This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and they are always gentle and kind with my pups. There is never a wait for appointments. The drs always spend time really listening and giving proper advice. Today I had my baby Tony there and he can be very difficult due to his anxiety. They were able to fix the issues we were having along with sitting down and offering multiple different suggestions for managing some of his behavior troubles. They made sure we were both comfortable and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some vets have in the past. Even if I relocate in the future I intend to keep brining my pets to this office. They've earned my business for life.

My dog was attacked by neighbors dogs. After getting rude receptionist from commerce vet my sister told me to try here. They told me to immediately bring my dog in. I got there and we were taken to a ...
My dog was attacked by neighbors dogs. After getting rude receptionist from commerce vet my sister told me to try here. They told me to immediately bring my dog in. I got there and we were taken to a room. The vet was very honest and told us they could perform surgery ($1500) but her chances weren't good. After talking things thru we decided to have her euthanized to stop Peachy's suffering. We made the decision the vet never mentioned that as an option or pressure us into taking a decision. After the process they gave her back to us wrapped up and offered any help with sheriffs office about attack. Everyone was very caring and responded in a courteous manner. We didn't feel like we were dollar signs for them. I do have a cat left and I feel she will get great service and care here.

Love the staff here. The place is always clean. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and careing. I've taken my Yorkie here and now my daughter takes her pup. We're very pleased with them. I only wish they offered emergency after hour care. I don't love that they carry my pup out of view a lot for smoke procedures. But I would recommend.

Very friendly staff! They took excellent care of my cat, and very quickly too. No waiting, no hassle, and the prices were definitely affordable. Not that emergency care for an animal is ever cheap, but it was a lot less than I was expecting. Had planned to go to another local vet, that rhymes with Cannon, but they do not do any sort of emergency care...appointment only, and nothing available for at least 2 weeks. Worked out for me, though. Jefferson Animal Hospital will be getting my business from here on.

Never going back there!!! So upset with the treatment and diagnosis for my dog. Nothing was done! I was told my dog was fine! Spoke with other vets because of her scary symptoms and was told to bring...
Never going back there!!! So upset with the treatment and diagnosis for my dog. Nothing was done! I was told my dog was fine! Spoke with other vets because of her scary symptoms and was told to bring my dog to ER animal hospital. I did and She had to have emergency surgery and stitches. If I listened to this vet, God knows what would of happened to my dog. I called and complained and requested a refund. I was told it was a matter of opinion and that the vet ( who did nothing for my very injured dog) has a right to an income!!!! So an F for treatment and also customer service! If you love your animals.... Don't go here!

Dr. Anderson and staff at Galilee Animal Hospital are amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. I have years of rescue experience as well as 40+ years of pet ownership and have used many vets over the years. This clinic is the best by far. Dr. Anderson and staff are the most caring and compassionate that I've ever experienced. I highly, highly recommend them.

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and they are always gentle and kind with my pups. There is never a wait for appointments. The drs always spend time really listening and giving proper advice. Today I had my baby Tony there and he can be very difficult due to his anxiety. They were able to fix the issues we were having along with sitting down and offering multiple different suggestions for managing some of his behavior troubles. They made sure we were both comfortable and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some vets have in the past. Love the staff here. The place is always clean. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and careing. I've taken my Yorkie here and now my daughter takes her pup. We're very pleased with them. Very friendly staff! They took excellent care of my cat, and very quickly too. No waiting, no hassle, and the prices were definitely affordable. Not that emergency care for an animal is ever cheap, but it was a lot less than I was expecting.
