The flier clearly said $19 for the three-year rabies vaccination. Didnt receive the rabies tags for two months, and could not get anyone to answer the phone at the 1-800 number for two days. When asked via email why the record shows only a one year vaccine was given I was told that its $19 for a single year vaccination. When I provided the flier I was given a song and dance stating there is no difference between the one year and the three year vaccinations. It is a law that dogs be vaccinated for rabies in my state, and Im wondering how many people you are pulling this stunt on?

The Vet and techs at the clinic in Lakeland FL were awesome. The customer service reps are another story. Called to get my pets record sent to my e-mail, since I requested the records from their website and heard nothing back I decided to call. I wanted to make sure the different E-mail we had given at the clinic was typed in correctly. Said I couldn't do that because my name was not on the record I couldn't access them. I asked if they could at least verify if the E-mail was spelled correctly. I was giving them the email not asking them to read it to me. The lady was very rude called me Honey!! I'm not nor will I ever be your Honey! That pisses me off, because of this I will NEVER use their services again. They should have added both our names to the account if this was the case because we were both at the clinic with my dog. The tech at the clinic said there was room for only one name. Geeze these records are not cover by any hipaa laws like human records are.

I have taken all 3 cats and today my very kiddish rescue pitbull to VIP PetCare at the tractor supply in Leesburg, VA. Today we got there a little early and the staff was great. They offered to start the paperwork and everything even though they didn't actually start for another 20 minutes. All of the staff were super friendly and great with my 70lb muzzled pit. The vet was awesome as well and did all of her vaccines and micro chip in under a minute. Everyone was informative and caring and the price was right! Please send my sincerest gratitude to the staff that was on hand today.

Went to VIP Pet care in my local town of oklahoma, was so excited to get my 2 girls shots so I could get them spayed, I received two coupons for either 1 free vaccine, rabies or microchip. I am the first one there, they take all my information show me prices scan my dogs for their chips, and ask me form of payment, I handed them the cards. The tech was very snide she said do you work here? I do not work at tractor supply, & she stated well these are for employees only, I can't use them it will be 192$ I told her no where on the coupon does it say "valid for employees only" she said wells it for employees and I'll go talk to them. So I told them thanks and left. That is complete and utter bullshit they wouldn't honor the coupon that I received at the store from one of the employees after buying 100$ work of food for my dogs. I will never go back to their mobile clinic it's a sham. I rather pay 100+ at my vet than waste my money on them.

Even though I didn't need to see the vet and didn't have my dog with me. Pissed. Guess I'll be finding a new vet. They make it so difficult to get something so simply. Prices online and in the clinic are not the same which is why I went in.

Very affordable and convenient! The actual vet was extremely nice and educated. The only negatives was that it seemed they were disorganized and short staffed. They also seemed to be a little overwhelmed with how many people showed up, so they were a little unprepared. Spent a total of an hour and fifteen minutes and we were about 5th in line.

A stray dog came around our home this morning. I was able to determine VIP Pet Care had been issued the rabies tag on the dog's collar. Called VIP Pet Care and they were instrumental in getting Weeny back to her owner! Nicole, Nicole and Abby were all very pleasant, helpful and made multiple calls to the owner before they finally made contact. Weeny's mommie came and picked her up and everyone is happy that she will be home in her own bed tonight. Thank you VIP Pet Care!

We have been using VIP healthcare for our pets shots needs for a few years without any issues. We always enjoyed the doctors and staff that were at the clinics to as they were always very knowledgeable about our pets health. With that being said, on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Linglestown Road Pet Valu my husband took our cat Ned for his rabies vaccine. Ned is a 5-year-old male house cat and as of his last vet visit in July, a perfectly happy little boy. Upon a quick listen to Neds heart with a stethoscope, Dr. Aniseh Talebi told my husband our cat has a grade 4 or 5 heart murmur. My husband is completely shocked. Dr. Talebi then goes on to tell us our cats stomach is distended and suspects worms. As I said earlier, Ned was perfectly healthy and had no signs of a heart condition. How would I know you ask? For the past 2 years my dog Mandy battled mitral valve disease which as a veterinary should know is generally first detected by a heart murmur. We spent upwards of 10k on vet visits, compound medications, cardiologists appointments, and testing. We sadly lost Mandy in October. From our experience we know the major signs of a grade 4/5 heart murmur which are signs of difficulty breathing, lethargy, and lack of appetite. NONE of which Ned showed. Lastly, it is extremely rare to find a heart murmur in a cat. Upset and completely devastated we could now go through the horrible experience of losing our pet again, we took our Ned his primary vet for a recheck. To our relief, Ned has NO heart murmur, NO distended belly, NO worms. We spent $57 on a vet visit to demonstrate how careless and reckless Dr. Aniseh Talebi is. I know VIP Pet Care has high quality standards and if you would like to continue those standards, Dr. Talebi should be removed immediately for her poor judgment, clear lack of education, and unprofessional standards which I am sure are in clear violation of the Pennsylvania State Board of Veterinary Medicines guidelines. As you can tell my husband and I suffered a great deal of stress with this ordeal as a heart murmur diagnosis is not something you casually throw out as a diagnosis. Especially such a high grade as Dr. Talebi suggested. I would like to know how exactly VIP Healthcare plans to address this issues with Dr. Talebi and what the ramifications will be.

Took my dog to a clinic yesterday for a rabies vaccine. It was so disorganized. I waited an hour and a half in line with about 7 dogs in front of us. They were checking in and taking one customer at a time. Extremely inefficient. How about have people fill out paperwork while they are in line or in this day in age of technology, how about online check in? Or have two lines, one for people that know what they want and another for those that need a little bit more educating on what they need. Even with the price and "convience" I won't be back.

I took my 2.5 year old Welsh corgi to the location set up inside the Alvin, Texas, Tractor Supply store. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the entire staff was helpful and polite. My only complaint is that they do not have the instant heartworm tests and I will not get results for approximately 5 days. The prices were beyond reasonable and I appreciate not having to pay an office visit fee when my dog had no need to see an actual vet and only needed a simple test and medication refill.

Called to get my pets record sent to my e-mail, since I requested the records from their website and heard nothing back I decided to call. I took my 2.5 year old Welsh corgi to the location set up inside the Alvin, Texas, Tractor Supply store. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the entire staff was helpful and polite. My only complaint is that they do not have the instant heartworm tests and I will not get results for approximately 5 days. The prices were beyond reasonable and I appreciate not having to pay an office visit fee when my dog had no need to see an actual vet and only needed a simple test and medication refill.
