While the vets seem great, not all of the front desk staff, which is a customer's first point of contact, are knowledgeable about the clinic. I originally chose this veterinary hospital when I moved to Gainesville because the website and brochure (found in the lobby) states that they see many animals, including rabbits. When my rabbit needed to be seen, the woman who answered the phone kept telling me they didn't see rabbits and to call another vet. When I told her the brochure stated they did, she said she didn't know of any brochure. Not wanting to argue with someone that doesn't know much about the business they work at, I called the vet that is half a mile down the road, and they kindly squeezed me in and were so compassionate. I am now a regular customer there.

Took last minute before closing and were so nice and quick. Dr. Scott was very informative and helpful. Gave up front pricing and were very nice at the front desk.

They are treating my very overweight chihuahua for his diabetes.... most dogs would get anxious or get the shakes as soon as they see the vet, but Chippy gets HAPPY!!!! That just tells me that they treat him well & he has no reason to be scared to be there!!!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

When my wife Sandra and I take our toy poodle "Georgia" to Gainesville Veterinary Hospital, Georgia starts wagging her tail happily as we approach the building. Once inside, she knows that the staff personnel and the doctors will welcome her with loving arms. Sandra and I appreciate so much the highly professional care provided by the hospital, along with the sincere affection the doctor and his staff give to pets.

There aren't enough words to describe how much we love Dr. Scott! He has been our regular vet for years and has seen us through everything from our yearly check ups to some of the most difficult decisions you must make at a pet owner. All of the staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and compassionate! We have also had a few appointments with Dr. Brothers and she has been equally as amazing and caring. I wouldn't bring my pups to any other place!!!!!

Both doctors are great. Our dogs were treated with compassion, concern, love and kindness EVERY time we were in. Our pets, both of which had terminal illnesses were treated with the best right up to the end. The staff is great and they feel like family. Their boarding facilities are great with a big backyard for the animals. We would recommend them above all others. I'm glad we got to know everyone there.

FANTASTIC ! Love the care that our two "puppies" and two kitty's are given there. Dr Scott and Dr Haynes have performed so many procedures on our pets and we are always more , much more, that satisfied. So glad that we found a health provider that we can count on. We also love "Miss Susan" and her beautiful grooming to our puppies. The staff is great too, always making you feel welcome and "at home" The best Veterinarian Clinic we have ever been too!

We had to put down our Shepherd Cheyenne and the process was a difficult one. The staff and environment were professional and caring even shedding tears right along with us. They genuinely cared for us and our boy. They gave us time to say goodbye and offered much support.

The Staff..Dr.Hyanes..Dr.Scott...the best of the best...Compassionate..we took our Bubba he was 14 years old..bubba had an inoperable tumor...the care for bubba on that day wasn't a pain in my heart, only LOVE..Dr.Scott gave us all the time we needed and I believe I honestly seen tears coming from Dr.Scott...It was a blessing to be able to hold bubba and tell him nite nite...and the staff they Loved bubba and bubba Loved them...I hope if I win the lottery, I will install 3 rooms with dog beds and toys and blankets and soft chairs for our babies to use when it's their time to go to Rainbow Bridge. Because the floor and the steel table was hard on us...I brought his favorite blanket but to have a Special Room only for to say good bye, would make it easier on us Parents....Amen....

I was visiting friends a few towns over and needed an emergency visit. From the first call they were great! Got us right in and in and out within 20 mins. I am debating whether to just drive the 45 mi...
I was visiting friends a few towns over and needed an emergency visit. From the first call they were great! Got us right in and in and out within 20 mins. I am debating whether to just drive the 45 mins away from our current vet to this one simply because the visit was perfect. Knowing we would only be a one time patient they still sent a follow up card personally signed by everyone. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

While the vets seem great, not all of the front desk staff, which is a customer's first point of contact, are knowledgeable about the clinic.
