I will just list the incidents and the reader can make their own interpretation. 1st visit they gave one of my dogs, Bear, a 3 year rabies shot but gave me a 1 year tag. My other dog, Sissy, got a 1 year vaccination even though they talked me into the 3 year shot. It’s been 6 months and twice I have gone by to exchange the tag for the right one but it’s never ready. Initially they denied making a mistake but I told the doctor, Kay Bosworth, that I actually heard the assistant verbalize that it was a 3 year shot when he sat it on the table. She finally admitted it. Since she was caught lying she has had an attitude ever since. 2nd visit I was supposed to pick up medicine for Sissy. The very young girl behind the desk handed me a bottle of prednisone even though Sissy had been off this particular medicine for 5 weeks. The dosage was also wrong, even if the correct medicine had been given Sissy had been weaned off this steroid. It’s dangerous to give animals steroids when they don’t need them. If I hadn’t done my own research online I might have followed the doctor’s instructions. To their credit, they admitted this mistake. 3rd visit Sissy is supposed to start her last month of doxycycline but the medicine isn’t ready. By this time the receptionist is so embarrassed about them making so many mistakes that she gives ME an attitude. I tell her I will come back the next day for Sissy’s medicine (which will be started a day late) and I also tell her Sissy has been drinking water and peeing excessively. She writes it down and says she will tell the doctor and another customer speaks up and says that it may be kidneys malfunctioning. The receptionist assures me she will tell the doctor. I go home and I don’t hear from anybody. Next day I go back for Sissy’s medicine and the minute I walk in the receptionist realizes she has screwed up yet again and flippantly tells me the doctor will need to see Sissy. I say great! When? She says anytime they are open (they don’t take appointments). Now, I have been forgiving all these months but that attitude made me say, “You know, it’s not about me and you, it’s about my dog. I don’t think you care about my dog at all.” I would certainly have changed Veteranarian’s by now but Sissy (a rescue) is under doctor’s care for heart worms. I don’t need to be changing vets in the middle of her five month treatment. But I’m so upset I actually try to find another vet but can’t get seen right away so I take Sissy in to see Dr. Bosworth for her new symptoms of excessive water drinking. Dr. Bosworth acted professionally and told me they needed to do blood work. So they draw Sissy’s blood to send it off and we’ll get results the next day. I go to the desk to pay the $199 bill for the visit and blood work. The receptionist informs me their internet is down and they need me to wait. I am the only customer in the building and I sit with my sick dog and wait for 20 minutes and another young girl who works there gives me the look that lets me know they are punishing me for being the customer who finally spoke up about the mistakes. I tell the receptionist that I know that the internet is just fine and I will have to pay them later. Well, she IMMEDIATELY says,”Oh the internet is back on!” The receptionist is BUSTED, she knows it, and I ask for the manager. Another young girl identifies herself as the manager and I tell her the story. She naturally takes her employees side which I understand and I pay the bill and go home. It’s been two full days and they have not called with the blood work results. I paid extra to get the results back the next day. So, this business is your headache waiting to happen. Bye the way, this is my very first review ever. I’m not a compulsive complainer. But this treatment was the worst of my 62 years. I had to write this because I love animals. Read Less
