Horrible service. Never take your animals here. Manager Bengi has some bad karma coming his way from the way he treats people. They delete all the bad reviews off of other forms so potential new clients don't see what people actually have to say. Many of 5 star reviews on here are from staff members.

I don't ever write reviews. Don't usually read them, but did come across a review that said the vets were "unprofessional ". This is simply not true. I have been to many vets in the area... with friend's and their pets. I always leave telling them to try my vet, Dr. De Long. You will not be disapointed. If you want a vet with high work ethic and compassion for your pet then come here and make your own judgement instead of believing a negative review. Additionally, the staff always goes above and beyond and are extremely kind and authenic. They are without a doubt..the best. Ofcourse I have my favorites 💙 and you will have your favs too!

I understand that my cat can be difficult and does not trust easy, but I would definitely recommend Chestnut Mountain Animal Hospital based on their hospitality, patience, and care for baby!!

This vet clinic is outstanding in my opinion. I have been using them for 5 to 6 yrs. now and have never been disappointed! The service and staff are impeccable and very professional. As an animal based business myself I had high expectations and they met every one. I would never consider anyone else other than Dr. Delong. I find him to be very kind and caring to animals and very patient and accomadating, he truly loved animals and has such a gentle touch. Definitely worth a try!

Vets there are unprofessional and DO NOT take care of your pets. My dog came back with cut marks and their reply was "it happens." Really??? Well what happened?? Turns out the groomer cut my dog multiple times and the vet missed a few times when giving her shots. Now my dog is severely scared to go inside that place and barks like I've never heard when she sees the vet and groomer. Don't waste your time or money on a place that treats your dog like crap, also they treated me like crap with their short "typical" responses.

We love Dr. Delong and Chestnut Mountain Animal Hospital. The staff there is so sweet and I really feel like Clover wasn't just another dog to them. She passed away recently and they sent the sweetest note and each wrote about out irreplaceable black lab. I hate that we had this experience at all but they sure have made it so much easier. They even put Clovers ashes in a beautiful tin when they gave them to us.

By far the best choice I have ever made in my pets care! The staff is always so friendly. Recently my dog had to have emergency spinal surgery and they were supportive every step of the way! They got us referred to UGA and Even called the next day to get an update since they were worried about my dog Mac. Dr Parks is amazingly sweet! The receptionist at the front Ashley is also sweet since she always take care of us when we are there. 5 out 5 this is the BEST vet. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

I have been to many vets in the area... with friend's and their pets. I always leave telling them to try my vet, Dr. De Long. You will not be disapointed. If you want a vet with high work ethic and compassion for your pet then come here and make your own judgement instead of believing a negative review. By far the best choice I have ever made in my pets care! The staff is always so friendly. Recently my dog had to have emergency spinal surgery and they were supportive every step of the way!
