In a frantic panic this is the 1st office I found open on a Sat at 8pm. My American Bulldog attacked my 10wk XSm Designer breed puppy. His eye was literally hanging out amf blood everywhere. I called to office to confirm Google was correct of hours. A gentleman answered and confirmed. We got there I'm still frantic and crying being pregnant made it no simpler for me. The gentleman behind the counter was calm and cool. Instantly got us in a room (everything was in slow motion however realistically timing was great). The doc came in told me my baby needed surgery his eye was completely hanging and needed to be removed. He went and made a treatment plan with price. Now I know from experience... When anything is done you're to pay in full before anything is done. However... This office worked with us to fix my baby. I was able to make a down payment and have the rest drafted. I'm thinking the price was reasonable however at that point I didn't really care just fix my baby. We were told to return in a 1.5 hour and when we did our baby was ready to go. Was given post op directions and antibiotics. Was told he would be sedated until the next day due to being a small puppy and breed. He wasn't given a head lamp protecting thing was told to monitor and if needed to come back. Which I don't have a problem with being their open also on Sundays and told me to call for any concerns. So far the sutures and wound area look ok. I'm still hurt every time I look at him tho. This will now be the vet for all my babies. Follow up visit in 2wks. Will do additional review at that time. The low cost is not worth your pets life. I wish i could put no rating. I dropped her off for her to be neutered and upon picking her up the next morning, the vets convinced me my dog was under anesthesia but I insisted on seeing her and they brought her lifeless body in a blanket, looked me in the eye and said she was under anesthesia. I was told she was smothered in dog poo and they had to wash her off. I didnt even want to take a picture. Her mouth was stretched open and her eyes were wide open with a blank stare. I asked multiple times whether or not she was alive and they assured me she was but I asked for them to check her, so the vet stared at her and started touching her eyeballs and face then quickly snatched her into the back with no words said. I called later that evening to see if she was ok and they didnt even call me to tell me about her death, just stuffed her in a freezer shortly after I left to proceed with the next client. I instead had to call the office multiple times without a response to finally receive an answer of her death. Read Less

I was referred to this place from a current client. I had a baby puppy Bichon. I definitely will not be back. I called to arrange some vacs for my puppy and the lady answering was very impatient and rude over the phone. I have worked with the doctor before and he was nice however you really have to watch who is the face and mouth of your business because they definitely set the tone . While the care of my pet at my initial visit was exceptional, the follow-up customer service is so much less than desired.  My pet required a prescription for his ongoing kidney issues. I called and informed the individual that answered the phone that I had a prescription that was expiring and needed it renewed. Her first response (after she put me on a 7 minute hold) was that, "we don't carry that here". Explaining in further detail that I needed the prescription renewed and not the actual item, she appeared to understand what was needed and indicated that when it had been written, she would call so I can come and pick it up. Fast-forward three days, I call back, she answers, and I ask her for the status of the prescription. She puts me on hold (again) and then states that they don't carry that (again...sigh). I inform her (again) that I am asking for the PERSCRIPTION!!!! She then tells me that they are very busy, they have surgeries, he's not here.....blah, blah, blah. Again, I write all this to say that if the person you choose to be the initial face and voice of your company, you might want to choose wisely the person who represents you... and no, I still haven't received the prescription. Took my cat there for a seizure type event. Did bloodwork and sent her home saying UTI. However, she was severely deathly anemic with severely low blood sugar. Ended up taking her to an ER 2 days later, she died within the week. I called here to get bloodwork, turns out it was abnormal and they never said anything, nor did they notice her gum pallor. I took my pet here because mine was closed, had this "vet" noticed obvious signs my cat would be here. They also missed a very obvious case of ear mites when I took pet for ear gunk. MY FRIEND BROUGHT HER DOG THERE FOR A FEW DAYS OF BORDING. WHEN THEY PICKED THE DOG UP, SHE WAS SHAKEN, SKIDDISH, DEPRESSED AND WOULD NOT EAT. IF YOU CAME NEAR HER SHE WOULD COWAR DOWN TO THE FLOOR WITH HER TAIL BETWEEN HER LEGS. SHE ALSO HAD AN UNEXPALINED GASH ON HER NOSE. I TOOK MY SENIOR JACK RUSSELL DOG THERE WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO PASS URINE ON HIS OWN, CLEARLY HIS KIDNEYS WERE IN TROUBLE. INSTEAD OF DRAINING HIS URINE, DR WILSON PUT HIM ON A DIURETIC WHICH CAUSES FLUID TO RAPIDLY BUILD UP FOR THE PURPOSE OF NOT RETAINING WATER. PROBLEM WAS MY DOG WAS UNABLE TO PASS HIS URINE!!! My kids accidentally stepped on our fur baby, causing fluid to fill her lungs ( blood was coming out her little nose ) so immediately I started calling around and they were the only ones who could take me in asap. Not long of a wait plus fees were crazy low ; they even offered a free 48 hour follow up but let's just say she was running around so well the next morning and eating (by the time the 48 hours came she was back to her normal self)I didn't need the follow up. This place doesn't deserve not one star! I took my dog Cookie in because she had an infection of the Uterus (Pyometra) and needed emergency surgery to remove her Uterus (in other words Spayed). They took her in and advised they would give her some IV because she was a little dehydrated, then they would start the surgery at 6pm. They called us around 8pm and said she was doing just fine and she was resting from the surgery, and still a little groggy from the anesthesia. They said they will call us first thing in the morning to follow up. That call never happened. We (myself and my 15yrold daughter) called all that morning and received no answer. Eventually, at 8am we drove by there and no one was there. Finally, at 12pm drove back there and they were opened. The young lady (Alexis) advised we can see her but she was sleeping so she will have to wake her up. She went to the back and took 20min to come out. She came out and placed a lifeless wet dog on the table. Cookie's mouth was wide open, she was stretched out, and not breathing. We said she is DEAD?! The young lady states "No she is not, she is just on anesthesia!" We said "No, she is clearly DEAD! At this time She put her hand on Cookies chest and says "Oh I'm sorry!" Snatched her off the table and brought her to the back. That was the last time I would see my little sweet dog. That is the last memory my daughter has... A lifeless dog, stretched out on a table. When we asked why she was wet, Alexis stated she had diarrhea all over her and they had to clean her up before they brought her out. She was probably dead all along, laying in her diarrhea all night before they brought her lifeless body out for us to view. My daughter is distraught, my family is heart broken. This guy should not be allowed to practice. My dog didn't deserve this. The Vet so called "Dr." Wilson deserves this or worst! Read Less

Despite the other reviews, this is an awesome place. I took my dog on Thursday when he was attacked by another dog. The office staff was very warm and friendly. The doctor came to see me immediately... I went the next day to have my dogs meds adminsteted and the office staff didn't hesitate to help me. Ebony was the best. I have 4 large dogs but have also used Spring Lake for my daughter's dogs as well. Also, we have brought some rescues there for care. The care & service is WONDERFUL. The vet is the best I've worked with in a very long time. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & great with my animals. This facility fixed my dog's dislocated hip after she pulled it out.The doctor kept her overnight and gave me the 2 potential outcomes.  He successfully pushed the bone back into place and avoided a costly surgery.  The next day he went over x-Rays with me and gave me instructions on her recovery.  It's been nearly a month and she is ready to start running again- she has no limp and her legs are equally matching.  I highly recommend this veterinarian for this procedure- I couldn't be happier with the outcome.Also- the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and all of the ladies were kind and resourceful to me prior to her admittance to the animal hospital Read Less

The staff here is extremely friendly, and obviously have a love for animals. They are reasonably priced, and willing to work with you with financial needs. They went the extra mile to get the job done! I had two dogs spayed here. The incision is clean, and very well sutured.
