I am very disappointed to hear that this clinic mistreated a Veteran who served her country.  I plan on moving here, but glad she informed her Veteran friends about this Animal Clinic. However, there are two sides of the story. I do believe her, she has no reason to make up such a thing as this. I cannot believe the receptionist at this clinic stated such an absurd comment about Veterans, even if she worked 11 years working in this position. I truly feel bad for this business, as I hear from others they are well sought out in the community, but surely, they will NOT be seeing my service dog or getting my hard earn money. Read Less

I took my furbabies here for a checkup. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet were pleasant and kind to me and the kids. We have boarded the kids here twice now, and the cameras are great to keep an eye on them. We had no complaints with their care. I highly recommend hilltop!! Read Less

Thoroughly impressed. I'd just gotten Hercules (#HAPPIESTMASTIFFMOMMY) and I was referred to Hill Top due to their experience with Mastiffs. When it comes to customer service I may not say much while I'm being served but rest assured I am observing and taking mental notes. My first call to the office was a very pleasant experience. The person sounded as if she loved her job and proud to be a part of it! She went above and beyond to find a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived, I was welcomed in a warm "we were waiting for you bc it's all about you" kind of way. Pleasant smiles from all workers. The vet assistant walked us into the room and was SO interactive with Hercules. I loved it!! The doc came in and acted as if he cared! He sat on the floor with Hercules. They accommodated a last-minute appointment for my dog when she got injured, even though I had never been to them before. The level of service was great, the vet was very helpful and didn't try to up-charge me (for instance, he said that x-rays weren't necessary). I'll definitely go back. Read Less

I was just here today with my sweet pup having stomach issues. I didn't have a prior appointment. My dog threw up blood, I called immediately and they told me to come on down. The vet was great and gave us some meds and special food and hopefully my girl will be back up and running soon! I also got my other dog spayed here and they took the best care of her. Take both my cat and dog to hilltop, the staff are knowledgeable and polite. They fixed my dogs rash after 10 months of failure at another vet, they did a great job cleaning my dogs teeth. Love going here with my pets, you guys are doing everything right. Read Less

We just moved to the area and we were lucky enough to find this place. The staff is awesome and they took great care of our dog, which happens to be suffering from an allergic reaction. Not only was the doctor extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she went above and beyond. The Dr. even called us a week after the appointment to check up on the dog. We love these guys! They always give us great information and guidance and they are very good to my dogs. My dogs are very comfortable there and do not get nervous when we go in. The vets are wonderful and listen to all of our concerns and give us great advice. The staff are very attentive. I am so glad we found our vet home in Georgia! After moving here from Colorado, I struggled finding a vet that would treat my baby like family. This is the place that does! The entire staff is WONDERFUL and happy to answer any questions. They don't get annoyed with me being a paranoid dog mom, and they genuinely seem to love and want to help animals! After having a negative experience with another local vet, coming here was like a breath of fresh air! The receptionist and the vet both made a big fuss over my dog, making her feel special and not scared. They made ordering her flea and tick medicine very easy because we can do it online, and we even got an email remembering her birthday today. If they put this much effort into a regular checkup, I'm confident that if something serious ever happened, they would do well with that too. Four stars only because of the price. The vet and tech were extremely cordial and understanding. They said they would fix the problem that day with Mtley's overly itchy ears. They took her back and handled it all their selves to clean and apply the treatment, and they said I didn't have to do anything further. The veterinarians and staff are very compassionate and the environment is warm and very very clean. The boarding experience has been stellar as each pet has a spacious suite or large run with nice clean bedding to rest on. The Vet was AMAZING!!!! The wo girls upfront, trust me, are there for the paycheck only!!! I accidentally left my wallet at home she asked me for my driver's license to hold them until I come back with the money they would not give me the report on my dog or anything the one secretary said when you bring your money back then we'll give you the paperwork they were so horribly rude they're very very very high price for a procedure on my dog they wanted $450 they misdiagnosed her and my doctor fixed her for 187 I will never ever recommend this place ever and I will never show my face there again Read Less

My family is fairly new to the area and the vet we have been using is closed on Saturdays. We had a sick baby Saturday morning. I looked up vets and saw the good ratings so I called and we got right in. Nice clean office and peaceful lobby. The receptionist was nice and the Dr and staff was nice and seemed sincerely concerned for her. She improved by the end of the day. We are going to change practices. Read Less

I switched my pets here because they are so convenient to my home. I have a dog, Frank, 2 adult cats, Samson & Delilah, and a kitten, Pickles. Everybody has been in at different times for check-ups and shots, as well as a sick visit for Samson I have met all 3 vets at different visits. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and answer any questions you may have. They seem truly concerned about your pets. We had a church member whose living situation changed suddenly and I had a sweet 12 week old puppy to foster until we found her a forever home. Hill Top Animal Hospital got me in immediately to make sure she was up to date on all of her shots and had a good bill of health before we allowed someone to adopt her. I can't say enough good things about Drs scholer and tribby and their wonderful team. We had a very difficult week deciding to put down our sweet 14 yr old terrier mix, jax.
