I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. My dog had eye surgery here. I paid up front, as required. This payment included 7 post-surgery visits. For the first few visits, I dropped my dog off at 7 A.M. and requested that he be ready for pick-up at 12:00 P.M. Unfortunately, each time, I had to wait TWO hours, regardless of having dropped him off at 7 A.M.! I stopped dropping him off and began to schedule appointments. Even though I live 30 miles away, I was always punctual. Regardless, I had to wait FOUR HOURS. In making my last (5th) appointment, I explained that I wanted an appointment which would not require a long wait. I arrived before my scheduled appointment and still had to wait an hour AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME! I left! The receptionist called me and actually gave me the name of another doctor who would see my pet for post exams. I asked if the money that I had paid to Dr. King-Hill would be accepted by her referral; she stated that it would not. I told her that the last thing that I wanted was a referral from an office that offers poor service. This office has no respect for the time of others. Five visits in which I had to wait TWO to FOUR hours is unprofessional and a total disregard for others. Of course, no apology, nor any type of compensation. Look elsewhere. I'm sure that you will receive good care and better service! Read Less

UMM....I don't understand the negative reviews. When our dog lost her vision we didn't want to wait for a scheduled appointment (a few weeks out). We wanted to get her in ASAP. Which means an emergency walk in. They knew we were coming but expressed clearly that it was considered a walk in and they would do their best to get us in as quickly as possible. The wait was about 45 minutes. A lot less than an Emergency Vet or an ER for humans. Dr. King was professional as was all of her staff. We have had to do many follow up visits. 4 visits and about 15 calls about my dogs vision. Each time the phone was answered quickly and I heard back from the doctor or vet tech quickly. They also refilled my prescription and left it at the ER vet next door so I could grab it on a Sunday late. Like 1 am late. So far the treatment for the dog has been spot on. We had taken her to another vet and she said there was nothing we could do. With the current treatment from AES our pup has regained some of her vision and has a much better quality of life. If you have a need for an eye specialist in Atlanta I would recommend this team. And if you go look for me in the waiting room with my semi blind dachshund. Read Less
