I called to make an appointment for a friend's dog who wanted trifexis. I received a bullying, and sarcastic letter stating they will not see any of my pets until I pay them the money THAT THEY WERE ALREADY PAID; FOR MY DEAD DOG. And the call was for someone else to bring their dog in.
Once again, Dr. Schaffeld, with incorrect information, bullied, and talked over me, and when I tried to speak, hung up on me.
Their office is a mess and files are incomplete, misplaced, and intermingled, and trying to correct a problem results in being hung up on.If they read this, I ask that they NEVER write or call me again unless it is with an apology. OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR!!
UPDATE...this was simply an error on the part of this facility. I do not understand why this facility cannot just have a discussion, and look into it, and correct the error. Especially when they know the person they are berating lost their pet. It should have been a simple business matter. The hysteria conveyed in attacking the customer, and berating her, and hanging up on her, rather than looking into the error, and simply correcting it us beyond my comprehension. I did take my proof of payment, with someone to keep the peace, as I did not want there to be a scene of further berating. While no one seemed to want to recognize there had been an error, I hope they will correct their records. And consider that it is possible for them to make an error, and adopting an "attack first mentality" is not an appropriate way to conduct business. Especially in a business that is supposed to have caring as part of their mantra. Read Less
