We went there for a few years with our cat, & later with our dog. We realized they were charging us for things we didn’t need. The receptionist Joy, was horrible to us on numerous occasions. After our dog was fixed she didn’t give us her after care instructions or medicine (charged us), she was laser focused on selling us dog food & getting us out the door. There was zero concern for our dog, at an animal hospital. A few months later we needed our dogs records. This same lady Joy, refused to give my husband, who is on the account, the records. Dr. Morris is amazing and so are any other staff. They are quick to love on your dogs and make you feel welcome. Dr. Morris is straight forward and quick to come up with solutions and understanding. Even when my little dachshund had a messed up back and I thought I was going to be told I'd have to put her down, Dr. Morris didn't give up on her. Not a fan, the vet was very condescending. She made a comment about me giving my cat meow mix, "well, that's never good". I take good care of my cat, I could give him no food and let him be a stray. Our 10 month old Sheltie, Spirit, lived in the quiet countryside before we got him. He is a bit nervous being in the urban world. I brought in my thirsty cat as a new patient after Dr. Morris came highly recommended by my mother in law. As it turns out, the cat is in renal failure. Dr. Morris and staff took such great care of my boy during his 3 1/2 day stay! I called everyday and they graciously gave updates and answered all my worried mama questions. I'm so thankful for the peace of mind I had during such a rough time. I'm confident in the treatment plan and I know that this is a safe and caring place to bring my baby.
