The doctors and staff at Hamilton Ridge Animal Hospital are caring and passionate about what they do. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors themselves. I have taken my three dogs for routine visits as well as illness visits and received the same level of care each time. I love the way the staff knows me by name even though they must see so many clients. I have been very happy with both the level of care, and the prices are more reasonable than most vets that I have gone to in the past. Read Less

Russell Ridge is amazing, I live in loganville so it's a pretty good drive from me but it is totally worth it. I made a last minute appointment with Dr.Marks and she was amazing. I really hate having to pay 45 dollars for an exam cause I feel vets don't really do anything but touch the dog, but not her she did a thorough exam with him checked everything from my baby's snout to his tail. She did an amazing job, I even rambled on a little bit asking to many questions and she answered every single one. Love this place I wouldn't take my Furby anywhere else! Read Less

I wish I could personally tell each and every person who is looking for a provider in the Buford area to become a client here, fully and completely recommend. We hope our pets wont need extended services, but we as responsible pet owners need to ensure the team of providers can deliver in three top areas 1.knowledge 2.Experience and 3.that they actually care what the outcome is, not business profits. Our Story I took my 8 year old Cat, Meow-Meow, in when it was evident he wasn't feeling well. Within days, his illness turned life threatening where he eventually needed a lifesaving blood transfusion. (The hospitals very own vet techs cat became his donor!) Three days after transfusion, hes on the rise in what the doctors are calling hopefully optimistic. I've learned that this hospital is not manned with 9-5-ers, nor people there for just a paycheck. The entire team of staff, from reception, to tech, to doctors are all a family of well trained and skilled professionals. From caring for your sweet babys health needs to caring for you to also providing you with logical healthcare advice/facts in a way that you can understand - The team addresses everything about your familys needs for why youre there, holistically and completely. We went a total of 7 visits over 9 days, and though I felt they must be tired of me, they never made me feel anything other than their values and priorities in this situation absolutely matched mine.Read Less
