Dr. Gaffigan has been my family vet for more than 15 years. She is so smart and caring. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dogs. Because she is good at what she does, she stays very busy. However, when you see her, you know that she is giving your pet the very BEST of care.

Dr Vernon has taken care of our pets for a couple of years. I could not imagine placing the care of our pets (family members) under anyone else. She is the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend her.

I brought Harley, the family dog, to see them this past weekend. They treated her very well and I learned a lot from their practice. Everyone was very nice.

Our family has been going to see Dr. Gaffigan since before she opened this office. Staff is wonderful and Dr. Gaffigan treats the dogs like they are her children. Very compassionate.

I called today to see about getting a service for my dog. The lady informed me I had to be a client before that could happen. I asked so I can't become a client? ( we are military and just moved to t...
I called today to see about getting a service for my dog. The lady informed me I had to be a client before that could happen. I asked so I can't become a client? ( we are military and just moved to the area 3 weeks ago, trying to establish care in our new duty station) She said no you can but we don't have any appointments, she paused and said for at least 3-4 weeks. ... Your telling me a vet clinic doesn't have an appointment for 3-4 weeks out? I was a vet tech for 12 years, never have I ever worked at a clinic that couldn't get clients, even new ones, that day or within a few days. I have 3 dogs, I spend a lot of money at vet clinics between routine check ups, and flea, tick and heart worm medication along with bloodwork for my pets. I called here because they were recommended by Augusta kennel club....I'll make sure to let them know just what kind of vet clinic they recommended. See More

I called this vet when I was 2 minutes away with my sick cat and because they were closing in 15 minutes they refused to see us. I'm sorry but if someone ever needs me in an emergency then I will gladly do anything and everything in my power to help and I'm not a doctor. Never going to call them again.

Dr. Diane Gaffigan DVM and staff are the most caring group of people caring for your pet children.We have gone to two other veterinarians in the area, they were good Doctors, but their staff is as if it was just a job to them and they were not people or animal personnel.I found very little difference in the cost as most Veterinarians; we have annual check ups, surgery, and illness that have been handled in an appropriate manner. Very clean facility, very friendly and very thrust worthy. You can tell a good Veterinarian when they now have a waiting list to get in, due to the large cliental.

Dr. Gaffigan has been my family vet for more than 15 years. She is so smart and caring. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dogs. Because she is good at what she does, she stays very busy. However, when you see her, you know that she is giving your pet the very BEST of care.
