As a dog breeder for 10 years, we take good care of our goldens and puppies and do more health testing than suggested on our adults (hips, elbows, eyes, heart, skin, etc.). Recently, I needed to get a vet health certificate so a puppy could fly to their new family. Over the years we have probably gone to vets 15 times for this paperwork. I was quoted the wrong price on the phone and then required to pay for fecal sample (even though we have done ALL the preventative measures of deworming, etc.) and go home Friday without the certificate to await results Saturday and the final certificate to be filled out. NEVER before have I gone home without the certificate. I never received a call, email, or text the next morning letting me know the fecal results or that the certificates were done. Now, when I call, the office is closed, and they don't open until 7am Monday morning and I am to have the puppy at the airport at 6:30am. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Read Less
