I waited three weeks for an appointment to have my dog groomed. On the day of the appointment I arrived at nine o'clock to drop my dog off. the staff was there but the door was locked and no one would come to the door. When I tried to call I got an answering machine that stated they opened at nine o'clock. After waiting for fifteen minutes I called again and left a message then I left. I received a returned call from the groomer, which consisted of a lot of excuses and her hanging up on me. Businesses fail to realize that the customers, that pay the bills for these businesses, have responsibilities and schedules of their own. I personally wasted three weeks and half a day trying to do business with this company to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. That is my time that I will not be compensated for. Read Less
