Every single person I've interacted with here has been amazing. The vets take the time to talk with you, all of the vet techs listen to your concerns and learn your furbaby's name and personality. We've been bringing our pets here for several years. When we had to say goodbye to our senior kitty, we were presented with all our options, with no pressure on which one to choose, and no pressure of time. It made a world of difference. Several weeks later, we received the sweetest sympathy card in the mail with notes from everyone about our sweet Fiona. Everyone there remembers our old girl and how much of a sweet lap cat she was and it touches my heart to hear how kindly they speak of her. Dr. Bragg and her staff are simply amazing. My dog is boarded there frequently due to travel and also seen there for her yearly vaccines. Dr. Bragg and her staff are the sweetest people to their patients and their owner. Dr. Bragg is very honest and does everything she can to treat her patients. I called 2 weeks ago to inquire about boarding and spoke with a very nice and helpful young lady (Ashley I believe). She told me what they offered and said no appointment was necessary to tour the kennel but after 10am would be a better time. Well today we finally had a chance to run up there. We walked in and to the desk at 11:14am, I told the lady what we were there for and she said "ok" and called someone on the radio to announce a kennel tour. We sat there ONE SOLID HOUR with not another word from her, or anyone. Had their been an issue, a little communication would have been nice but we witnessed several employees leaving for the day as we sat there. At the one hour point, I said I was done and our animals would never stay there no matter how close it is to home. Their facility and doctor may be great, but I never got the chance to find out. That's 2 new clients they'll never get and I'll tell everyone I know. The only reason I gave one star is because of the nice lady I spoke with in the beginning. My pet was still very wet from a supposed bath, he did not smell fresh or have the good smells on him as was done at the many vets over the past seven years of his life. He lacked the niceties of the cute scarce showing the tender loving care after a bath. His coat had not been brushed and his collar was missing with his tags attached. The fecal exam that was so important prior to my pets stay was not obtained after four days of boarding, although paid for. I was asked to obtain the specimen myself and given a container to put it in. I explained that I would like a refund so the attendant stated she would try to get it before I left. i wondered if this was actually obtained as it was done so quickly. I am highly disappointed as I cancelled two other boarding appointments for this place. Howerver I was told by a friend this was the place to take your pet. She had a wonderful experience with her cat in the clinical area. This was not the case for me. I am new to this area and expected the excellent care my pet was use to, at this time I'm still searching for an acceptable experience. Read Less

Paid $45 for "spas" and dogs came home dirty and with long nails. When I spoke with the manager, she was rude and didn't seem to care. WILL NOT be bringing my dogs back. Cedar Animal Hospital is a MUCH better animal hospital, I don't mind driving the extra 30 minutes for peace of mind! Read Less

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable folks here. They have been my vet since moving to the area 2 years ago. I really like the Vet, she's great. They take their time in explaining everything in detail so that you fully understand. Pricing is fair and better than most others. So far I am very pleased with these folks and their care of my dogs. This place is amazing. My baby was very sick and in a lot of pain. I called several animal hospitals in the area and this was the only place who would take my dog despite being completely booked. Even though I was a walk in an hour before closing they still took very good care of my Roxy. They were very professional and handled her with care. The staff is very friendly and I could tell they truly cared about my puppy. I will continue to take her here and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Read Less

This is a extremely tough time to talk about this, but they were doing a growth removal from the top of my moms dogs head and they somehow cut her eyeball while she was asleep.  They then sent her home.  Two days later she took Her dog back and they realized what they had done and rushed her back to emergency surgery to try to save her eye.  They took full responsibility then turned around and charged her $200 to see a specialist.  I'm sorry but shouldn't they cover any extra cost for what they did. I drove all the way from Savannah yesterday to take my sweet baby to Rice Hope. My family is leaving for a cruise on thursday and we noticed Tuesday Night something was wrong with her eyes. I called 1st thing wensenday morning and they told me it was a surgery day so she wasn't sure what time I could be seen. She placed me on hold for a second but then she said they could get me in that AM!! After 1 day of eye drops my baby is much better and I am not stressed to go on trip!! Those people with bad reviews are obviously writing hate out of distraught situations that the clinic had no control over.... First Dr.Bragg has always made herself available and if you need her help she will be more than kind and empathetic. The clinic as a whole is warm and friendly. Aside from maybe a few grumpy technicians every once in a blue moon the staff is loving. This clinic has taken care of all three of my doggies and given them all love. I turned in my cat to be neutered, got a call the next day and they gave him anesthesia and not even two minutes later he was dead. Well even when cats are stressed usually they put up a fight, they gave him to much anesthesia and killed him. Then after everything was said and done we were told we wouldn't have to pay, however they decided to call me five minutes later and tell me they charged for the anesthesia and CPR. Told me that if i didn't pay they wouldn't release my cat's body to the crematorium. Don't go here, they have no regard for any animals life. Your just a paycheck to them, keep telling me how much they love these animals until you can't bring yours home anymore. Read Less

I just have to say how amazing Dr. Bragg and her staff are!!!! We love the care you have given our Gracie Girl (the barking Bassett). I was very reluctant to put my senior through surgery - however, after she wouldn't leave the spots alone I could no longer let her suffer. After discussions with the staff they assured me we were in good hands - and boy we were ;) if your looking for a Vet we highly recommend Dr. Bragg. I have to also brag on Dee Dee in the front office - she is an amazing woman. Hard working, cares for the animals, the customers and the customers children. I love going to an office where people really care about you, your animals and your family.... All 5 stars here and Gracie says Woof but she isn't ready to come back just yet!!!! I don't know what I would do without the wonderful people here. I have taken my fur babies here from yearly check ups to ER runs. They all have big warm hearts for our babies, even when it was almost closing time. One ER run they had to call Dr. Brandy in and when she arrived she wasn't upset that she had to come in on her time off. She was there with a big heart and a smile on her face. I can call and check on my babies and they don't have any problems answering any questions or concerns that I may have. I will not go any where else as long as these great people are here. Took my Chocolate Lab in after he was bitten by another dog. He had to stay a few days and Dr. Bragg and her staff took excellent care of him. She and the staff were very attentive and called me with multiple updates each day.
