Please I agree with all the negative comments about this location they are very rude and unprofessional I was considering going to Petco to see if I can find a veterinarian there I hate calling them because after speaking to them I just feel like my day has been running because of their nasty and rude attitude so all of these comments have been very helpful and know that I am not the only one who sees the UM professionalism of this location I will try another location let's see how that works I'm really or Hartley never makes review so this is definitely something that i needed to get off my chess Read Less

If I could afford an actual Veterinary Facility I would; but this is the unfortunate alternative. My last experience prior to today was lackluster at best as I was turned away because they were "closing soon". Perhaps they should consider changing the word 'Hospital' to 'Clinic' if they don't accept last minute emergencies given their strict accordance to operational hours. Clearly they do not go above and beyond for paying customers- or even customers willing to pay to have their pets to be seen. That was a couple months ago. While today's drop-off went well, what blew the lid off my kettle was the phone call with the Veterinarian. Missing the initial call, I called back listening to 4 hold prompts between 3 call transfers; so I hung up. She ended this phone tag with her second call which started pleasant but quickly turned sour. While the demeanor was professional, the tone was condescending. She would ask a question then quickly interject before I was able to fully respond to each question leaving me heated. I left after hanging up to pickup my cat. After receiving my cat, I took him to the car while my boyfriend stayed inside to pay. I was in the car for about 10 minutes before texting him to see what was taking so long. He shortly arrived to the car stating Cynthia at the front desk seemed too busy helping ONE person before disappearing to the back so he walked out.One thing to mention is Banfield does not bill customers- they are expected to pay upfront. I plan on handling remittance over the phone if they expect payment for today's services. Read Less

I wanted to share my experience with Banfield Camp creek. I want to start off by saying the staff today was very welcoming. Noah’s nurse Monique was very informative, she gave me great tips with dealing with my fussy pup. You can tell they genuinely like what they do, and care about their patients. Dr. Wint, Nurse Monique, and Nita made sure we had a pleasant and welcoming experience. I trust the services we received today. I left equipped with good understanding on how to care for my Noah. I am beyond disappointed with this locations Banfield. I have been with Banfield since my puppy was 8 weeks old and his home location was the Smyrna, GA location. I have been to almost every location in GA from Buckhead to Snellville and have always had wonderful experiences until CAMP CREEK. My dog was dropped off first thing at 7 am this morning and I go to pick him up at 4 pm and they say he is not ready. I say I don't understand why it's been over 8 hours they said they had over 30 dogs dropped off today.... how is that my problem? How are u that understaffed? My dog needs to eat and go outside by now I'm sure and they still haven't seen him! They asked me to come back in a few hours!! This is the worst customer service and they are so understaffed if this is an issue. I unfortunately have to drive an hour now just for the better service and pick up times. On top of everything it took weeks just to get this appointment because they always are booked! And they only allow u to set up drop off appointments. I would rather stay with my dog to see what is really going on and what are they actually doing. I do not trust this location with the well being and safety of my pet. Will not be returning...... You would think that for an animal hospital, they would make room for walk-ins; but no. I came in on a Sunday and was turned away with an appointment to drop-off the following morning at 7AM because they were "all booked up" despite no one else being there. The next morning, no one showed up to open the "hospital" until 7:30AM which had myself and two other parties waiting. Completely unacceptable! To top it off, when I finally got a call back (right before the banks closed might I add), the vet threw me a list of things wrong with my cat without providing a total. After inquiring, the total work to be performed was around $685 just to run tests! Not including any possible work to follow! I asked if they had payment plans or was able to bill me given the hefty amount to which I was told no- they only accept cash or debit/credit on the spot. Do you really think that the clientele in this lower-income area can afford to drop $700 on a dime? Even if I could, you are telling me before I have a chance to get the money together? You had my cat since 7:30 AM!! Why was I told this so late?! One last thing to mention is the medication they gave me (that I paid for) was not enough. I was supposed to be given 6.66mls of Prednisolone to treat my cat for the next 9 days; however I'm probably only going to have enough for 2 days. I am definitely looking elsewhere for veterinary services and will NOT be back. Read Less

If there was a such thing as a no star rating....that would be what this Banfield location receive based on my experience with them. My dog became lethargic right after the Memorial Day weekend. I was very concerned about my dog and decided to call Banfield Camp Creek to schedule an appointment for my dog. I told the person who answered the phone about my situation and she immediately advised me to take my dog to some emergency clinic...stating that they may not have the tools and/or equipment needed to help my dog. WHAT!?!?! This was insane to me!! So I called the emergency clinic to tell them about my dog and what Banfield Camp Creek advised me to do. The person at the emergency clinic was just as shocked as me and advised me that this was an emergency but not one that required me to go to an emergency clinic unless my primary vet (Banfield Camp Creek) was not able to handle something like this which was very shocking to the person at the emergency clinic. They advised me to call another clinic that accepts my dog's wellness plan....and said they will help if I was not able to secure an appointment with another clinic right away. I then called Banfield Midtown...they saved the day! They didn't have any appointments available but was able to get us in. They analyzed my dog's issue and came up with a solution. They had EVERYTHING they needed to help any dog with any issue. We are done with Banfield Camp Creek. And please note that this is just one of MANY issues we have had with them. They do not take care of their customers at all. They always seem very overwhelmed. If I had gone to the emergency clinic, the costs would have doubled. I am VERY disappointed in the service I received from Banfield Camp Creek. Read Less

Today my mom left for Ecuador.  She has a little Tibetan Spaniel. In the last year, due to traveling internationally, the dog, Princessa,  has had 3 different rabies shots in 1 year.  Th Banfield Vet in Bethlehem, Dr. Dawned Rowe, DVD, called and made sure that we wouldn't need another Rabies vaccine for travel.  When we arrived at Delta, the drones on the counter determined that since she  hadn't had a rabies shot in the last 3 months, that she could not travel without one.  My elderly mother was now in a panic. I drove her to this Banfield Office at 2 pm, and explained our problem to the Receptionist, Nita. Nita, got the transcripts from the Bethlehem location, within 5 min, and explained the problem to the Vet assistant, Miami, and the vet, Ronnie Winters DVM. The Dr and her staff gave Princessa her shot and documentation and we were litterally out the door in 30 minutes! Mom made her flight and carried her dog! Thank you Banfield for your compassion! The Banfield East Point location has to be the worst managed in the Pet Smart/Banfield organization. First I will start with the front desk staff being extremely rude with horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my dog and the receptionist interrupts me as I was speaking confirming the time with what she had said by saying "you need to be here on time we don't have grace a period". At the time my dog was 13 years old and in saying that, my dog has been coming to Banfield for 13 years.   He only had been going to the East Point Market Place this location since February 2016 with 2 visits.  Cut to the chase. We went back to the Roswell location for positive experience with Banfield.  I'd rather drive the 30 miles from my home to Roswell than to deal with the lack of professionalism at East Point Banfield. I would have to agree with the previous reviewer... I attempted to make an appointment for my dog's first check up. The system used to make appointments for THIS location is unorganized and sucks. I booked an appointment online... then waited for my email confirmation. I called 2dys later as it was nearing the visit time. The lady who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. I explained my concern and she said well if you didn't get an email you shouldn't have assumed you had an appointment. O_o  Say whah??!  Hmmm ok.. I asked if she could help me since we were on the phone she put me on hold for 10 mins. Then came back and told me nothing was available for at least 2 weeks out. I dont even deal with this kind of behavior from a HUMAN doctor's office, so I surely wont take this from a pets doctor! I called the Fayetterville location and they instantly helped me to get a confirmed appointment. They were helpful and very kind. I will pass on this location as they are very unprofessional. Took Guinness pig last week there. Asked to bring for checkup this week. Really don't know why, except for them to make more money. I said yes any ways. They called a couple of days to remind me. They also called me twice the very day to take him. Told them I was still coming earlier that day. Also they called while I was on the way there and told them I was ten minutes away. When I got there. I told them who I was and why I was there. They had me wait about twenty minutes. Then came to me and asked if I could bring another day. I told them no. What the hell did they keep calling me for if they wasn't going to be there of who I needed. I am furious. While I was there. The girl came to me and asked if I was alright paying 29.95. I said yes. If I were to even bring him back after all that. I believe they should have said for free. I really believe they want you to bring them back to bring in money their way, and away from you. They don't care about your money as long as you feed them.Read Less

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is horrible, the vet techs are so rude. Took my puppy in to get spayed (no one called me telling me what to do as far as no eating or drinking) the tech at the front desk was rude and unapproachable. I asked her about the procedure and she literally said "I don't know what happens" every time I come in here I'm spending more money out of pocket and I have the wellness plan. The vet Dr. Wolf didn't seem interested. I told him what I thought was wrong and he just ran with that and prescribed her something. He didn't go into detail about what he thought was wrong in his professional opinion. Everytime I come in here I'm waiting 2+ hours WITH a appointment! I just think this place needs a clean sweep. They need to bring in a whole new staff and start over. Read Less

All Banfield's are not equal people!  So we start out with the one in Douglassville on Chapel Hill and the service is superb.  But we live near Cascade so we wanted to transfer to the Camp Creek location.  We go to to this location (which is overcrowded, overbooked and has the worst service ever) and proceed to wait 1.5 HOURS to be seen.  At the Chapel Hill location you are seen within moments of arriving!  WTH????The proceed to see our dog as the front desk staff does the transfer paperwork.  The Vet says that we should finish out our vaccinations at the original location, so we have the staff stop the transfer.  THEN THEY HIT US WITH A HUGE FEE FOR SEEING THE DOCTOR.  Wait a minute.  The Vet looked at our puppy, recc'd that we come back after we finish all our shots at the other location, then CHARGED US????  We're on the "plan" where we already pay monthly so that we can see any doctor anytime at any Banfield right?  No, they proceed to tell us that each Banfield is owned differently.  Some are corporate, others are not.Long story short, stay away from the East Point location.  If that's the only one you've ever visited, you are not getting a good Vet experience.  Try out  the Chapel Hill location if you want to see real vets and real customer service in action.That said, the grooming at this Petsmart location is great. My last experience prior to today was lackluster at best as I was turned away because they were "closing soon". I am beyond disappointed with this locations Banfield. I have been with Banfield since my puppy was 8 weeks old and his home location was the Smyrna, GA location. You would think that for an animal hospital, they would make room for walk-ins; but no. Today my mom left for Ecuador.  She has a little Tibetan Spaniel. In the last year, due to traveling internationally, the dog, Princessa,  has had 3 different rabies shots in 1 year.  Th Banfield Vet in Bethlehem, Dr. Dawned Rowe, DVD, called and made sure that we wouldn't need another Rabies vaccine for travel.  When we arrived at Delta, the drones on the counter determined that since she  hadn't had a rabies shot in the last 3 months, that she could not travel without one.  My elderly mother was now in a panic. I drove her to this Banfield Office at 2 pm, and explained our problem to the Receptionist, Nita. Nita, got the transcripts from the Bethlehem location, within 5 min, and explained the problem to the Vet assistant, Miami, and the vet, Ronnie Winters DVM. The Dr and her staff gave Princessa her shot and documentation and we were litterally out the door in 30 minutes! Mom made her flight and carried her dog! Thank you Banfield for your compassion! The Banfield East Point location has to be the worst managed in the Pet Smart/Banfield organization. First I will start with the front desk staff being extremely rude with horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my dog and the receptionist interrupts me as I was speaking confirming the time with what she had said by saying "you need to be here on time we don't have grace a period". At the time my dog was 13 years old and in saying that, my dog has been coming to Banfield for 13 years.   He only had been going to the East Point Market Place this location since February 2016 with 2 visits.  Cut to the chase. We went back to the Roswell location for positive experience with Banfield.  I'd rather drive the 30 miles from my home to Roswell than to deal with the lack of professionalism at East Point Banfield. I would have to agree with the previous reviewer... I attempted to make an appointment for my dog's first check up. The system used to make appointments for THIS location is unorganized and sucks. I booked an appointment online... then waited for my email confirmation. I called 2dys later as it was nearing the visit time. The lady who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. I explained my concern and she said well if you didn't get an email you shouldn't have assumed you had an appointment. O_o  Say whah??!  Hmmm ok.. I asked if she could help me since we were on the phone she put me on hold for 10 mins. Then came back and told me nothing was available for at least 2 weeks out. I dont even deal with this kind of behavior from a HUMAN doctor's office, so I surely wont take this from a pets doctor! I called the Fayetterville location and they instantly helped me to get a confirmed appointment. They were helpful and very kind. I will pass on this location as they are very unprofessional. Took Guinness pig last week there. Asked to bring for checkup this week. Really don't know why, except for them to make more money. I said yes any ways. They called a couple of days to remind me. They also called me twice the very day to take him. Told them I was still coming earlier that day. Also they called while I was on the way there and told them I was ten minutes away. When I got there. I told them who I was and why I was there. They had me wait about twenty minutes. Then came to me and asked if I could bring another day. I told them no. What the hell did they keep calling me for if they wasn't going to be there of who I needed. I am furious. While I was there. The girl came to me and asked if I was alright paying 29.95. I said yes. If I were to even bring him back after all that. I believe they should have said for free. I really believe they want you to bring them back to bring in money their way, and away from you. They don't care about your money as long as you feed them.Read Less

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is horrible, the vet techs are so rude. Took my puppy in to get spayed (no one called me telling me what to do as far as no eating or drinking) the tech at the front desk was rude and unapproachable. I asked her about the procedure and she literally said "I don't know what happens" every time I come in here I'm spending more money out of pocket and I have the wellness plan. The vet Dr. Wolf didn't seem interested. I told him what I thought was wrong and he just ran with that and prescribed her something. He didn't go into detail about what he thought was wrong in his professional opinion. Everytime I come in here I'm waiting 2+ hours WITH a appointment! I just think this place needs a clean sweep. They need to bring in a whole new staff and start over. Read Less

All Banfield's are not equal people!  So we start out with the one in Douglassville on Chapel Hill and the service is superb.  But we live near Cascade so we wanted to transfer to the Camp Creek location.  We go to to this location (which is overcrowded, overbooked and has the worst service ever) and proceed to wait 1.5 HOURS to be seen.  At the Chapel Hill location you are seen within moments of arriving!  WTH????The proceed to see our dog as the front desk staff does the transfer paperwork.  The Vet says that we should finish out our vaccinations at the original location, so we have the staff stop the transfer.  THEN THEY HIT US WITH A HUGE FEE FOR SEEING THE DOCTOR.  Wait a minute.  The Vet looked at our puppy, recc'd that we come back after we finish all our shots at the other location, then CHARGED US????  We're on the "plan" where we already pay monthly so that we can see any doctor anytime at any Banfield right?  No, they proceed to tell us that each Banfield is owned differently.  Some are corporate, others are not.Long story short, stay away from the East Point location.  If that's the only one you've ever visited, you are not getting a good Vet experience.  Try out  the Chapel Hill location if you want to see real vets and real customer service in action.That said, the grooming at this Petsmart location is great.
