Our puppy meadow has gone to this vet since she was 8 weeks old. Earlier this month (May 9th) I went in for allergy concerns, and lethargy and requested blood test, really any tests because I felt like something underlying was going on. I was told they don’t run blood tests during the first visit and that I would be best to go to a dermatologist for specific allergy testing and steered away from an overall bloodwork test for generic screening. They updated vaccines and did a fecal test. Went back 6 days later (May 14), symptoms were worsening and she was experiencing incontinence and vomiting. I asked for diagnostics to be run again, and was told that they do not do that. I was given option for allergy shot and was told I would be given a pamphlet for food information (Dr. Wylie never came back into the room or gave me food info, we talked for maybe 3-4 minutes). Was given antibiotics (Cephalexin) for skin issues. Figured if she has UTI/stones as suspected due to her peeing while laying down fully awake, these would knock them. Incontinence was continuing along with vomiting, so I called back Thursday, May 16th to ask reception about pricing for diagnostics/if they run them before going elsewhere as I wanted to stick with our vet. I was given a price and found they do in fact run diagnostics.. and was shocked that the vet did not want to even do a urine sample given Meadow’s symptoms (and me coming in the twice in one week with concerns). We went to a vet about 30 minutes away and ran bloodwork, X-ray and urinalysis due to continuing to vomit and issues peeing. All results came back in perfect range except for her urine sample to the point that the vet said it has gotten to a stage where there is a serious concern. She has an abnormal amount of red/white blood cells and multiple types of crystals. She is now on stronger antibiotics. It’s disappointing that after TWO visits in one week with the symptoms Dr. Wylie did not want to run tests and told me they don’t run diagnostics. I specifically said I was concerned there’s stones due to her peeing on herself multiple times. We fully trusted the vets with Meadow’s medical care. We are really disappointed as this has put our dog at greater risk. Read Less

The home of "Dr Death" and "Dr Dollar." If they can't fix it by amputating it or euthanizing, or if your vehicle or clothing makes you appear "too poor" for their liking, then the quality of care your animal receives will be greatly reduced. Wait times are ridiculous. Reception will place you in an exam room and you will wait an average of 30-45 minutes or more before your animal is tended to, and this is while you are the only client in the building. Peek your head into the back hallway during your outrageous wait and you will see the doctor and staff standing around trading pleasantries, ignoring whatever patient may be waiting for them. The staff here is known for leaving ill or injured animals unattended for hours on end, allowing them to urinate and defecate all over themselves. Cats left for boarding are never allowed out of their cages, although the staff is instructed to tell clients otherwise. This leads to many stress-related problems with the cats. The focus of this hospital is on profits and personal favors, NOT on the quality healthcare of your pets. Avoid seeking treatment of any kind here. If you do, you will likely be billed more than triple what any respectable vet in the area would charge. Read Less
