We brought our dog in to get euthanized and have been in the veterinary field for many years and the way we were treated was completely ridiculous and a poor excuse for customer service. We had to wait in the waiting room to be seen for several minutes, we were brought into a room with no chairs and no blanket or anything set up for our dog to lay on. During the euthanasia they left the door wide open while my boyfriend and I are crying our eyes out because or dog is getting out down. They didn't offer to do a paw print and left with a terrible experience in such a sensitive time. This place is absolutely awful. **UPDATE** We just received back our paw print that cost $50 and a sympathy card that had nothing written inside of it except signatures. Dr. Just did not even write I'm sorry for your loss or anything. This place is such a joke. We were told that they do paw prints but only for smaller dogs free of charge.... i came to this place to bring in my dog and they did not even tell me exactly what was wrong. they were saying it could be this and that and kept going on and on. never will i come here again. the people who i talked on the phone with were rude and kept intterupting me the whole time. i care for my animals and i will never bring them there again. when i first went to this place i thought by reading the good reviews that they were nice and freindly. Its only been like Thirty Plus years we had been using Paulding Animal Clinic, when then Dr. Judy the senior doc was running things! Doctor Judy (younger one) is a good man, love animals and takes good care of yours too! Staff are almost as good as my kids, so that is good too! Reasonably priced and genuine care; I was a bit partial to Old Doctor Judy, (Old man went and retired) but his son has been doing a great job! Read Less

We have been clients for nearly 14 years and sadly today because of the receptionist, Christine, our relationship has ended. It's a Shame this gal is causing them to lose business. We love Dr.Judy, but cannot tolerate the rudeness of the one who answers the phone. They took great care of our pup when he fell sick, but if you can't get past the receptionist for our other animal in need of care, then we well go elsewhere. Very sad. Read Less

Have taken my furbabies to Dr. Judy and his staff for at least 15 years. I can't say enough positive about them ... my dogs give them kisses! That's recommendation enough! The entire staff has always been loving and caring for our furbabies. BTW, the clinic is quite far from my home but they go the distance, so I do, too! They are tops! Read Less

I can say nothing but praises about Dr. Judy or both of the Dr. Judy's! Dr. Larry Judy and Dr. Warren Judy have a very respectable and reputable clinic. I had purchased a puppy (Dec 2008) from Puppy Palace also located in Dallas, GA. My puppy of course grew very ill with PARVO. Initially I was not aware of the PARVO symptoms, rushed my puppy to ER in Austell and the next morning took her directly over to Dr. Judy's where I can honestly say ""they did everything known to man"" to save my puppy. After nearly 2 weeks with the vet we brought her home and she passed 2 days later. I received phone calls from the employees after the pups death with many condolences as well as a sympathy card. I took a tray of cookies and a thank you card for all of their efforts, concerns and selflessness. After 3 months, I have gotten a new doggy only this time older (5 months) and from a reputable breeder also in Dallas. I took her the very next morning to Dr. Judy to make an appt and they willingly and diligently worked my appointment in. Dr. Larry Judy did a full check up as well as administering the shots that were needed for her age. I am happy to say that she quite healthy! Dr. Judy has since seen my 2 bostons for boosters and a spay. I have never been so satisfied of ANY costumer service or customer care. This is a really great group of ladies (office, techs, asst etc) Dr. Judy has put a great team together! I cannot stress enough that these vets know what they are doing and really go above and beyond to help your pet and to help you. *you may have to wait for an appointment but its well worth it* Thanks Dr. Judy's and Staff!
