This is the best vet ever. We didn't have an apt. But they took my dog right in as she has been really sick. Dr. Reddy was wonderful with her and explained everything. The entire staff is so nice and make you feel like they have know you forever.I will definitely take her there again. They also are open 7 days a week and do emergencies. Read Less

Dr. Reddy is the most caring doctor I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is on the right track to getting better when she's sick. When I moved to GA, one of the things I dreaded the most was finding a new vet. I have four senior dogs, each with their own complicated health issues. My pets and I had gotten to know my vet in CT very well and the thought of moving to a new state and having to find a new doctor I trusted equally with the health of my pets sounded like a nightmare. Over the first few years in GA, I tried FOUR different veterinarian offices, none of which I felt like I could fully trust with my dogs' care. Finally, thankfully, I found Dr. Reddy. He is compassionate with my animals, patient with them when they're not well behaved, he is knowledgeable, answers every one of my questions no matter how many I have, and he is thorough in his examinations without being an alarmist and recommending unnecessary tests and treatments. His office is clean, his staff is great (especially Darien and Monique), he always has sick appointments available, and his prices are very reasonable. I trust his diagnoses and treatment plans. I am VERY picky when it comes to the health and care of my animals, probably more so than most people, and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the care and service Dr. Reddy provides to my dogs. I just want to say I'm giving this place a 5 star review. I had called this vets place this afternoon and spoke to Dr. Reddy who I can say was very sincere. I had told him what was going on with our dog and he told us to bring him right in .Our dog had some eye problems going on . They ran all kinds of test Mitch was awesome with rascal . They had explain everything step by step and told us everything that they where doing. Dr. Reddy did a pressure test on rascal . Then he went back and retook it again with another machine that he went and got . This right here is amazing that him and his staff are truly caring . Last year I took our 6 year old boxer to see Dr. Reddy for his annual vaccines and a check up. It was pretty routine, not much to write home about, other than a diagnosis of stress induced heartburn and a rx for puppy Prilosec (my description, not sure what it actually was) which I thought was both heartbreaking and comical. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago when we brought home a new puppy. Three days later our little one was showing signs of bowel stress and it freaked me out a little. I called Dr. Reddy's office on a Wednesday, mostly to just ask if it was something to be worried about. I was shocked to hear Dr. Reddy himself answered the phone. Turns out that when the office is closed the number forwards directly to him in case of an emergency. He took time to ask questions to understand and explain what might be happening. This was the difference maker for me. The office staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem with waiting or getting an appointment. In my past experiences, I might tell someone where I take our dogs but wouldn't necessarily give a glowing recommendation. This is not the case with Dr. Reddy and his team - I highly recommend them! Dr. Reddy and his team have been phenomenal with our boxer, Beau. Beau is incredibly sweet but hyperactive and was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis last year. Beau's feeding and meds schedule is different than most but everytime he's visiting Dr. Reddy and team for a check up or boarding everyone is accommodating and patient with him. After Beau's many visits to stay the weekend or for treatment he looks forward to seeing the team at Windermere and we feel at ease too! Read Less

Dr. Reddy was amazing! He performed emergency surgery on our cat to remove some foreign mass from our cat's stomach and digestive tract. Dr. Reddy even came in early on a Sunday to do the surgery. It's evident that he really cares about his patients and he has outstanding customer service. Our cat is back to normal without any complications, thanks to Dr. Reddy and his fabulous staff! This is the first vet I've been to in a long time that actually cares about the pet. There is no up-sell on products or services when you walk in, everyone is friendly and Dr. Reddy sits and talks through all the options with you. There is no pressure, always asking what I as the animal owner wants to do with the recommendation. Having been to other vets (Banfield included) this is such a great place to bring your pets! I even got a call on some blood tests from the Vet from his personal cell phone and he sat and talked thru all the results and prescribed a plan of action while he was driving. So much personal service! I also purchased their Ultimate package which includes free visits for the entire year, 2 CBCs, Urinalysis, and Shots, Boosters, and heartworm testing. :)Read Less

Love it! I have been bringing Riley here ever since she was a puppy. Dr. Reddy and his wife are so caring and really put forth the extra mile to let you know they care about your pet. Which in my opinion is most important. Karen (vet tech) is absolutely amazing. She honestly is the main reason I would never go anywhere else. She is so helpful and has always remembered exactly who me and Riley are. So when I call with a question I always trust her answer. I travel about 20 miles to this vet and never plan to do any different. I HIGHLY recommend them! Read Less

Amazing staff! Will definitely be returning! Brought my sick pup in a week ago and she's already 80% better. Dr.Reddy and his wife are wonderful. Theyre so sweet to the dogs and you can tell they truly care. Karen the front desk/vet tech is amazing as well. Normally I don't remember names but with her I can tell this is her passion which makes me feel confident in their work. I love the fact that they're opened sundays. They also make checkup calls to check on your pet. I was very worried about my sick puppy. Dr. Reddy gets all the phone calls forwarded to his phone after hours. I could go on and on but I've never met an animal hospital that goes this above and beyond. Read Less

Will not be returning. Took our dog for grooming and an office visit to address his allergy issues. No complaints about the grooming services. I was given several medications to help with the allergy issues. After about two weeks after taking the medication my dog looked great and was acting like a normal dog and not itching all the time. However that was short lived. Once the medication was out of his system the redness and itching returned. We went back for a follow up and were given more medicine. Long story short it did not last either and we are back to the itching and redness. Needless to say after spending well over $1000 we will not be returning to this clinic. The staff and doctor are friendly but the office has a strong odor when you walk in. Read Less
