We just got our new puppy last Sunday. After two days, she started showing symptoms of Parvo so we took her in. The lady who adopted her to us told us that she had been vaccinated and that she would email us the vaccination records and we never received anything. Parvo is a very serious virus and we were terrified that we were going to lose her! New Georgia did an amazing job taking care of our girl and calling us every day and giving us updates on her. 1st dog I took to them no problems now we got a second dog and he had surgery well some how it got infected 3 days later had to take him back I am€ very upset because I said it didn't look right the first day we picked him after the 1st time now they say they€ recommend he gets some type of collar so he can't lick the Staples out well why not say that the first time I would have got it then and he would not have a infection I am very upset about this all this could have been prevented had I known€ the first time so I spent $245 in 3 days some type of discount or something should have been given since I am sure it was not on us ! But the staff was very polite and everything as always they really care about our pets and I know they don't do the prices but the owner should have done something to make it right ! Read Less

Dr. Luger and Dr. Bailey were present when I had to lay down my wonderful Malia. They gently guided me toward treatments to help her but when Malia reached 15 years she was just too riddled with cancer.Malia had serious trouble relieving herself one morning and I realized I needed to make the decision that it was time. Every one of the ladies in the office helped and offered condolences. It was hard to cry about my dog but I loved her. I will continue to pass many vets and kennels to visit New GA.I still have the card that Dr. Luger hand wrote and sent us after Malia left. I've taken my cats here almost since arriving in GA 10 years ago. I also now have a dog, and they have treated my babies with the kind of love and care I give them. The people there, to include my Kimberly, have been my best friends as well as best friends to my babies. I get my candles from there which is a BLESSING because they are only a mile or so away. I can go there to get them even when my babies don't need care or boarding. They are my friends! They helped one of my cats, Sparkie, get over a colon situation which could have killed her. They saved her life, and for that ALONE, I am GRATEFUL! My Sparkie has been coming along EXTREMELY well since then with no further problems. She has thrived since then and she's healthy. When all of their shots come due, I don't have a problem because they send me reminders. When I need to board my dog, especially under my current situation (knee replacement surgery), they have been there for me. When I was able to drive a few blocks, they brought him to the car for me and buckled him in securely. They are the absolute best vet I've ever had for my babies. I praise them to the utmost. I LOVE THEM, and so do my babies. And if my babies are happy, I SURELY AM! AND I AM. Thank GOD for them. Oh! I'm retired military and they give me a 10% discount. I never want to go to ANY other Veterinarian office- New Georgia Animal Hospital is my go to place! They always take such good care of my sweet little Boston Terrier. They even send out doggie ID cards so you know when you need to take your pet back for it's checkups/ shots. It's adorable- almost like a little doggie license! For years now my dog has been in such good hands because of Dr. Lugar and Dr. Bailey. I feel 100% comfortable with them, and they're always very informative. Even when my dog had a seizure a few years ago, I rushed her up to the vet and they took SUCH good care of her and made her all better. My dog is my absolute WORLD- and I don't trust her with anyone. I have used Dr. Lugar for almost 10 years now. I will not trust my pets care to anyone else, unless it's an emergency and she is not available. She has seen me through having two 17+ year old cats put down, which was the only kind thing to do. She has even taken care of one that I found abandoned dying on the side of the road. i have always went to Dr.Lugar for my pets illnesses she is vary kind on march 24 my 8 month old great dane went into suguary and tried to hold in there but a lil over three hours she died and Dr.Lugar called me and told me what happened she asked if i wanted to say my final good byes and collect her belongings i showded up and all i got was resepect for the staff and Dr.Lugar they had made a clay paw pring and gave me a candel for the loss of my dog a few weeks went by and i got a card in the mail for people at New Georgia Animal Hospital and it made me smile to know they care not just about my animals but everyone elses i always tell people when they are having problems with their pets to go to Dr.Lugar she is the best vet in the state of Georgia(:Read Less
