This Vet. office is the greatest. I had to put my Mr. Doodles asleep after 14 1/2 years together. They were loving and gentle with him. I held him until his last breath. I don't know where to even begin with how great and amazing Dr.Martha Shannon has been to myself and My Allie.Allie has been sick twice now and I called after hours and within no time I received a call back from her after hours with instructions on what to do and she even went as far as calling in a prescription for Allie while she was at church.To me that deserves more than 5 stars.What that tells me is that she is a very caring Vet who has your fur babie' s best interest in mind.Absolutely amazing.I will be bringing my girl here as long as she lives no doubt.The office is a very neat and country setting and very clean and family friendly. My fur baby Max was a rescue (dog). I’ve only had him a few months. Well anyhow he got ahold of a poisoned RAT from the neighbors. I couldn't even say enough good in this short little paragraph. I love the fact that they CARE. It isn't all about the money. When we had to help our Dalmatian cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Shannon sat right on the floor with us and then buried her on their property. When our little Rat Terrier was viciously attacked by our neighbor's dog, Dr. Wylie (?) performed emergency surgery on her and had her ready to go home in several hours and the costs was minimal. Beautiful place. You can tell alot of thought and love went into this place. The customer service is absolutely awesome and Dr. Shannon takes her time with you and listens. Amazing! We live 30 minutes away with several vets around us but we drive just to see Shannons. Always nice, friendly, and the cheapest we have ever found. When's the last time a vet told you that you can buy shots from a feed n seed store and do them yourself a lot cheaper? They are absolutely great people. Read Less

We had to let one of fur-babies go today because of Cancer. All the staff and Doctors @ Shannon made it easier for us to go through. The team at Shannon Veterinary Services is absolutely the best. The compassion and professionalism the entire staff have shown me when I have had to make the hard decisions to put my very aged kitties to sleep was comforting.
