Thank you doesn't seem quite enough. Dr's. Carter and Peter and the entire staff at Countryside have my unwavering trust and loyalty. After a routine dental exam uncovered a molar in need of removal, I took Fie in where she comfortably spent the night and had whaat we hoped was routine surgery the next day. Without going into detail, it got complicated as a second tooth needed to be removed. It came out fine, but the original one didn't and she stayed a few more days for dr. Carter to try when he returned from his selfless animal volunteer work in under-served Countries. He was unable to get the original tooth out and we talked at length. I was not at all interested in going through the "punch out" process, or having this particular procedure carried out at UGA. Dr. Carter offered me an alternative, a progressive, barely invasice, non-sinus engaging process. It is pioneering, he is one of 12 vets certified in the U.S. To do this procedure, developed by an Austrian vet as an alternative to the "punch out" procedure. Equipment had to be ordered from Austria and it came in about a week. I was nervous, but confident, and things went without a hitch. Fie came home with a tiny incision, only two sutures, a hay diet for ten days, and good as new. The care, concern, time, and attention to both Fiesta and me was exceptional. And the knowledge, skill, and confidence displayed by the "Docs" was exemplary. We are, and will continue to be, in excellent hands. Thank you for being hoofbeats ahead of the pack!Read Less
