The South Hall Veterinary Hospital gave our dog such great care! We are from Miami, Florida and evacuated due to Hurricane Irma after our dog had just had surgery. His wound was not looking well and we headed to the nearest veterinarian. Upon arriving to South Hall we were greeted by such a warm staff and veterinarian. Our dog was treated immediately with great care. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Today I had the misfortune of running over my puppy. He must have been somewhere under the f350. I didn't see him and he didn't move when I started to move. I got out and checked on him, finding that we need to go to the vets. I located and called the closest people as time is of the essence given the situation. The appointment was set and directions ready to go I set off. I pulled into the place listed for the phone number, it wasn't correct. The phone is linked to south hall vet and not the one listed here. Something seems fishy about it all to be frank but in any event this is not a accurate listing

Worst customer service ever! The owner was beyond rude and disrespectful after they completely ruined my dog's haircut. The owner told me I just needed to go somewhere else and never apologized for their mistake. When you go and drop off your little one and trust a complete stranger that they will take a good care of them you expect nothing less. I was told to come in first thing in the morning to give instructions about the haircut since it was our first time there. They took notes and did the opposite of that. I understand mistakes happen but when I called to talk to the manager/owner I expected for her to be understanding of the situation not to tell me I needed to go somewhere else. They have no costumer service skills. Total disappointment.

Dr. Townshend and her staff are wonderful! They always took good care of Blizzy, and yesterday when it was time for her to go, they were so supportive, so caring, and so compassionate with Blizzy and with me. Dr. Townshend helped me through a very difficult decision and I will always be grateful to her. They really live their motto.....they take care of your pet and the pet's family! I will one day get another dog, and when I do, I will be back to Dr. Townshend!

The South Hall Veterinary Hospital gave our dog such great care! We are from Miami, Florida and evacuated due to Hurricane Irma after our dog had just had surgery. His wound was not looking well and we headed to the nearest veterinarian. Upon arriving to South Hall we were greeted by such a warm staff and veterinarian. Our dog was treated immediately with great care. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Today I had the misfortune of running over my puppy. He must have been somewhere under the f350. I didn't see him and he didn't move when I started to move. I got out and checked on him, finding that we need to go to the vets. I located and called the closest people as time is of the essence given the situation. Worst customer service ever! The owner was beyond rude and disrespectful after they completely ruined my dog's haircut. The owner told me I just needed to go somewhere else and never apologized for their mistake. When you go and drop off your little one and trust a complete stranger that they will take a good care of them you expect nothing less. Dr. Townshend and her staff are wonderful! They always took good care of Blizzy, and yesterday when it was time for her to go, they were so supportive, so caring, and so compassionate with Blizzy and with me. Dr. Townshend helped me through a very difficult decision and I will always be grateful to her. They really live their motto.....they take care of your pet and the pet's family! I will one day get another dog, and when I do, I will be back to Dr. Townshend!
