Unprofessional and rude! The phone rings and rings and rings, and forget about a call back to a message left on the outdated voicemail that still plays a message about Christmas. Finally, someone answered after multiple attempts throughout the day and I was rudely informed "We don't answer the phones when we are busy." You can see from reading the responses to negative reviews on this site and others that they are combative, unapologetic, and rude. Terrible bedside manners. Rude! And so over-priced they should learn to have manners and compassion. When you spring on someone that something cost $3000 (later $800 at another place during the day) then give them a freaking moment with kindness not act like they are the worst pet owner. Then they didn't even do what the estimate of what I did get done. Said they would give Cat an antibiotic and charged me for it but wasn't in the final paperwork.  When I called they said he must not have needed it but then why wasn't I refunded?? Dr. Godley has treated our dogs for the last 8 years and is awesome. He identifies maladies quickly and always has a thorough and effective resolution for them. I thought this was a great place. The Vet was very nice and I spent over $1000 dollars within the past 6 months at this place from cats to dogs. The problem occurred when one of my animals needed tests. They were not up front with the prices until being at the register. Expecting it to be around 100 - 150 it was over double that. The issue became that I didn't have the amount of money they required at the time so we agreed to pay the remaining 25% of it when we had the funds. About 3 weeks later, not sure who the lady was, but she called being very rude and threatened to call the sheriff. I tried to explain that I would pay the next day. She insisted I give a time that I was going to call and I told her I was unsure because I was in meetings all day. She kept insisting that if i didn't pay she would call the Sheriff and that they were a place of business that didn't extend credit! I understand they need their money and I had every intention to pay them. The behavior completely threw me off and I did not expect this type of unprofessional attitude coming from this place. What kind of business is this? This kind of behavior is unheard of. Not to mention I have two different tests on animals that I never received. ididn't threaten to call the "Sheriff" for this. I would also think they would call and tell you the test results when they received them. Not a good business practice or a way to treat customers. The lady didn't even care when I said I would not come back to the facility. The Veterinarian was great but he also might have been behind the phone call. I don't recommend. In response to the reply from the business. My review is not intended to be angry but to only provide an honest review of my experience. This review and their response only show my initial posts truth. Claiming that they didn't have a contact number is not true since there was no problem making contact with me for payment. It seems the time frame for them is misunderstood. I did receive calls and yes I did say that I forgot which is the truth. They seemed only interested in payment when I received calls from them. I just assumed that since they didn't come forth with test results that they were not back from the lab yet. Things happen that put some things out of mind. This is the only time I was helped financially with payment because it was unexpected. They have never assisted me financially as they claim below. I am glad there was a response as it shows the lack of integrity and honesty. Every Vet I have dealt with in the last 20 years has always called with test results. People pay a lot of money to take care of their pets and I am not complaining about the pet care however the administrative practice at this facility is deserving of a single star. If they used a collection agency I am not aware of it because the person who called me on several occasions claimed to be St.Francis animal hospital. They apparently will call the sheriff for payment and do not care if you return to their facility. Wow! Read Less

They are the best! They go above and beyond, ALWAYS. I have two pugs that have both had major health issues and they were with me every step of the way. They are so compassionate! Dr. Godley will take the time to make sure you understand everything that is happening, what the options are, what "could" happen, etc. He is very detailed and provides all the information one could need, in a way that a non-vet can understand. I would recommend them to anyone, and would drive 100 miles to go to them if I had to! Read Less

I had an emergency with my dog which required stitching up, and of course it happened right at closing time. I quickly called before they left the office, and they were kind enough to stay open an extra hour and see to my pup. It may not seem like much, but if I had had to take him to the emergency vet hospital, it would have cost me three times as much. Thank you for going the extra mile! Read Less

Love this vet! We had just moved to the area when our dog got sick. Went in on a recommendation and now I highly recommend them!The staff is so friendly and truly cares about you and your pets. They went out of their way to follow up and make certain the treatment was working and we understood the diagnosis. They even found ways to help save money for the treatment. The staff also helped me find a pet sitter, which was so helpful since we were new to the area! Read Less

After going to several different veterinarians, Doctor Godly exceeded all my expectations. We had a deathly ill Old English Bulldogge who survived against all odds. We truly believe that the only reason he had survived was because of Dr. Godly's attention to detail and his personal commitment to the recovery of Otis. I love this place! I recently & accidentally acquired a new puppy that was dumped on the side of the road. I was referred here from my friend who is also a vet & highly recommended this practice. Both Drs were beyond professional were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. They took the time to explain in full detail everything and came out and sat down with me in the waiting room while my puppy was being treated. The office was very clean, unlike the vet I have been visiting. Their perspective on pet health and care is preventative and also includes progressive vet medicine. I even got a hug at the end. I switched my vets to this one. This place is awesome and I will def recommend them to everyone! I wish them the best of success and they are well on their way! :) Read Less

This is an amazing place!  When you call, a real life vet answers the phone.  There is no hoping that someone will get back with you.  The question is answered immediately.  The facilities are spotless and when you visit with the vet, you get a complete exam.  My visit was over an hour long.  This never happened at the other place. They wanted to run some tests and came out with an itemized estimate BEFORE I agreed.  There was no guess at the checkout as to what the damage was going to be.  These folks care, they remember you, the animal, his issues.  They pet the dog! As a Healthcare provider myself I am very particular about the care my "kids" get. These Vets are very good diagnosticians as well as being great as clinicians. They spend the time with you needed to have all of your answers completed. They are thorough, knowledgeable, keep up with the latest trends, open to alternative methods and treatments. I have cared for sick animals for the past 30 years and need the very best in care for them. You cannot find better then these Vets. Even if it is a distance for you to drive it is worth it. Dr. Godley and Dr. Molinari are exceptional vets, and I would greatly recommend using them. They have taken care of each of my 5 animals (2 cats and 3 dogs) for the past six years, and I could not ask for better service. From the care my pets receive to their candid and open dialog in regards to payment and costs.I could go on for a long time by getting into specifics, rather I can only say you cannot do better anywhere in the Atlanta area.
