He took time to answer any questions we had and provided recommendations that seemed in the best interest of our dog. I did not feel like he was trying to add on sales for himself or their veterinary practice. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. We have been coming to see Dr. Vince at animal medical clinic for 17yrs, he is always very thorough during my dogs' examinations and even found cancer on my Labrador and removed it which gave my dog another 6 yrs of life until he had to be put down at 13 because of a degenerative hip disease.  He even came to our home to perform the euthanasia so our dog could be as comfortable as he could be. He is very caring and has a wonderful demeanor. All the support staff is very friendly and always helpful when I'm calling in on the phone with questions. My husband and I always recommend him to anyone new to the area searching for a vet. He understands how pets are like family members and gives them the same care a pediatrician would give to a child. We have found the perfect vet for our 11 year old Cocker Spaniel. Our first visit blew me away with how attentive and caring Dr Rip was to our concerns. We scheduled surgery and they called us just prior to operating, after operating, then that afternoon to see how he was feeling. We recently moved to the area and some friends recommended The Animal Medical Clinic for our fur babies. They both had an annual exam, got caught up on shots and meds. Today, I had to take my schnauzer there for the doc to have a look at her incision site (the groomer recommended it be looked at). I called and they made room for me to bring her in immediately. Yesterday I had to say good bye to beloved best fur friend. My dachshund, Dapple, has been a patient here from the time I brought him home at 8 weeks old to 14 years 3 months old. We moved to Florida some years ago and still preferred to bring Dapple up here for physicals and medical treatment when he was sick. I love this clinic and always will. They have provided me with such comfort, quality care, compassion, and honesty for 14 years. Dr. Mac has provided a majority of Dapple's care since he came into the practice. Very pleased with our first visit today! I called and had an appointment within a few hours, walked in and was taken straight back to an exam room and was checked out and headed home within 30 minutes. Dr. Mac was very thorough with diagnosis and treatment and my baby girl was totally at ease with him and the staff (normally she is super nervous while being examined). We had never been to AMC before, but when I called them two nights ago afraid my AC rescued puppy had parvo, they worked us in. She tested positive and has been getting incredible care from Dr Rip and his staff. My 10 year old male dog had a dental cleaning at the Animal Medical Clinic in PTC, and was diagnosed with moderate periodontitis. Periodontitis(Gum Disease) is a bacterial/inflammatory disease that destroys the bone that supports the teeth. Dr. Jeff and his skilled technician did a superb job with the care and handling of our dog, Raymond. As a licensed dental hygienist of 16 years, I was very anxious to have his treatment completed, not knowing if the level of treatment would meet my expectations. I was impressed with the knowledge, skill and care Dr. Jeff and his staff provided. Dr. Jeff has a comprehensive level of knowledge in oral health care and I HIGHLY recommend his services. Please consider an oral health screening for your pet. Bad breath can be a strong indicator of dental infection. Dental infection can affect the general health of your pet. I was a little skeptical about taking my 4 pound Chihuahua to another doctor but her regular doctors office was closed and she needed to be seen that day. She had surgery the week prior and was now running a fever and not eating or drinking. I called The Animal Medical Clinic and they worked her in and gave her the utmost care. We did not wait long at all in the waiting area and were only in the office for a total of 30-45 minutes total with superb care. All of my questions were answered, my baby was treated like the little princess that she is, concern was even show by the nurse as to my feelings when they took my baby back to run some test. They even called to check on her a couple of days later, as they said they would. They seemed very caring and are always open. This is her new doctors officealong with all of our other fur babies.
