pm tonight just to check on my baby! He really took care of her as if she was his baby! It was amazing to come home to my baby breathing normally! Dr. Glass thank you!

Very please with this clinic so far. We took our 12 year old dog here, after a botched surgery at another clinic. They did a wonderful job repairing the damage. The incisions are neat and clean, great suturing. They put a drain in, which the original vet did not do, and gladly took the time to show us how to care for it and flush it. And the dog is doing great. We are very pleased!
